Great selection of pet food and toys. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I go out of my to shop there because I love them so much.

Donna was an absolute joy to speak with and worked with me to find the best food for my 2 labradors that have allergies. I went in looking for a hold over bag as I am waiting for my "autoship" to arrive... delays as I am sure many others have had to deal with. Donna now has a loyal customer going forward and always happy to support LOCAL! :)

I have been living in Oldsmar for 10 years and I have just found this little pet store. I was surprised it has been an Oldsmar staple for 20 years and there is a reason for it. The staff is AMAZING! They are knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. My husband and I had quite a few questions; Donna was so helpful and you can tell she really has a passion for what she does. She knows here customers by name, which is something that you don't always get at a larger store. We are completely converted, after our amazing experience, we could think of shopping anywhere else for our pets.

This used to be a great place to buy grain-free cat food - good selection, great prices, and the staff were always super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, that has changed. The last couple of times I went in there, I was surprised that the usual friendly ladies were not there - instead were two millennials. Looking around, one asked me (in a not-so-friendly tone) if I needed help, to which I said no thank you. At checkout, I asked how many reward points do I have - she said she couldn't find out because she didn't know how to access them (yet she didn't bother to ask the manager for help). Then they said they didn't have this program at this location. I told them the previous staff created and honored rewards. Then they said, 'oh this is under new management, etc.' Again, the tone was anything but friendly - they acted like it was a big hassle. After purchasing, I asked if one of them can help me carry the bags out to my car (I have a bad back so I can't carry anything too heavy). One of them just stared at me and said, "I guess....." I told them to forget it and carried it out myself, hoping I wasn't hurting myself in the process. I will never shop here again. It's a shame, as this used to be my 'go-to' for cat food due to the service and prices. But if you're so lazy that you don't want to help a customer carry a couple of bags to her car (and I was willing to pull my car up to the curb, too) then it's not worth my time nor the drive from Tampa to shop here.

Extremely nice staff. Place has a nice selection of dog foods. I exclusively use Fromm and they always have what I need in stock.

First time ever coming to this pet store and it's definitely one of my favorites now. I bought my dog two bags of treats and a new toy not that he needed a new toy ????. He loves his new toy and he loved the new treats as well. I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff. Thank you for being a natural pet store!!! Awesome staff so welcoming and nice. The female employee that helped me was super nice and had tons of information on their products!

They have excellent dog food which is safe my dog loves it and the people who are there are extremely knowledgeable can answer just about any question you throw out them

Munchies is by far the best pet food store I’ve found. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a great selection of food and any other items your pet might need. I started feeding my dog a raw diet about a year ago in hopes of combating some serious illnesses, and with the help of Munchies staff my girl has been doing much better. My dog loves this store as well. She’s greeted with a treat and much attention every time we come. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Munchies since it’s been open the first time, I love the store it like my family. I know everyone there! Specialty Donna she is my hero. Every time I go I always ask her is any new food product for my dogs and she is always showing me what is new. And always helping me and making me feels comfortable letting me know what’s is good for my dogs. Thank you Donna for being there!!!

THE BEST EMPLOYEES EVER THERE!!! THE GIRLS ROCK! ANDREA SOPHIA DONNA! HELPFUL, SMART ON PRODUCTS. I've been going there since 2017 with the best advice on food n nutrition for our pets n how they act in the wild. These employees take test on these products n really should be compensated over 15$hr bc of the knowledge they relay to you! The BEST!

We LOVE Munchie’s in Oldsmar and so do our pets. Our Bull Terrier and Bengal cat are both on Raw diets and are extremely healthy now thanks to the manager Donna. She has helped us address their nutritional needs and issues and patiently worked with us to find just the right combination of raw foods and treats to keep them healthy and happy. Donna ans her staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to help you with your pet needs. We really aldea it’s all the special orders Donna does for us and then calls us to remind us to pick it up. Thank you Donna and Munchie’s, we love you!

I have been going here for years, I have only had one issue with a bag and they delt with it in such a professional, kind manner, attending to my needs. But I have never had an issue with anyone or the company at all. They have a wide variety of dog food, treats and toys. Everyone that works here is so kind and informative and they connect with you on a personal level and gives you that homey feel. I recommend everyone go here, its the only place I go to for dog food. I want to say thank you to everyone that works here for being so amazing!

The best place to get dog food and treats! The nicest people ever and are always so helpful and accommodating! They spent so much time walking me through what all I needed for my new puppy. Won’t go anywhere else for pet stuff! They’ve spoiled me.
