we have been clients for about 9 years, we have had different dogs. for the past few months they have been complaining about the size of our dog ( rough collie) and the price we pay ,which is actually what they have charged. we pay on time, give tips ,we do not complaint, we are good customers. 4 months ago they increased the price and we agreed. now they increased again giving a reason of increase in gas and blablabla , which is something that has been for everybody. anyway today in a very "what we consider" unpolite and almost nasty message they basically told me that they prefer to groom 2 dogs than my dog for the amount that I pay ,they are not doing me a favor and I am a wealthy person able to pay what they charge if it is a fair fee. as per the owners no one in his staff will groom my dog for the "miserable" money that I give. this is not a way to mistreat a long time customer. I still whish them all the luck in their business but I will never use them again or recommend. BIG mistake to treat customers this way .

Overall, a very good experience!! Will continue to use them while I am in South Florida. Great value for the price!!

Worst experience of my life . The groomer was completely unprofessional and did not follow my instructions about how my dog should be groomed . He shaved the dog completely without my authorization and was not possible to follow his work because everything was done inside of a truck ! My daughter even showed him a picture of my dog of how she wanted groomed and by far it wasn’t a shaved dog !!!!! Honestly, horrible. Moreover customer service was despicable and not well prepared to handle situations when clients are not happy with the service . They should not be in BUSINESS !!!! ????????????????????

They are very Price reasonable and sweet to my dog. She's not scared at all to be groomed by them.

We are so happy with the job and advice that Osmany-groomer gave us one put new puppy! He did a beautiful job bringing out her prettiest qualities. We could not have asked for a better first experience having her groomed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Scheduling with Orlando was also very easy and their hours were convenient for our schedules.

St. Jude's groomers are wonderful - they do a great job with my very shy, Goldendoodle, Charlie - she looks beautiful! Plus it's so convenient that they come to us and are very professional. Thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this groomer. My teacup poodle was matted and needed a groom badly. It was no easy task but my dog came out impeccable and completely even. I honestly don’t know how he did it. I have used many groomers but this is by far the best. Super fast, extremely professional and my dogs look great. Thank you!!!

I used Doggi’s grooming and they were amazing. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get in contact with them so I gave this mobile grooming a chance. WORST decision. They left my poor husky with knots everywhere. That has never ever happened and I’ve taken him to different grooming places and they always leave him beautifully combed. I don’t know how they managed but he came out with knots that he never had ???? Clearly they don’t know how to groom huskies or dogs with a lot of hair. Save your money and choose another spot!!! Also my mom called and they had terrible customer service. The man got defensive instead of trying to apologize and fix the issue. He just kept talking over her. I called last minute on the same day I wanted an appointment and they were able to fit me in. I was very specific about the kind of cut I wanted for Jax because we typically don’t do the schnauzer cut even though he is a schnauzer. Orlando was very quick to get back to me on scheduling and the groomer did a fantastic job! He was also very kind with Jax and I felt like he was definitely a dog person. Highly recommend!

Very grateful and happy with the service that st Jude mobile dog grooming has provided. The staff is very loving and always available when needed. We have been using them for the past 9 years and wouldn’t think of going with anyone else. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.

I called to make an appointment. I asked the Gentleman to give me the benefits of using his service. He was very rude and told me to call somebody else. I told him he has to understand the questions because other groomers promise and did not deliver on their promises. And it was my right as a consumer.
