It was nice they saw our chameleon just wish vet was more familiar with reptiles and what could be wrong with my baby. Prices are average for a vet service. Every one is friendly and nice. Needs more parking for handicapped folks. One spot is not enough.

I had a emergency with my dog Tucker and they made time to see him right before Thanksgiving day. Did some x-rays, labs and check his blood pressure. They knew I was on a fix income and work with my price. I have been going to them for over 30 years and they are still thinking mainly about how to make the kids feel better and will talk thru what we should do to make the dog feel better. I have thought about going somewhere else, but it is hard to do when you have a doctor who will talk and work with the owner. So, I love them all and no matter how long it has been since I have gone, they still know me. Dr. Long is "GREAT".

Clean cut operation. I like the individual attention given and they do not prompt you with unnecessary options. Worth the money to support a local business that has a heart. Good job guys.

We were looking for a vet in this area and we’re exceedingly impressed with this facility. From the front desk staff to the vet techs to Dr Long, all were so friendly and thorough. We look forward to a long relationship as our pups go through their remaining years.

I’ve been a customer and my fur babies have been patients of Newberry Animal Hospital since December of 2019. Over the past few years they’ve been phenomenal in every aspect. They are so understanding when I have to change my appointment last minute and never ask why. They work with me and my budget. They are honest and look at every possible thing before diagnosis! I’ve seen a few vets there but by far my absolute favorite is Dr. Shaw. The first time I ever met with her she went above and beyond answer all my questions and never once acting annoyed or rushing me. As for techs Shelby is always amazing but I haven’t seen him for a little while. If you’re considering taking you animals babies here I highly recommend it! ????

Not even one star,, but had to choose to get this message across.. What a joke!!!! Office manager with no compassion, all about the money.. Only ended up here for "daycare" due to primary vets office needing to close for a few days.. Overdosed my pup with clear instructions as to his medications then charged us for a critical care stay/observation. Newberry Animal Hospital caused more harm than good. No more for us, can't be trusted. We will stick with our primary vet or stay home with our baby boi.

Newberry Animal Hospital is absolutely wonderful! My dog, Ruby, has been a patient since she was a puppy and I would never take her anywhere else! All of the vets are wonderful but Ruby has seen Dr Long for the last nine years. I trust him completely and I know that he is always giving her the best care. Boxers are notorious for many health conditions but he has always made sure she has the best options and he takes care of her as if she were his own dog. We are loyal patients!

They are an awesome group of people. They are the most helpful with my our new pup.

Staff are very friendly and compassionate towards pets. Dr. Mathers and Dr. Orange are exceptional, both with their knowledge and with their 'bedside manner'. This animal hospital is what all animal hospitals should be like.

Dr Long was highly recommended and clearly earned it! He was thorough and gentle in his examination of my doggie. My dog was nervous from all the other vet visits and didn't fully notice how much better this one was. Dr. Long discovered a growth on my dog that is probably benign, but it is being observed carefully. His patience, manner, and expertise have earned my full trust!

This was our first visit. I am impressed with their safety protocols. One person in mask may go in with their pet. The office area is extremely clean. The vet did a complete exam of my cat in a calm,peaceful manner. Including his teeth...I was very happy not only with how gently they handled my cat but how comprehensive the exam was. Exam and full blood panel was 240 so equal in price to others but the time and care made the price fair to me. Worth every penny.

I love the staff here. They go out of their way to help you. They take very good care of your pets. Love the vet.

Newberry Animal Hospital is AMAZING! So many reasons to bring your fur-babies here. They have the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctors, the multiple locations as well as the friendliest staff! I can not say enough about the location in Newberry. I have a very scary ,100lb 9mth old German Shepard puppy who has recently started exhibiting high anxiety visiting the vet's office. When I tell you their staff talked to me the 10 times I called regarding anxiety medication for him to just get his nails clipped. I am sure I made it worse by worrying about him at the appt. I brought him in today to have his nails done. When I tell you Stacey, vet tech took the time to not only calm him but myself as well with clipping his nails. She was amazing with him. She scheduled extra time for him as well as came to my car to do something he fears the most, his nails. Whenever he started shaking, Stacey stopped and talked to him to help calm him. She reinforced his good behavior while taking the time to soothe his anxiety. This may seem simple. Most places would just rush doing the nails to get it done faster. That method does not work for him. I am so grateful for Stacey taking that extra time, compassion and helping him have a positive experience. I recommend this facility to anyone who wants their Fur-babies to have a positive experience.

We moved here a year ago and I love this vet office. They have time to talk to you, are compassionate about your fur babies. Get appointments quick. Everyone is very kind. No where else will my dogs go; well except for Blue Pearl emergency on Sundays ????

The service here is so top notch. My other vet had recently been taken over by a large vet conglomerate, and this had led to 45 minute wait times in that parking lot and zero customer service. From my first visit with my dog Roger,I felt welcomed and given compassionate direction on his path for recovery from a tear in his knee. I have visited a few of their locations, and get this same service each time. I can’t believe I spent so much time with a vet that did this. I’m so happy to have found the right place for my dog.
