The best thing about this business is that it’s run by 2 people with high standards and who truly love animals. I feel comfortable with Mel or Rob caring for my pets. Mel has an incredible work ethic and is most importantly trustworthy. She cares for my dogs as her own. As someone who worries a lot when I travel, I know I can rely on Lovett’s to care for my fur babies. That means everything to me.

Lovett’s “Loving” Pet Care has been exceptional in helping us with our puppy. They are enormously reliable and attentive to our requests and our pets. Best of all they are a pleasure to work with.

I have been using Lovett’s Pet Care for over 15 months. I find them trustworthy and reliable. I have used them for needed daily dog walking in Boulder as well as for lengthy vacations. We always leave detailed instructions and they are always followed. Not only does Mel and Rob take awesome care of our dogs but they take in the mail and packages, turn on/off our lights, and water the flowers. We have a code alarm and they always turn it on and off correctly, and that’s a big deal I would not trust my dogs or house with anyone else! A+++

I have used Lovett’s Pet Care of Boulder for my beagle when I have gone out of town for overnights. I leave detailed instructions with Rob and they are followed to the “T”. They are professional, reliable and caring which is what I want for my precious boy! I rely on them for walks and feeding when I can’t get away from my office.

Melanie stayed with our two dogs in our townhome in Boulder over Thanksgiving holiday. She was with them for five days, and we came home to the house exactly as we left it and with happy dogs inside. Additionally, Melanie was extremely accommodating with requests that I had throughout the week. She was wonderful!

We drop our dog here once or twice a week. He always is happy to go to "doggy daycare" and bunny hops up the stairs. They are super nice, their place is clean and he comes home tired and happy. One of the best in Boulder!

My boys and their cousins (my brother's two spaniels and one Italian Ridgeback) absolutely LOVE it here! They love Mel & Rob and I do too! In addition, I work late in the evening and they are accommodating and very patient with me when I can barely make it there before they close ! Also, when the dogs get home, they are exhausted from playing all day! Highly recommended!

Lovetts is more than a dog day care. It is like an extension of our family. Mel and Rob are so down to earth and warm. They know our dog so well all their habits and preferences. I have been taking my dog Lucy there for a few months and couldn't be more happy or recommend them any higher.

My senior dog had a big surgery and needed someone to be with her to monitor for several days post surgery. I was not able to take off time from work, and was very glad to find Melanie. She stayed with my dog all day for the whole week while she was recovering during the time I was at work. Melanie kept me updated on how my girl was doing and responding all day long, sent pictures, and made sure she had her medication at the right times and was comfortable during her recovery. She was patient and gentle with my dog, who was sad to see her go each day when I got home. It was a great relief to have someone qualified and so caring helping during a stressful time.

We boarded our dog with Lovett Pet Care for roughly a week, and it was a phenomenal experience. Melanie send us daily updates and photos, and made us feel comfortable that our dog was in incredibly good hands while we were away.
