First time there. My English Bulldog was pampered and I was informed of the procedures being done. We are very pleased with their service!

Dr Lainer has been taking care of all 7 our goldens for over 30 years and with number eight incoming I hope him and his staff are around for 30 more years. I can't think of a more professional and loving staff to care for my best friends than the people of Golden Animal Clinic. we love you guys

We just got a golden retriever puppy and the first visit was incredible. From the initial phone call and the front desk staff! The vet was wonderful to speak with. I am so happy we have found out furever vet!! Highly recommended!! 5 stars all the way!!!

We've had Dr. Lanier since my oldest, Rosie, was a puppy (she's 12 now!) Golden Gate Animal Clinic has always been fairly priced, with a well-educated, responsible, and compassionate staff. Dr. Lanier himself understands when his clients are financially constrained and does not shame anybody, but also keeps the health of the animal first and foremost and is willing to work with the pet parents on a plan that keeps their fur kids in good health without going thousands into debt. We love GGAC :)

We have been taking our animals here for about 9 yrs. We have several dogs and cats, and they are always friendly, understanding, patient, and helpful. They always see you rather promptly, and try to get you in for emergencies. Very happy with Golden Gate Animal Clinic, Dr. Lanier, and his ENTIRE staff !!

Every visit has been positive. Routine care, skin issues and dentals for dogs and last visit with Puffy the Cockatoo. Assistants very kind and courteous. Dr Lanier very competent and hard working.

From the initial consult with my dog to having his teeth cleaned and baby teeth removed I felt I was an important part of the practice. All staff treated me with respect and were very caring towards Xander. Great overall experience. Glad to ge back at this office.

Worst vets office in Naples, FL! I will never be brining my dogs back there again!

We've been coming to Dr Lanier, Golden Gate Animal Clinic for several years with .many dogs. What we like the most is he's down to earth, explains everything to us, doesn't do unnecessary tests and is truly concerned about our dogs. Covid has been rough on everyone. I do hope he starts to allow owners inside the facility soon. But even so, I do trust him and his staff to take care of our dogs at all times. I also like the fact that he has runs to let our dogs be in while waiting to get looked at and they are not in a crate.

I no longer live in the area; however, being temporarily back in my child hood home, taking care of an elderly mother during the pandemic, I had brought our dogs with me. I had some concerns with one of the dogs, it was difficult to find a vet to take him. After explaining my concerns, GGAC found the time to see our little one and took care of his problem, as well as get him up to date on his vaccines. They were very caring and Dr. Lanier called me personally to explain the situation and the medication needed. Not something our vet at home does, as we usually get a call from the vet assistant with vague information - if any at all. All the personnel I spoke with were understanding, caring and looked after our dog. I also made an appointment for my other dog's vaccines. I do remember Dr. Lanier when I lived here a long time ago. He took care of our dog and cat 'way back when' and he remains a very caring and gentle veterinarian. I will be sorry when I go back home and not having him as our permanent vet. If I didn't live so far, it would almost be worth the driving back and forth!

I have been going to this doctor for years. He was always very trustworthy and has been my family doctor for many of my pets. Recently I took my dog in to get an ultrasound. When I received my dog back she was clearly limping and hurt. The receptionist pretended like nothing was wrong and acted ignorant to the clear fact that my dog had been hurt. Not including her resting lack of care face and terrible attitude. Obviously she should not be working with animas. I let it go since I know things happen but over the night she started to get worse. I called in the next day and asked for something to relieve her pain. Then I had to pay for the medicine that was due to injury that they did. They never even call me back the next day showing that they didn’t even care that they hurt my dog. The doctor told me that it was just arthritis and tried to write me off like I didn’t know what I was talking about. On his report he wrote the wrong leg when I clearly said it was the front left leg. I told this to receptionist and him and neither of them took note of the actual leg that was hurt and wrote the wrong leg in the notes. Makes me think that they are trying to cover their tracks so they don’t get sued. Little did they know I would never sue them and gave them so many referrals for new customers since I have many dog friends.Then literally after this occasion I was discharged from ever using them again. This clearly shows me that if something happened to my dog they would deny it and lie to cover up their tracks. Well at first I thought it was an accident now I think they knowingly did something to her and just denied it and then didn’t care. Beware of this Vet because if something happens to your dog he will deny your allegations and then discharge you so that he is not responsible for any negligence on his part. They did me a favor and I will be sure to warn everyone I know to stay away from Golden gate animal clinic.

Reasonable, Caring, and available. Tough to find all 3 in vet services.

I touched base with GGAC staff mid day today because my dog Kitty seemed to have an ear infection and my regular vet couldn’t see her for 10 days. Heather was AMAZING at getting Kitty an appointment time and making me feel like my girl was in good hands???? the receptionist also was fabulous and very helpful and friendly when I called to confirm what we needed to bring with us as this was Kittys first time coming to the facility. When Dr.Lanier called to update me he was professional, kind and very helpful! All in all i am 100% happy with Kittys visit and am very impressed. THANK YOU GGAC!!!!
