Our dog ate about 1/2 lbs of grapes and their response was “wait a week to be seen and to google if it was a toxic dose” well we took him to an urgent vet who had to administer Toxiban twice and put him on IV fluids for 36 hours. We have been to you all for all of our fur babies for over two years. Really disappointed and changing vets.

This has been our vet since 2015. I am so happy to leave a 5 star review. The vets here are amazing.

They are awesome. You can tell the staff genuinely love animals and they are all so sweet. We've been taking our dog for more than 5 years now. We just took our new puppy for her first visit. Seriously, they are the best.

We choose this Vet because they were close to our home. Well convience isn't always better as was in our case. We adopted our fur baby right before the Pandemic closed our country so when we did get Kramer in for a visit we were unable to see the Vet. (Which I fully understand) What I don't get is there disregard to explaining our future appts that we had. Paying over the phone while in the parking lot and then weeks/months later being told we have a balance. We always paid right then. Their front staff is under trained in customer service. I called this morning because Kramer has been scratching uncontrollable and they won't get him in until Wednesday. Not happy at all. We have decided to bring Kramer to a Vet that was recommended from our neighbor.

This location is amazing. They are all so polite, helpful, and genuinely care about the patient and parents. Dr. Hernandez is insightful and a master at her craft. I recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

Poor customer service and very unprofessional. Not happy at all when trying to get preventative medicines for my dog. Will not return or contact.

Dr.Rivera was amazing. He took time out to really break down a treatment plan for both of my dogs and really went above and beyond to make sure both pups had the best treatment plan for everything. He did not try to hustle me out of money in any shape way or form it was all about what the dogs needed verses how much money they could make unlike some vet who are in it for the $. I like that fact that he cares about my dogs, and his 17+ years of experience definitely speaks volumes in the way he Displayed his character and customer service capability. Thanks for treating my dogs and I like family and I am happy to call this place our new veterinarian. ❤️???? oh an Edi was awesome too!

Your Veterinarian practice made an excellent first impression on me. I am new to the area, and I am just ecstatic and relived that I was able to find such a wonderful vet for my dog who means the world for me and my husband. I am not as picky as when it comes to the well-being of my dog. It was imperative that not only the doctor was a great one, but also that the staff demonstrated true care, love, and patience for animals. So far, I am extremely satisfied and beyond happy to know my dog is in good hands.

I have had many vets and I can always spot the ones that try to take advantage of people on the first visit. I explained everything to them and that my dog would be seeing 2 vets because THEY could not fit him in yet didn’t do the appointment that I asked for which was for his shots. I couldn’t even get a manager to give me a courtesy call back. They will not accurately explain everything that they are going to do even when you have specifically asked them to do certain things and have provided them with all of the proper documentation. VERY poorly handled! ************ In response to your response a MONTH later. Yes we did speak SEVERAL days after my appointment. Why you are hung up on the fact that I didn’t bring in my puppy for the actual appointment I don’t know. I explained it to you then that I will explain to you now AGAIN, that I went in with my puppy hours before the appointment to go over everything plus leave payment for what was supposed to be done. I sent in his papers and everything your office needed via email and in person BEFORE the appointment happened. I should not have been charged since you did nothing for him. Yes, I have a great vet now.

The best and most professional animal care I’ve seen thus far

Doctors Miguel and Ina have been the Vets for my beloved Bandit and Skye since 2009. Not only are they super knowledgeable In their field but their Kindness and Thoughtfulness goes beyond any expectations! As if this wasn’t Blessing enough add to this a Staff equal in Professionalism, Kindness and Thoughtfulness also! My little Bandit went to Doggy Heaven in 2017 and sadly so our little Skye went to Doggy Heaven today - a few weeks short of 17 years old. I am so Grateful for Doctors Miguel and Ina. By far, one of the best (if not the best) veterinary clinic on the area

My cat Pauly was diagnosed with diabetes a couple of months ago. The diagnosis was jarring. Dr. Hernandez thoroughly educated us on the plan of care and also gifted us some insulin for the first month. We were blown away. There was a tiny hiccup with communication over the phone and they welcomed the feedback. They understand that our animals are like our children and a diagnosis as serious as diabetes is stressful. The staff is professional and amiable. I will continue recommending them! I know Pauly (pictured) is grateful to have such great Veterinary care ????

This is the most amazing animal clinic! I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a new vet. The staff here are absolutely amazing, they care so much about the animals they are taking care of. My dog had a medical emergency and they took him in right away and gave him the best care. They were texting me updates and photos of him which gave me so much peace of mind. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to the amazing staff here for helping my baby! You guys are awesome.

My first time there and they treated my new puppy and I with so much love and care. There’s a lot of vets that try to push things on you without even explaining it and they do not do that . The only reason they have 4 stars is because I do feel like more questions and more of an interaction could have happened but I know COVID is a big concern so I will not entirely hold this against them .

Great and friendly place for pets. I loved how well they cared for Benji and informed me on his procedures.

I found everyone in the office to be excellent. All my questions and details were attended to in a very professional manner. I loved Dr. Rivera. He is an excellent vet. He reassured me and answered all my questions taking his time. Frida loved him too!

Everyone is really nice and friendly! The office is clean. With how they treat animals you can see they are driven by their passion for animals rather than money. Our dogs love Dr.Rivera and Saoni.
