Highly recommend!! By far the cleanest most state of the art Veterinary clinic/hospital I have ever been to.The staff is professional and takes their time to explain and answer your questions. Dr Lopez is knowledgeable and has a very calming demeanor. You know your pet is in great hands.

Dr Lopez and his staff are extremely friendly and caring. Very professional environment while still making you feel like family. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best overall care for their pet.

I have five dogs and three cats so I guess you can say I’m an animal lover at the very least. That being said, I am very particular about the veterinarian I choose to treat my furry friends. Concierge Veterinary Hospital is by far the best veterinary and Naples, lead by Dr. Lopez. Every visit my animals are welcomed to a spectacularly clean office, a warm welcoming staff, and unparalleled care. I am confident that I am always receiving the best advice and the best treatment for my animals. I would never go anywhere else!

The doctors are excellent but their staff lack tact, friendliness, knowledge about the pet and education when it comes to billing. Every time I find it more difficult to go so far to receive an inappropriate treatment. I will only go if my pet suffers from any disease. For the simple things I will look for another place. Too bad they have lowered their quality.

Dr. Sanchez took such good care of my little kitten Oliver. She was extremely knowledgeable and got along with him so well. He loves her! He had ring worm and some digestive issues and in a matter of days all his issues were getting better with the help of Dr. Sanchez's treatments and advice. Ill never see myself taking Oliver anywhere else. We both loved the attention Dr. Sanchez gave us, wherever she goes we will follow. Concierge is lucky to have a vet like her.

We have been trying to get a diagnosis for our Yorkie for at least a year. She has been to several vets and each one wanted tests that required multiple additional visits and spread out over months, and even then still no answers. I messaged Mark at Concierge Veterinary one morning and he told us to come right in. We saw Dr Sanchez. Before the day was over, my dog was feeling better, they had run several tests in-house, I had the diagnosis and a treatment plan. She is already so much better! I wish I had found them a year ago. Highly recommend!

What great care that was given to my shih tzu. She was sick for a few days , i was at my wits end and feared dehydration. They did appropriate tests and treated her. She was sent home with a report of her hourly vitals and assessment while she was there. We were given clear instructions of home care. Definitely recommend this facility.

Dr.López and staff members are very caring and loving ! I worked with Dr.López once upon a time ago lol and I seen first hand how caring he is and his wife Yudith too. He practiced prayed before surgery and it was just amazing to see how much love he gives to his patients. They have worked very hard to bring their name up to standards and he they deserve all the recognition of an amazing vet in town!!

I had my puppy established at this clinic due to great recommendations from people. However, upon asking basic questions about pricing/treatments, the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about. I assume that the receptionist I spoke to was either newly hired, or they just don’t expect the clients to ask specific questions when scheduling appointments because the simplest of questions had no answers (I.E, do you offer the proheart injection? Are the fecals & heart worm tests run in house or sent out to the lab?). The receptionist even told me that the only kind of injectable prevention they offered was revolution… which is a topical treatment. When I arrived, there was no one in the lobby waiting, yet the front desk person had me sit and wait before even checking me in so that she could take a phone call about scheduling an apt. Having worked at a vet clinic for over 3 years, you’re always taught that the customer in front of you takes priority (unless there is a phone emergency, which was clearly not the case in this situation as I could hear the conversation loud and clear), yet I sat waiting for over 20 mins just for her to finish the phone call and ask my pet’s name. As a new client with a new patient, the front desk will usually ask for previous records… the front desk didn’t ask and I had to offer to email the records to them to which she replied “Sure I guess you can..”. We were put into a room and waited over an hour before the tech came in, with no updates or apologies. The tech, Jessica, was extremely sweet and informative and was honestly the only reason why we stayed for the rest of the appointment. After our puppy was taken and examined, the dr came in for 2 seconds and said “Everything is good.” I had to pry the words out of his mouth and ask specifically how everything went, seeing as the patient was a puppy and it was the first time. Normally, the first visit is much more warming and welcoming and informative but this was very quick and dry, he did not seem to want to build any kind of connection or positive experience with the client or patient. A few days after, I call the clinic to check on my pet’s fecal results (assuming it was negative since I had not received a call since the apt and it had been 3 days). Turns out the fecal was positive and they just threw that aside with little importance, when I would assume that is something they absolutely have to let owners know right away as it can be dangerous. We returned to the vet immediately that same day to pick up the medication and a young lady in the front could not find the medication even though it was clearly entered into the computer… As we waited for her to find it, we expected some sort of instruction to go along with it but she simply just showed us how to insert the syringe into the bottle which is not the instruction we needed. So we asked if we could please speak to a vet tech, in hopes of asking them how long the treatment would be for and when it would be appropriate to recheck the puppy’s fecal sample (all general questions that should have been explained when given the medication). We waited for 30+ mins and were told that there was another emergency C-section and that everyone was busy. After having waited far too long for a simple explanation, we had to go and let the front desk know so that they could let the tech know they were no longer needed and she didn’t even apologize for the wait, simply said “okay.” Its as if they truly do not care if they lose clients or what their reputation looks like, which is very sad considering that Im sure the owner is not even aware of the poor customer service that is being offered. There is absolutely no form of communication or clinic to client relationship established at this clinic. I cannot speak about Dr. Lopez, whom all these excellent reviews seem to be about, as we have not met him yet. As for the front desk, truly incompetent. I was genuinely surprised and am still dumbfounded as to how such a seemingly prestigious and expensive vet clinic offers such poor customer service…

