Complete terrible. Had my cat groom couple days and now I see her nail have been cut to short and was bleeding. My cat have been groomed before and I never seen the blades marks on there skin being shave. And I know cats are hard to do. Price is very over rested. Another thing my cat has a flea. My cats never have flea and never set foot outside in a yard or anything. Even if they do they have flea collars on them to prevent flea and never ever had a flea til my cat went to them. I didn't like it and I won't go back. I should have read the other reviews.

Horrible I took my puppy cause it had tangles in his hair and specifically told them not to mess with his face they said it was gonna take long cause he had dogs ahead of him so I left him I don’t think that they even gave him a bath they charge me for the whole grooming service and they didn’t do that I could have done this better at home horrible horrible judge for urself

I called them and they were kind enough to give me an appointment for the next day. They gave her the "hair cut" treatment which included cuting her nails cleaning her ears, a bath and a cut. I thought however they should have cut her hair more, though that didn't occur to me until I get home. Also, the staff is very friendly and the price is fair. Nice place to have ur cat groomed

Dropped off my dog at 12pm and she wasn't ready until 8pm ... EIGHT HOURS. Said she had a lot of dogs ahead of her, then why let me drop her off EIGHT hours before she was going to be able to see her? Also gave her an oil to "calm her down" without even asking for permission. Cut her ears all lopsided when we specifically said not to mess with them. Aside from horrible service and messing up my dog's ear, the body trimming was nice. Don't tell us to drop off our dog unless it's time for you to see them. (Dress and bow are mine, not received from her).

Horrible service, owner is crazy, left my dog there all day, she never got to her and then tried to charge me for a full grooming, worst of all is that she was laying in her own pee because she was never walked.

I had a terrible experience today... I called 10 days ahead to get the first appt of the day at 9 am. My dog cannot sit in a cage the whole day like last time! I showed up at 9 sharp and Vilma tells she has to do a blood test and Harper will be ready by 1.. I told I need her out of there by 12. I called at 11:45 and she hung up on me, after telling me that she told me 1 o'clock... 12 min later I received a text that my dog was ready. When we went to pick her up she looked like an alien, with parts not completed! On top of that she was limping. They did a rush job and roughed her up. I WOULD NOT trust you pet to this establishment!!!????????????????????????????????????????????????????Vilma is crazy!!!
