Friendly, experienced staff. Warm welcome every time we call or come in. We feel completely secure that our dogs are well taken care of and have fun every time they come to Camp Bow Wow. We wouldn't think of taking Ruby and Cooper anywhere else!!

We were from out of town but have family in Naples and boarded our pup for a cruise we were taking. The were so awesome about communication and follow through! I felt confident that all his needs were met and that he was in a clean and safe facility.

Recently had our dog stay here for boarding over several days. Upon drop off we provided them with instructions on how to care/feed our dog while he was staying with them. When we picked our dog back up he came home absolutely starving and ate 2 bowls of food as soon as he walked in the door. Looking at our dogs returned items all of his food items were still in the bag that we dropped off with him. In addition we paid for 15 mins of one/one playtime at an additional cost. We happened to catch his one/one playtime on Camp Bow Wow’s camera and noticed the individual assigned to play with him just sitting on their phone, totally ignoring him. We used to love this place but the owner became very passive aggressive over the course of the last year. He even had the never to call and scream at us at one point. Recommend staying away from this place if you want your dog loved and taken care of.

My dog is 13 and was never in day care before, but he loves going to Camp Bow Wow. He has some health issues and they are very good about taking care of him and updating me on how he is doing. They are very loving with him and I could not be happier.

I appreciate how I receive detailed communications about my dog while she is at Camp Bow Wow. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

This was our dog’s first time visiting this location after staying at other camp bow wow locations in other states. He was anxious at first but the staff did everything they could to make him feel comfortable and safe. The staff communicated with my wife and I throughout our dog’s entire stay and it gave us a great peace of mind while we were out of town

Bella had a great time on her first visit. She has fun with the other dogs now that her shyness has lifted. Very professional and friendly staff.

Let me start by saying that this Facility is very inconsistent.. My dog was boarded at Camp Bow Wow on Memorial Day weekend, for a period of 5 days, with the veterinarian's instructions that my dog was not allowed to participate in activities due to her being on medication... When I picked her up on Tuesday, June 1st, I had asked the front desk person how my girl did.. They stated she did very well and was very sweet. I again booked reservations for my dog to stay at Camp Bow Wow the week of Labor Day, I purchased 2 non refundable tickets to fly out of State.. I was called by the owner who told me that my dog was not a good fit for their facility and that they were cancelling my pet's reservations for the Labor day weekend... .. Mind you my dog was coming to this facility every other weekend for her grooming needs (since March 2021)... Their excuse was that my dog attacked the other dogs.. I consistently viewed their cameras and Never did I see my dog in the yard with other dogs during her stay - as she was under strict restrictions under the vet's care... In March 2021, my dog went for her interview at Camp Bow Wow and she had been healing from surgery.. She apparently had been bleeding while in the play area with the other dogs - Multiple male dogs - were chasing my dog while she was trying to get away... I could see through their cameras in their lobby that she, my dog, was getting anxious and not one of the workers in the play area attempted to exit my pet out of that area.. I feel that this facility is very inconsistent and irresponsible to communicate with one another or to the pet owner.. I do not understand why an owner of a pet facility would recommend me to take my pet to another pet facility if they felt my dog was not a good fit for their facility??

Our dog Sandy loves Camp Bow Wow. When we traveled for an extended time Sandy enjoyed the many Training experiences available (Agility, Brain Games, Circuit ) Plus we loved getting the daily emails plus photos while we were in the Far East.

The staff is always so friendly and treats Gabby like family! She gets so excited on the drive over, so I know she loves to go to Camp Bow Wow!

I love that we can see our dog on camera during his stay. He has been there about 7 times over the last 5 years and always comes home happy.

We were here from out of state and needed a dog sitter for the day. Nice clean facility, friendly staff, and cameras set up so you can check in on your dog while you are away. George enjoyed his stay there and had fun with the other dogs. I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of daycare for your dog. I felt comfortable leaving our dog in their care.

My dog absolutely loves day care at Camp Bow Wow. Whenever I check in on him through the cameras, his tail is wagging nonstop and he is having the best time.

My 10 month old Corgi ( Sandee) absolutely loves this place. I put her in doggie day care a least once a week. When I get her out of the car she goes charging to the building and can't wait to get in and play. Great for the pup to play and socialize with other dogs. I love to watch her on the camper cameras. Tail is always wagging !!! Great staff and great owners.

Camp Bow Wow has quite actually been a saving grace to my family. My husband found out the hard way that he has genetic heart disease by having a massive heart attack and subsequently an open heart quadruple bypass. Having a 5-month-old Boxer puppy, I immediately knew I needed help - unable to provide the needed care for our rambunctious puppy and my husband simultaneously. To say Camp Bow Wow was, and continues to be, compassionate is an understatement. Chubbs, our puppy, has been given the most outstanding care at a time when we could not provide it ourselves. I do not only recommend Camp Bow Wow, I wholeheartedly endorse, promote, and encourage anyone going through something difficult, or just someone whose dog needs more exercise than they can currently provide, to employ and trust the services of Camp Bow Wow. Their staff is nothing short of remarkable. I would coordinate dropping Chubbs off with my afternoons spent at the hospital. The staff treated him as if he was their own - greeting him the door and taking a vested interest in his play and wellbeing. I trust Camp Bow Wow with our puppy beyond measure. He would return home gleefully tuckered out having received love, attention, and the play time he requires. The webcams enabled both my husband and me to watch him from afar, bringing us both delight and relief. I can assuredly say that Camp Bow Wow has been a life saver during this unforeseeable time. Their prices are remarkably affordable and comparable to those of lesser facilities. It is with genuine gratitude and first-hand knowledge of their superb care and conscientiousness that I am able to say they are in a league of their own when it comes to dog care. Our dog, like most others, is an extension of our family. It was instantly and abundantly evident that each and every staff member treated Chubbs as a member of their own family as well. Sincerely, from the bottom of my healthy heart, hats off to the entire Bow Wow team. Simply put, they are unrivaled for good reason.

Everyone at Camp Bow Wow is great! We have a pot-bellied pig and Camp Bow Wow was able to find us a sitter. Staff is kind, responds quickly. Ms Ellen who is our piggy's sitter is just AMAZING! We are so grateful we can enjoy our getaways knowing our furry family member is in great care.

SUPER friendly STAFF (to my pup)!!! We all like friendly staff but at the end of the day when its a doggy daycare it's about how they are towards the pups.My pup is afraid of people (think TERRIFIED- she's a rescue who till this day hides under the couch or bed when we have guests over). so dropping her off with other people is not an option UNLESS it's at Camp Bow Wow where the moment we make that turn onto Mercantile she's yelping and jumping into the front seat of the car way too excited.She happily runs towards the team there when we arrive and they open the gate for her.The fact that she loves the team is amazing to us.THANK YOU!