Dr Lopez is great. He is very knowledgeable and has all the state of the art equipment to diagnose your pet’s health. He takes the time with you to explain any questions you may have about your pet’s health or diagnosis. Having dealt with doctor Lopez in the past. Life or death situation for my boy Rocky. I can truthfully say I trust his judgement 100%. I also am happy that they are a Pet Emergency Hospital. His staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The CVH is an outstanding clinic with the upmost quality of care to each individual animal as well as their clients. You can tell they strive to provide the 5 star service from the moment you walk-in and they make sure your pet is treated like a king/queen. One Veterinarian that stands out in the office is Dr. Gabriela Sanchez. She has worked there in the previous years as a Vet Tech and now is a Doctor there. Words can't describe her demeanor with the clients. She is beyond professional, empathic, very through and is always making sure that my pet and others are getting the best health services that can be provide to our fur babies. Her knowledge is vast and has helped diagnosis things on my pup that others have missed. She's an outstanding Doctor. Another point to be made is: I never feel like a number or rushed when I'm there and to be honest they make me feel as if I am family but most important treat my dog as if its one of their own. Highly Recommend this clinic over any of them in the area.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! I am new in town and didn’t have a regular vet yet but had an emergency situation with my daschund Brutus. I found Concierge on Google and I’m so happy I did. They immediately took me back to a room and within minutes the hospital director Marc Pacelli came in. I could not be more grateful for him and the rest of the staff. They were so amazing, so helpful, and seemed just as concerned for Brutus well being as I was. They made a forever customer today! Thank you CVHFL!!

Dr. Lopez is the best Vet! He has been taking care of my baby Max and was able to get her allergies under control with the proper shampoo. Max is a nervous nelly, but Michelle always has a way of handling him especially during his nail trimming. Thank you Maddie and Michelle for your patience with Max! #dachshund #petslife

My pup was seen for a hot spot. A tech walked in asked to take my dog to get the spot shaved. Brought him back and declared that my pups treatment was completed. Apparently my pup was shaved, scraped (top layer of skin on neck removed) and given an antibiotic injection. While I recognize that the tech had the best intentions I AM UPHOLD and FURIOUS that no consent was asked or given to treat my pup. The vet didn’t discuss a treatment plan, or options for treatment. I expressed my disappointment. The tech apologized and told me that the vet will be in shortly. The vet was a pleasant man, not sure how much he participated in the treatment of my pup because he couldn’t tell me where my pup was injected. My pup was held down for an invasive procedure without my knowledge or consent and without an option for pain control. The scraped spot is now hot and oozing. My pup is miserable in pain and traumatized. I should have been given a common courtesy to participate in his treatment plan. Scraping skin is not the only way to treat a hot spot ! Unprofessional and disappointing. On a different note. Staff are all smiles and pleasantries. The facilities are beautiful and built in a warehouse loft style. Unfortunately no one thought of acoustics. Hence, you and your loved pet can hear other pups screaming and crying while waiting to be seen. My pup started to tremble when another puppy supposedly had his blood drawn… the screaming was unbearable.

Dr Lopez and his staff were very compassionate and thorough in diagnosing and treating my dog's illness. I doubt I'd have my dog with me today without them.

BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS !!! I took my cat to get spayed and after returning home she was not acting correctly so we took her back only to be given another bill estimate for blood work and another surgery before they would even check her out fully which ended up costing 3x more than the originally surgery. We took her home again only to have more complications and upon taking her to a different veterinary they told me this place did the wrong thing stitching her back up again and we did not need to pay $300 for blood work the second time taking her back here. They also told me my cat should have been given antibiotics after the first complication which this place failed to do so, gave us a cone that was held together with tape because “that’s all they had” for sizing. Now it’s costing me thousands to get my cat back healthy and happy, this place obviously only cares about money which is fine but at least properly treat my animal that I love.

We brought our cat to this place to get spayed and it turned out to be the worst experience for our poor baby. When we brought her home, we were advised that if she is not active within 48 hours to bring her back for a second examination. She was not eating or drinking and was very inactive. We brought her back and they said that one of her stitches came loose and were trying to imply that we mistreated our cat. They stitched her up again, did blood work and sent her back home with us. Note that at this point, we have already paid close to $1,000.00 for both appointments combined. After another 48 hours, we noticed excess discharge coming from her wound. At this point, we took her to another vet where they were horrified to see the post-operation results. They even asked if we had her stitched up in the back of somebody's van! Our cat was not given any sort of medication, antibiotics or anything of the sort from Concierge after getting spayed or patched up a second time. We were told that they also did not use anti-bacterial stitching which resulted in our cat getting an abscess which they should have seen, but instead stitched over the second time we took her in. If we waited any longer, our poor cat could have been badly infected and we would have to pay even more for another procedure to be done. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about the wellbeing of their pets.
