You people should be shut down asap!!! This should be Illegal!! This outrageous… I’m reporting you!

I visited this animal care to ask for help since my dog wasn't feeling well. I am so thankful for them!

they decline my call so much times. and they abused my dog. I went to the vet and they said so. please cancel this place, dogs don’t deserve this.

I find it very strange that it’s now 2021 and people still think it’s OK to look for a dog in a pet store. It really baffles me that people would go to a store and pay thousands for a dog when they could go to a shelter or find reputable breeder. Shame on all of you who purchased dogs from this place. Nothing absolutely nothing about what you were doing is OK. Your just feeding the puppy mills and supporting them!

Most of these puppies come from puppy mills. Living under inhumane conditions, cramped in cages with other dogs. This is why most of the dogs end up sick or even dying. Please consider adoption!

Speaking to the sales lady you could tell she was not very knowledgeable about dogs but only how to make a sale. When told her we were still shopping around, her whole energy changed to no longer having time to give information. Requesting almost $4000 for a puppy and demonstrate such little enthusiasm to make a sale, I was happy to leave and not come back. Truthfully though, her being a bad saleswoman was not the deterrent but seeing one of their pups on sale in a tiny cage where he barely fit standing up and being able to see his hip bones and ribs was the real reason I did not want to drop money in this place. Starving a growing pup is disgusting, and im sure they'll end up getting rid of that pup cuz he is getting too big and obviously too expensive to feed. And they only had 2 dogs on display which im not sure what it means. I prefer to know these places shut down cuz no one ever buys pets than knowing I helped keep them in business. I went to see 3 other sites before making my purchase and the difference between this establishment treatment of dogs and my final destination was night and day.

Had a great experience getting my puppy with this store. Will always recommend them. They are very knowledgeable and puppies are very well taken care of.

Lied about the vaccines of the dog when I took to the veterinarian.

Bought a dog and it came with bronchopneumonia and the ayote doesn’t want to be responsible of the cost. They sent us to a vet which made us lose at least 2 weeks of my dog improvement since they hospitalized him and did nothing to him since he came with 1 collapsed lung. We have been contacting the store for over a month now and they still don’t feel like they are responsibly for selling a sick dog.

Right across the street from me is a big, reasonably priced pet store! I suggested that you buy some dog toys for my pets. I was struck by how respectfully and efficiently your staff responded to my inquiries. The height of the store astounded me, as did the way it smelled. What a great pet store, unquestionably the best in the world! It's undeniably tasty!

Went here a few years ago to buy a Boston terrier. They keep the dogs in the tiniest cages and never let them out . You can tell because the dogs are SUPER FRANTIC when they are let out of the cage, as if they haven't received any exercise. Places like this should be illegal and closed down for good. I learned my lesson and I adopted instead. ADOPT DONT SHOP

They sold me a sick puppy. This store FAILS! Don’t believe them, at all!

Very pleasant experience. Place is very clean and the puppies you can tell are very happy as they come very enthusiatic when they bring them to the clients. I have a beautiful puppy, super adaptable and immediately loved her new home. She even seem potty trained as i have discovered. Super smart...The staff was very professional and they really want the client to leave satisfy so they seem to know quite a lot about the puppies they carry, which for me in the end was extremely helpful.

Today I went to puppies to go, after talking to Nancy over the phone yesterday, the experience was amazing, 1st of all the dogs are taken care of and you can fell and see it so it was guilt free to look at them Nancy helped us to meet as many puppies to make sure of what we wanted and we decided on the most beautiful chow chow. I want to say she was amazing answered all our questions and was very patient great place, price, and costumer service. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

This petshop is just a pure classic! You and your pet are always welcomed with a friendly smile. The merchandises are all high quality, and the staff are always so accommodating and knowledgeable. It is so refreshing to go into a shop to know if you need advice, whether on subsistence or stocks, and they will be happy to assist you.

The girl was very friendly; however, although the puppy that we purchased was very nice, I believe the prices are outrages. The puppy has two hernias and has Kennel cough!

Got my fur baby here couple of years ago and shes always been healthy. The service was great, they have beautiful puppies in this store.

Omg! This place is amazing! I was able to find the dog that I loved and their customer service is 100%. Natalia helped me and she was very helpful even after. They try their best for you to find the dog of your dreams! I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought our Miniature Schnauzer puppy on March 27th, 2020. She has been such a delight. Puppy has been in perfect health since I got her. Staff at this store are very friendly and you could tell the dogs are well taken care of. I want to buy another one!

It hasn’t taken me a long time to come to terms with this, but please do yourself a favor and reconsider purchasing a puppy from this place. I got a miniature schnauzer 6 years ago and she was an amazing dog, but unfortunately she passed away when she was 4 years old.. due to genetic complications. She had pancreatitis, heart was failing and etc... pancreatitis is a common for schnauzer if they a bred poorly and well my poor penny passed away due to genetic problems. Obviously the people selling the puppies will tell you wonderful things, but once you buy the dog, THEY DO NOT CARE. More money in their pockets. If you want to get a pure breed dog buy it from a responsible breeder because it’s luck to get a healthy dog that will live 12 years from a puppy store.

Please don’t buy from here, I wish I can give 0 stars. I bought a toy poodle and after three days of having her she started throwing up and having diarrhea, I took her to a 24 hour vet and they told me that places like this sell sick dogs and they end up dying. I spent $400 that night in the 24 hour vet, they puppy just got worse, so I called the place in which I got her and I had to take her in and they were going to take care of her until she got better so she can go back home with me. I would call everyday to see if I can go visit her and they wouldn’t let me and barely gave me Information on how she was doing, she stayed with them for 3 days. They called me on the fourth day in the morning telling me she passed away. I only had the puppy for 3 days. Please don’t buy from them, they will sell you a sick puppy just to make money. That’s inhumane, this place should just be closed down.
