Sabal Chase Animal Clinic Miami, Florida

A couple/few weeks ago I brought my Sue, a little chihuahua mix to Sabal Chase for her annual. If you have pets, you know the drill. You call from your car. Someone comes to pick up your pet. And you wait in your car for them to be returned. It's pretty awful, because you can't be there to talk with the doc. This was different! Dr. Kupkee called me during Sue's exam to explain everything to me. That call made all the difference! (Sue was fine, except for her teeth, which she had cleaned a week later.) Everyone at Sabal Chase really cares!

Throughout the years each of the dogs I have had and have now received good and kind care from the team at Sabal Chase Animal Clinic. They have been in the community for a long time at the same location. Convenient, easy parking but primary is the level of care our pets receive.

The staff at Sabal Chase are welcoming and take the best car of your pet. They take the time to go over any issues that may arise with your pet and fully discuss options that fit your budget. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Kupkee is very knowledgeable and staff is very nice.

Bonnie is amazing and such a sweetheart! She taught us how to give our kitten Romeo his pills without being bitten to shreds! Truly an expert and extremely kind. Dr. Kupkee and Dr. Rose have taken such good care of Romeo during his sickness, and I can’t recommend Sable Chase Animal Clinic enough! They truly care about their patients.

The super staff squeezed my very sick geriatric dog into a same-day appointment, and Dr Rose made her so much better. She came out of the office back to her happy self, plus with meds to keep her that way.

Sabel Chase Animal Clinic is located in Kendall Florida. Like 5 years back my dog Brianna had problems with her skin. She would get black spots and the hair would fall out. After seen her vet for almost 3 years and a specialist for over a year, I was referred to Sabel Chase by my neighbor then Barbara. The minute the doctor look at her he did an alergy test again and he change the food. Problem solved. Now my Brianna develop diabetes and they noticed with the test right away and I started treatment on Friday. I definitely recommend this clinic. Dr. Kupkee and Dr. Rose are fantastic. My puppy started throwing up suddenly so I called Sabal chase concerned. they assured me it wasn’t anything serious and that they were too busy to take a look at him so I was referred to a 24 hour clinic. They called back the next day to check on him and I told them he had diarrhea and seemed lethargic. Still too “hectic” to see me but they “strongly recommended” the 24 hour clinic. I was starting to get worried because it seemed to be getting worse and they weren’t helping me in the slightest other than pointing me in another direction. So I make an appointment for Monday and I end up going to the clinic that same day and wait for 7.5 hours for the clinic to confirm that the puppy had Parvo even though he had 3 rounds of the vaccine. I was unable to leave him in the clinic for treatment and opted for outpatient care. I called Sabal chase on Monday to Confirm my appointment only for them to cancel my appointment and refer me to yet another vet. To wrap the review up. The employees are friendly enough but this experience was absolutely terrible. They had me running around for three days and sent me to an expensive emergency provided neither help nor guidance and I will possibly have a dead puppy in my hands. Steer clear.

The doctor as usual very knowledgeable and the nurses kind and compassionate. My dog loves them despite the pain they give him! (he is a puppy and goes for his well checks and shots). Thank you Dr. Kupke, Tiphaine, Wendy and everyone else. Sushi loves you all!

Dr. Kupkee, Dr. Rose and the entire staff are very caring and thorough whenever I bring my fur babies in for a visit. They are so considerate and follow very strict procedure now, during the COVID crisis. I feel very safe and respected when visiting with my new rescue pup. Ready for her yearly check up

Sabal Chase has been wonderful to my dog time and time again. I had to take short break due to location logistics, but I'm so glad to be back with Dr. Kupkee and his caring staff once again. This clinic is absolutely wonderful to pets and their owners. After going through a handful of unsatisfactory vets in the past, I'm happy to go to fantastic place that takes great care of my dog. Dr. Kupkee and his staff are simply the best. They genuinely care for your pet and take time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality care for their pets. Thank you Sabal Chase for your dedication to animals! :)

Love the staff at Sabal Chase and their precautions during the quarantine to still see our babies but finding a way to keep the humans distanced. Always innovating

I have been seeing Drs.Kupee and Rose for many years, and can say that they are truly the best. My Westie loves seeing them. So do I! I known that when my pet is there she is in very caring and experienced hands. Dr. Kupkee and his support staff are extraordinary people who truly care about an animal's mental and physical welfare as if the pet was one of their own.

The staff at Sabal Chase are super friendly and really seem to enjoy all their patients. They treat my cat like she's their own - and I see them doing the same with the other animals that come in the clinic. Very caring people. Also very responsive - when I have had concerns about my cat, I just call them and they let me know what to do or when to bring her in. They don't overcharge or push unnecessary medications and treatments. Dr. Kupkee and Dr. Rose are great vets. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Sabal Chase has great customer service. They are always easy to reach over phone and they give you all the info necessary for you to make to a decision on any procedures for pet. They are very transparent and informative. I trust my pup in their hands. It seems they have a culture of true care for animals and pets. To me, it’s not just a business, they are community partners. They are also one of the more affordable vets in this area. Plus you can get discounts for checking in and referrals.

Always the best! For this visit, they accommodated me last minute and personally took blood to the lab. Thankfully, they made the diagnosis in time and we were able to avoid surgery.

When we got our new kitten we chose Sabal Chase Animal Clinic because it was conveniently located close to our home. Little did we know what a smart choice we made. Every single staff member is genuinely friendly, they go above and beyond to help save you some money at every visit, they don’t suggest unnecessary products or procedures and best of all they treat out little Daisy like a princess. And I almost forgot, one of my faves is that when you walk in you would never know you’re in a pet clinic because it absolutely does not smell like one. Love them!

I am fortunate to be able to take my dogs to a facility where they are given such excellent care starting with the technical staff upon arrival and then for treatment by Drs. Kupkee or Dr. Rose.

This Animal Clinic truly demonstrates full commitment to quality assurances for the best and most well-timed treatments options (both required and suggested). My most recent medical emergency, made it necessary to gain boarding accommodations for my pet before going on to the emergency room for medical care. Wendy, Brittany and Karina excelled in enthusiastic commitments after recognizing my need and reviewing their records showing that my pet was up to date on all shots. This was the same effectiveness in human relations that I always found with my regular Animal Clinic appointments.
