Only place we will take our dog Roscoe. Most affordable et in the whole state and gives the best care as well. This is where you take your animals when you want a staff that truly operate to care for the animals and not for the money!!! Roscoe loves Dr. Letcher

Dr. Letcher is amazing with animals and highly professional. I wouldn't trust my pets with any other vets but him.

Dr. Letcher is amazing. He is a very kind, sincere and informative doctor. I have been to him a few times, but after today’s appointment I am debating on ever going back. Dr. Letcher should be very aware that one of his staff members are very rude and unfriendly when he’s not around. She seemed annoyed just by my presence alone. She acted very frustrated when I asked her questions regarding my invoice and even embarrassed the young, sweet girl in there working for Dr. Letcher by getting on to her in front of me and another customer. And for no reason!! She was simply helping me and doing her job accordingly. The negative energy that this woman gave off made me feel entirely unwelcome. I wouldn’t consider her to be an asset to Dr. Letcher if she’s pushing customers away.

He and his staff are there for your pets every need. You got to love then for that.

My BFF was 12 yrs old when she got I'll but I appreciate the staff calling me cuz the Sympathy card they'd sent was returned.My Dog smiles 4 Dr Letcher & she's my BS detector ! (Jan '19). Lexus was reluctant to enter today but that's due to her co-dependence issues. She still gave the Doc a big grin. -3\21\2019

Staff are excellent. Very friendly and kind. They dont leave you with empty pockets after paying like the rest

Called this morning to try to get an appointment for my daughters small dog since his vet passed away last month I was trying to explain to the lady on the phone what was wrong with our small dog she says I cannot understand what you are saying and than rudely tells me everything i said back and says and anyways our Vet is out all next next week all she had to say was politely at the start of the phone call is say that there Dr. is out sorry not be so rude on the phone. Rude Rude.

Our dogs go here while we're out of town and they are as excited to get here as they are to leave. The staff takes great care of them and obviously have a love for animals.

Most responsible vet in Okeechobee. Staff is friendly and professional. They took good care of my furbaby when they spade and removed a few teeth she didn't need. A bit of a drive for me and worth it.
