On November 13th I had to put by sweet Winnie to sleep. This was unexpected and also an emergency. I was turned away at Airport road clinic because I had no appointment. I called Paddock Animal care and the girl at the desk said to wait and she would talk to the doctor. They brought me right in and immediately took me to a room. The vet and all the girls who work there were so kind and professional. They helped me and supported me at a very difficult time. They only cared about my dog and doing what was right for her. Thank you to you and your staff for helping my little Winnie and me at the end of her life.

New to the area and our four legged son developed an eye irritation. I was able to secure an appointment the same day I called. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Vet that saw him provided good care and follow up. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We boarded our dog there for the first time ever, as in the first time ever boarding him. They kept him in a quiet room because he is almost blind and gets very scared and skittish when he hears noises oh, so I was very grateful for that. I would use them again in a heartbeat

A couple of weeks ago our dog have blood on her feces. We called to make an appointment. they told us they can't see it until 5 days. So we end up going to emergency in UF. They gave a dog a complete examination including the blood test. Today We have an appointment for rabies shot for my 2 dogs. The doctor don't mention that she did a fecal examination. When I got home I look at the bills the charge as Fecal examination that we don't ask to examine her. The charge as for a Lab Snap Heartworm test that it will due next year. What a riff off clinic. The stole you blind. I called the clinic about it. They argue that the doctor did a fecal examination. Why the do an examination without asking the owner? And they told me to put it back the money that they overcharge me. Let it see if they put it back on my card. Lousy in cutting dog nail it was bleeding. Advice to the people that come to this clinic be aware. What a highway rubbery. Very corrupt.

It is so obvious Paddock Park Animal enjoys loving on and caring for everyone's precious 4 legged children. They greet our dog, Pepper, like a long-lost friend making her feel so loved it definitely reduces all of our anxiety when she is needing medical care. Thank you for 30+ years of caring ❤ for our babies.

Paddock Park Animal Care is awesome. From the minute I walked in with our 11 year old cat Trinka till the time we left the the staff treated us with the highest respect. Our Doctor (a true specialist) identified her problem give me an education on her illness and treated her issue. In the 11 years of her life we never had a Vet that we truly could trust like Paddock Park Animal Care. Thank you so much.

Got us right in as new patients. Waited about an hour to be seen but once that was accomplished the doctor was prompt. They took care of Miss Emma and we got to take her home.

They are a little pricey. BUT I feel they saved my Mother's cat Sniffles life.. I thank you for THAT..

We just switched to this vet. So far we feel that they are very knowledgeable and very compassionate as we had to put our 16+ year old fur baby down due to severe cancer last week. We still have 3 other fur babies that will continue to go there as needed.

They were able to get my cat right in for an emergency visit. Every time we have been in they are always very friendly and provide good care. They also have great pricing compared to some of the other places in the area. Thank you all for the great care you gave Tanger!!!

I ???????? my dogs vet, but I'm going to have to find another place. You charge more than most make in minimum wage to clip a dog's nails. As if $15 isn't high enough for those struggling right now, you went and raised it by .75. How can you justify $15.75 to clip a dog's toe nails?¿? This used to be included when you dog had their wellness check up. But companies have gotten beyond greedy & charge out the back side for everything. Y'all should be ashamed of yourself, you claim to love animals.

Took my Yorkie to them on a walk in appointment. Very courteous and professional staff. You could tell they really care about the pets and love animals! Very reasonable pricing and they did a very good job of explaining my Yorkies injury and options for treatment. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

My dogs know when it’s time to see the vet and get overly excited to go! Caring, fun staff and always thorough in their exams and any information I may need. Couldn’t be happier with a vet.

Have had very few issues with the vet in the few years I have been taking my pets. Sadly, yesterday it was time for my cat, of nearly 18 years, to move on. They told me that they were too busy and I would wait several hours and take her to the emergency vet when they open. I understand the current situation is hectic, but I saw this as an emergency. I will not be returning to this vet.
