Love the staff very professional

We had an emergency situation with our Boston Terrier, and called Micanopy Animal Hospital at the last minute when as it happened, they were extremely busy working on another emergency. They were so gracious and had us come in immediately, as we had explained our little girl was in pain and suffering. Dr. Molly Pearson could not have been more professional, caring and compassionate as she tended to our pet. As we had opted to wait in our vehicle, a lovely young lady brought water out to us and explained what was happening. Such comfort and warmth was shown to us that I felt compelled to write this lengthy review. Thank you Micanopy Animal Hospital and staff for extending such kindness and caring in a very stressful time. -Victor and Christine Behan

I have been looking for a new vet for my critters and I have found it. We have only been here once but my dog was so comfy and relaxed that he decided to take a nap. The staff and vet were so loving and kind to him. They were friendly, helpful and informative to my concerns about my dog. I didn't feel vet shamed or forced to do a bunch of unnecessary costly testing. I felt that they listened to my concerns and gave me their opinions and options of what could be done. Overall I was very happy with our visit and I think my dog was too. Thanks to Micanopy Animal Hopsital for the Cats Meow visit.

I called these kind folks with an emergency and was kind enough to direc me to Someone who could help after HRs and ultimately saved Max's life! That was a service that my own Vet didn't even offer me at the time i needed them while they was closing, you helped save my pets life and i Thank you so kindly for your advice !.

Amazing Vet and staff. They called frequently to check up on our terminally ill dog and provided us the best support we could of asked for during those hard times for our family. 100% recommended ????

I was moving from central Florida to Indiana and my 17 1/2 year old dog started having some issues while traveling. I called to see if they could see him and they took him as soon as I got there. They only did what was necessary to figure out what was wrong. They informed me of charges before hand and told me how he was doing often. You can tell that they really enjoy what they do and truly care about your animal. If you live in the area I would definitely recommend taking your animals/family members here. They saved my boy's life and I can't thank them enough!! Amazing people!!

Incredibly caring , compassionate staff.

Customer service means a lot. I took my dog in for an appointment yesterday and there was some confusion regarding services. I posted a review. I am glad to see they really care about their customers and want to make things right. The lead Veterinary Doctor called me yesterday (same day) and everything was resolved. It’s refreshing to see this kind of customer service. Yes, I was frustrated, but we are all human and make mistakes. The important thing is they proved to me they care about my dogs and the satisfaction of their customers. Thanks.

This animal hospital will go above and beyond for your pet. My wife and I were traveling from Tampa Florida, our mini pig started vomiting and choking excessively. We googled the nearest vet and thank God this is where we went. Because of covid there office was closed. My wife ran to the door with our pig and the vet immediately came out. She was very up front sand said that she was not familiar with pigs but would do her best to save him. Long story short she called numerous of colleagues and other veterinarians to be able to diagnose and treat him. THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS ONE OF THE BEST AND WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO TREAT YOUR ANIMAL LIKE THEIR OWN. If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Friendly and knowledgeable staff I can’t say how much we appreciated their help and willingness to diagnose and treat our pig!!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Pearson and the professional Vets and staff at Micanopy Vet Hospital for around 16 years. I first came to know them through my Rednose pitbull puppy, Titus who grew to be a 100 lb brute. He was an absolute beast and handsome guy and Dr. Pearson loved him. He eventually passed of cancer, but not before living an extra year and a half from the treatment he received here. Fast forward to today and both my black and tan dachshunds receive care here one for 4.5 years and the other puppy for 6 months. We also board our dogs here when we go out of town and they are so loved and taken care of. We love and appreciate you MAH!

This place is fantastic. Team members treat you and your pets like family. They always go above and beyond. As a college student they also would help me find the best treatment within my budget. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're new to the area and need a new primary vet, I highly recommend trying Micanopy Animal Hospital! Edited to include that they have excellent Covid-19 precautions in place to make sure you can safely get your pet cared for even in the pandemic!

Took a couple of pets here and never had a problem. A bit pricey for my wallet but all pet care is expensive.
