Office was able to get me in quick. I was grateful since we are in season. Nail trim on my dog was perfect, and here's to allergy shot working for my dog and her itchy skin. So far so good. I love the friendly nature of the office and my dog is not so friendly to strangers and she has done really well both times I've had to take her in.

Seem like a very good group of people, started going there when we moved, recommend them.

Even if I have to drive almost 30 minutes from home wouldn’t change this clinic. They always goes above and beyond. Staff is very friendly, kind, loving and caring with our Dog. We moved from North Fl to Sarasota area and when calling different clinics in the area when our sweet dog got so sick. I was on tears and some clinics didn’t take us even tho It was an emergency and Laurel Road Veterinary Clinic didn’t hesitate. They help us right away. We are forever thankful with them.

So caring and sweet, my daughter's rabbit was in dire distress and they got us right in. Her bunny Snowbell did pass away. They sent a lovely handwritten condolences card which was oh so heartfelt. Thank you

Long wait time even with an appointment was at 3:20 didn't get in until 4:30 and was taken people that came in after us first before us and made us wait

The reason, I called them was I was looking to see if anyone had any cats that they needed to find homes for. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Ilene and her staff provide that Olde-tyme country doctor atmosphere with all of the latest technology and knowledge. This isn't a clinic, as such, but instead you are taken care of by the same doctor and vet tech each time, this allows them to get to know their patient and the family. The waiting room is very nice and light, but I've never had to spend much time in it, as I'm ushered into the examination room usually within a few minutes of arrival, where the vet tech starts the procedure. The Doctor then comes in, knowing what the issues are and spends as much time with you and your pet to make sure you fully understand what needs to be done and are comfortable with the treatment. When done, you don't get a sticker shock bill, as we've found their prices to be a very good value for the services provided. We highly recommend Laurel Road Veterinary Clinic - But lets keep that a secret, as we're spoiled by them providing that Olde Tyme Service. UPDATE: 7 MONTHS LATER AND STILL EXCELLENT!

We are here on vacation camping at Royal Coachman and took our pup to a local dog beach. Somehow she ended up breaking her toenail playing in the sand and we knew she needed to be seen because of the bleeding. I called the vet and they were able to get me in within the hour. I walked in as a brand new patient and they were able to take my dog back right away to fix her up. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Wish I lived closer to this vet because I would transfer! Highly recommend going here! Great doctor and team. Thank you again!

I have just recently been to Laurel Vet Clinic with my new puppy, Micah both times it was nice. I was greeted nice when I walked in and so was Micah. He has had his last two set of shots there and I will be making them the vet for all my dogs. The vet calls you and updates you on fecal exams. It is a little drive as I am in Sarasota but right off the interstate and easy to get to. Many of the vets in my area still won’t let you in because of pandemic even with a mask. I would much rather drive an extra 10 minutes to go inside - be listened to and get great advice on my pups needs.

I've been coming here since adopting my little rescue hounds 7 years ago, and always feel we've been in very good hands. Friendly, professional, timely, and affordable... your practice has this in abundance, and makes it well worth the drive from downtown Sarasota! So grateful for this place. The staff is nice, the vet and tech were genuine and caring. They even followed up with me to check up on my pet a few days after a surgery.

Laurel road veterinary clinic has been a mainstay for all of my veterinary needs. They have helped manage my animals in times of health and in times of distress successfully and respectfully. They are always kind considerate and take the appropriate measures in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet.

We initially went to Dr. Ilene @ Laurel Road because she was the vet our puppy’s breeder used. We were going to find a local vet after her initial visit. However after meeting the doctor and the staff, we were blown away. Every single staff member was so caring, the facility was clean and organized, and Dr. Ilene is wonderful. Took the time to explain everything in detail, really showed genuine concern for our puppy. Because of this initial experience, we’ve decided to make Laurel Road our permanent veterinarian. Well worth the extra drive time. Highly recommended.

I am incredibly impressed with Dr. Ilene Serentill and her staff. My dog, Sophie, was seen by another vet who told me that she was fine and to wait it out for a week or so until she finished her antibiotics. I took Sophie to Laurel Rd to get a second opinion, since she did not seem fine to me. Dr. Serentill immediately knew Sophie’s problem that was accidentally missed by the previous vet. After Xrays to verify, she was in surgery the next day. Sophie is much better following her surgery. Very thankful to have my happy furry friend back.

DR illene and staff have been amazing to work with. It's nice to deal with a vet who actually cares about her patients and not just the money.

No longer open on Saturdays. Supposedly because of covid.

They are so friendly and so helpful. They are always very intent to finding the under lying cause my dog sick. I had other Drs. who just try to treat the symtoms and I would always go back to them two or three times. But since going to LAUREL Rd. Vet.
