My dog came out looking healthy and happy so 5 stars from me!!

This place is nice. But they are only interested in $$$ and not loyalty. I have been bringing my dog for day care and at times for boarding since they opened there doors and nobody brought their pets. Well now they are not interested in day care customer and give preference to boarding customers, leaving no room for their bread and butter of their establishment. Eventually the boarding will slow down and they will be begging for daycare customers again to return. Where is the loyalty??? They are only interested in the bottom line “CASH”. Will begin taking my pet to woodland pet resort. Hopefully they aren’t a greedy bunch as well.

Excelent service, location and amazing staff

My dog Kora energetically jumps and wags her tail each time we approach Somi for doggy daycare. She has a great time with the other dogs and dog handlers, and I feel very confident and secure, knowing she's in good hands while I'm at work, or out of town.

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Every person on staff is so nice and they really do care about the well being and safety of your pet while it's there for boarding or day care. I recommend them to everyone I know!!! Truly are the best!

This mis my honest review: My dog is a Labradoole Luna. We decided to leave her at Somi because reviews. However everything was totally different than we expected. First when I dropped her, the staff told me that was no camera because the system was down. Also that I need to upgrade but there were no available rooms. For me that was so important and I booked three weeks in advance. So red flag there. We came back four days after and she was very skinny, lost at least 2 pounds. So I believe my dog never ate. and when i called them she said she was fine. Also her right eye was completely red, never happened to us before. Also her left elbow had scratches. A total mess. If I leave her for more days she will be dead.

Somi has officially ruined all other doggy daycares for me! I took my dog, Sprout, to Somi when I lived in Miami and it's the only place I've ever trusted or felt comfortable enough to send him. He is a rescue and suffers from separation anxiety. I told Somi about this and they kept an extra eye on him the first few times he went and gave me updates when I'd pick him up. I recently moved out of Miami and have yet to find a place that even comes close! Highly recommend!

I love this place! Bring my dog Luna here almost daily and she loves it too...she spends the entire day exercising and using the pool. Best way to keep her entertain than to keep her home doing nothing only sleeping. It's definitely a state-of-the-art facility, clean and big enough to handle so many dogs under the care of a fantastic and knowledgable staff.

Left on a 10 day trip and had to leave my ???? behind for the first time! Somi was great, received updates daily from Instagram department and he came home clean and happy. Thank you Somi!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! My dog absolutely loves the staff! They take great care of him and the parks have so much space! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Left my dog there for 4 days only and when I picked him up, he was REALLY sick, feverish, vomitting, coughing up blood, he lost a LOT of weight (again, just 4 days), and he looked like he had gotten attacked by another dog. When I tried asking them about what had happened to my dog, they treated me like I was crazy and was making it all up. As if "nothing" ever happened to my dog, he's just a puppy... Never leaving my dog here again, their service isn't reliable even with the cameras they give you access to. I'm not even sure my dog had the agreed amount of daily exercise that I PAID for. Every single time I checked the cameras to see him, he was ALWAYS in his room anxiously moving around. If your dog's a big dog, I do NOT recommend this place. How can you leave your dog with people who won't honestly let you if there were any complications??? It's just unacceptable.

I love Somi Pet resort and would recommend them to all my friends and family. The staff is all kind and professional.Their facilities are luxurious, clean and inviting. They also have a huge park for dogs to play that includes a pool. My dogs always enjoy their stay and I feel good knowing their suites have both indoor and outdoor areas. Webcams are optional for suites.

I love Somi!! They are the only place I would leave my furbaby. Every employee is extremely nice and professional, they go out of their way to make sure your pet is cared for and has the best expierence I take my aussiedoodle daily , it’s his second home I have recommended them to ever dog owner I know.

Oh no too many cages, I have a feeling they are all locked in those cages while we think they are having fun, no no no looks like a shelter and my boy just came out of one. Thank you but no thank you

Hello my name is Asael and I left my dogo argentino here for 4 days and at first I thought It would be great because the place looks great and convincing but it wasn't. I told staff to take my dog to the pool by himself since he is not friendly and they agreed, good no problem yet I didn't see him not once in the pool at all and I checked the cameras every hour. When I went to pick him up I asked to see footage of him in the pool they said there is none but that he had a good time in the pool, apperantly I have to take their word for it. I don't expect this type of service from a place that isn't necessarily cheap... in addition he came back bitten all over the face and over the head and I asked about it and no valid answer, nobody knew how it happened. That is just unacceptable no matter what place or how much they are charging you this just doesn't have an explanation. He came back hurt and with scabs all over his back like what type of fraud is this? I'm sorry but this place isn't capable of handling real big dogs just dont accept them but don't promise something you can't keep up with , way overpriced for this type of service.

My puppies over them. They took great care of both of our dogs!! They were happy and exhausted from playtime when we picked them up!

We love this place and our dog loves it too. We take her here for daycare and also board her, and I love that regardless of the amount of time she is there with them, she comes out extremely happy and healthy. We’ve had not so great experiences at other places and it is so refreshing and calming to see how much the staff cares about the dogs that are there. They are also extremely communicative, so you are never surprised at pick up. Overall, I would give it a 10/10 if I could.

This place increase the prices for the summer, and it looks that they charge for everything.

Very clean facility with spacious rooms, yards and pools. You won’t even tell this was boarding how well maintained the scent is. Very professional and polite staff. The best part of leaving my pup here is having that peace of mind while being away knowing your little one is taken care of. Much better than other places I’ve gone to that leave your dog in a small kennel all day and look like a warehouse.

I cannot say enough good things about Somi. My dog LOVES going to daycare. The facility is very clean and well kept. It is clear that the staff is very knowledgable and cares about each of the dogs there. Boarding was fantastic. I'm leaving Miami in a few months and I'm going to miss this place more than anything else!

I have a 10 month old chocolate lab and knowing my dog is in good hands means everything and the vibe in this place is %100 positive and very professional and welcoming I can’t stop recommending this place to everyone I know who has a dog lol .... this is vip quality is definitely Hersheys second home ????

The absolute best option for boarding in South Florida. Extremely friendly and thoughtful staff. The most beautiful and state-of-the art facility. Timber had a lovely stay!

Super happy with leaving our Aussie Rio puppy here for his first time boarding (ever). Not only the location is central , the resort itself was clean, the staff was nice, we had a quick tour of the play yard/sleeping suit and webcam access. IG: Rio.the.red.Aussie

We are traveling the states and needed to find a place for our two pups to have a good time while we went a few places. From beginning to end this place was absolutely amazing!! They pampered and lived our doggies, even when they were timid to meet new people. They went above and beyond to make this experience phenomenal for all involved!!
