Breeders are only charging $600 for pure bred Chihuahua puppies, and they want $800 plus doctor & medical fees for a mutt. SCAMMERS TRYING TO GET RICH, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Twice I made appointments to visit with woman at the shelter to meet dogs, both times I was stood up when I arrived. First time, door was locked and no one would answer the phone. Second time, door was open, I walked in and found no one in the building. Then a young man walked in from the back and told me the shelter was closed and the door is supposed to be locked, and he shooed me away even when I told him I had an appointment.

Last August wr adopted a mixed pull from here. On the same day we also adopted an older, sick, health ridden female dog that the rescue was supposed to help with. The puppy we adopted was given to us with parvo. The facility knew I had other dogs at home and took the risk!!! $7k later the rescue only helped with $2k of the medical bill. Fast forward 3 months, the older dog still need expensive medical attention and Noone returns my calls or text. Today I have to make the most emotionally heart breaking decision, but these jerks here still get funding and putting families like mine at risk and heart break. And if the owners read this, I have records of EVERYTHING. Including the receipts for almost $15k in vet bills for Rins teeth and other health issues, Loki (Baily) neuter surgery you NEVER paid for!! And the Parvo 24 hour care for 6 days that you didn't care about!!!

Very loving group today takes good care of their charges. We got a very nice doggie for my daughter there. They seem to be in need of a major sponsor to keep going and improve the place. They are truly nice and hardworking people.

This is Charlie! I adopted him Saturday and he is an absolute angel! Thank you so much, for helping me find a new best friend! A lovely rescue center, the animals are well taken care of and the staff are living, knowledgeable people. I am forever grateful to them for introducing me to Charlie. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts! He is perfectly at home already and the king of the castle.

About 2 years ago my family and I went into the rescue, immediately we saw a beautiful male dog and fell in love with him. He used to be abused hence why he is in a rescue, so at first he was skidding and stand-offish. After a month of him living in our house we started to get comfortable with my family and I. Now almost 2 years later this dog (Smokey) has become a huge impact on our lives. Anyone who meets him loves him, he is just amazing sweet and loving! This dog rescue is amazing and you should give it a try!

My business partner and I recently rescued a dog that was wandering by sunrise and A1A and near the beach in fort Lauderdale aimlessly. She was blind and had bad hips and could barely stand. we called everywhere to find a place that would be willing to take her and not kill her until an owner could be located or a Home found for her. My business partner recently was contacted by the owners daughter who said she called everywhere and finally located her dog, sandy, at United Dog Rescue and was so grateful both for us and for the rescue for not killing her mother's dog. Apparently a neighbor had accidentally left a gate open in the dog got out. I cannot speak highly enough about this organization that can greatly use financial support and donations.

Great place with a caring staff

Went there. No one home. I could hear the dogs barking. Any body know their adoption hours?

I waited a couple of hours to see if anybody would show up nobody ever showed up on the day they were supposed to be there I saw dogs inside the place that seemed pretty uncomfortable so I left

it’s not an “adoption center” they sell the puppys. it shouldn’t be called adoption and rescue center.

This place was great, and the workers really care about the animals they're adopting out.

If you are looking for a dog please consider stopping in at United Dog Rescue!! They truly care about the animals and their adoption fees are minimal in comparison to the bills they incur to be sure the animals are properly cared for. Adopt dont shop! Rescue animals are truly grateful to have a second chance on life.

I have nothing but respect and admiration for all the kind hearted people who donate their time and energy to help animals find a good loving home. Here they do all that can be done in a limited space.

This shelter has some dogs that need a lot of love... from you maybe? The pups (2) I got there were no exception. It took a few weeks to a month to get everything taken care of, though I may have picked some special cases. Either way, come play. Maybe it will last for years.

I have not found my Soul Doggie yet with United Dog Rescue but I am very impressed with how kind and attentive the staff is.

UPDATE ADDED BELOW Just bought a 3 month old black lab. He was fully vaccinated and microchipped and they supply fixing him. He’s so smart too. He’s already knows to potty outside. It’s a wonderful rescue, Doris was excellent and Wendy for helping me pick out my puppy. The rescue is clean as well, the puppies were playing in the backyard and enjoying themselves. Def a great atmosphere for them. I’ll always recommend to rescue not shop!!! Doris truly cares for her animals and she’ll 100% make sure they go home with someone trusted! Wonderful experience thank you for giving me my first dog!! !!!!!!!!!!Update: I found out he’s a belgian malinois! He is so active and the a herding dog. He loves to herd my cats. He’s the best and I’m so happy to have found him here! He looked just like a black lab or German Shepherd but offfically found out he’s a Belgian! How awesome!!! He’s now a year old. Heathy and loving his forever home
