Today was my first time using Super Star Mobile Pet Grooming and all I can say is Wow…. Our Groomer “ Zoey “ was the best, she treated our Little Rylee like a princess.. Rylee smelled soooo good and looked soooo pretty.. I would definitely be using this service again and I highly recommend them especially if you work at home like me and are not able to leave..

If I could give Super Star Mobile Grooming 10 stars I would. My Goldendoodle is 6 months old and they were so cooperative with him when it came to guiding my pup through the process. I felt beyond comfortable with them and it put so much ease on me. My pup loves when it’s time to get groomed (he walks himself into the bus). Their communication skills is an added benefit especially when it comes to directing them to your location and knowing the estimate time arrival. Expect good things from this company. The integrity they hold for what they do is spectacular.

Pros: They were able to let me know about a cancellation so they seen my dog two weeks early which I appreciated. Cons: They returned my dog back with bleeding nails and the dog spray they used was way too strong. However, the worst issue was that they completely shaved off my dog’s whiskers! After letting them know about the incident, they first told us it was not protocol for the groomers to shave off the whiskers and to email them pictures. I sent the pictures as requested and politely asked for a refund. They refused and said it was our fault for asking for a “low” haircut. When does low mean to completely shave whiskers off? Dogs and cats need their whiskers for sensory and proprioception. Their customer service is extremely rude; not wanting to take accountability and blaming their customers. Unfortunately with the injuries to his nails and cut off whiskers, we will not be returning to this groomer service. We will be looking for a place that actually treats us and our dog with respect.

My daughter use your service so that's how I now how good you are. This not the first time I use your service.

Communication is terrible. Haven’t even received the service and i never wanna use them again. Just booking appts seems too hrd for then to do. Wish i did not have my time wasted. Absolutely would not recommend

Frustrated employee manhandled my Luna brought her back wet and injured. Have no trust for Them they only are able to deal with small lap dogs. All their reviews are from friends and family.

I called because no one showed up for my dogs appt 2 Wks ago. They literally just had me hold for over 5 minutes and never came back to the line. Never even called back. I was a customer with them for over 4 yrs. service has declined.

This was my first time booking a mobile groomer for my two dogs. I went ahead and book the appointment 5 weeks in advance since I knew they would be crazy for thanksgiving. The day before, they called confirming the appointment for a completely different time as to what I schedule it for. Was unable to address the mistake. Was unprofessional and told me the best they could do was put me on the waitlist. Highly offensive since I booked 5 weeks in advance. Would not recommend.

My baby always comes back looking great and walk all around the house wanting to show off his new cut. Rather it is a cut or just a bath he always comes back better then if I did it myself.

I always try to get full grooming on my puppy,, They always forget to do something (most of the time they forgot to clean the teeth, ears and nails) but this time the groomer came and was afraid of getting bite by my puppy shih tzu so the groomer only shaved my puppy's behind and charged me $47 just to shower him, and couldn't clean the ears, cut the nails, clean the teeth and give him a hair cut even when my dog was already wearing a muzzle. I'm definitely not calling them again

I've been using Super Star grooming for some time now for my dog Jayla and the service has always been the best. I love how consistent they are to hear your feedback on how the service went and most importantly I don't have to leave me house for my little Maltese to get freshen up.
