Great place to buy things for pets

This PetSmart is by dadeland station, and it has a Banfield hospital on it which increases its usefulness by a lot, their staff is friendly and the Banfield doctors are nice to talk to, you can trust on their diagnosis. Best of all is most of their staff are bilingual, they talk both English and Spanish so you can go there feeling like they care for you :)

Always found what I need. Great place.

Worst experience with a groomer we’ve ever had. We have a sheltie. They’re long haired dogs so we know it takes time. 8 hours though? Dropped off at 930 am picked up at 530. He looked exactly the same as he went in didn’t trim his paws, nails, ears, butt, chest, groin. The big trouble areas. Barely even smelled better. I am submitting a claim for a refund. Their staff seemed ignorant of this breed and possibly others. Don’t come here if you have a dog breed with any amount of hair.

I was going to rate it 5 because they have Marti, the only skilled person able to apply soft paws on cats in Miami. But now I give it ably 1 star because they just changed their policy and won’t let staff do any grooming that requires 2 people. Boo!!!!!!! Change your policy back to let Marti continue helping us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this Petsmart ZERO stars I definitely would. Unfortunately Yelp doesn’t not have that option to provide ZERO STARS. Please please beware of this particular location. “DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR-BABY TO THIS LOCATION”! My dog has going to the Dadeland location grooming for the past 4 years and the grooming department and store manager stated that due to store policies my dog is no longer welcome to come to utilize the bathing/grooming services because she has a diagnose of mild heart murmur and they feel she is not a candidate to receive bathing services. My dogs cardiologist and vet doctor has cleared her and her murmur condition is mild. This is unacceptable, ridiculous and just plain pathetic. As a loyal Petsmart customer for many many years, I am quite disgusted and upset about this entire ordeal. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

My advise to you don't go there it's all about money they will over charge you and will not resolved your pet problem I took my cat there they told me he has infection gave him injection and ear drop $338 the cat get worse than we went back to them so now the cat need to do exams and they estimate the will cost about $538 they just guessing they not nolegibal to make long story short I took my cat to different clinic. Bottom line the worst place ever

I brought my dog to the groomers and I had to wait so long I had to sit on the floor. When they gave me back my dog she had the hair of her paws shaved and they didn’t even bother to trim the bottom of her paws like they said they would. I paid 60 dollars and this is what I get? Somebody had a really bad first day and they clearly used my dog to train them. Please do not groom your pet here. Don’t waste your money. Not worth it at all!

I love this store, but more importantly my schnauzer loves it too. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the place is always clean and everything is easy to find. I've been a customer for years and there's no reason to change that now.

Excellent and really good care for my dogs

This location was clean and organized. Only slight disadvantage is walking through the parking garage to get to the store from Target.

First time going to this location and I was surprised on how clean, organized and helpful was the staff. I went to return some left over supplies I purchased at another Petsmart for a fish tank that I didn’t use. I went to the store because I always go to the target in this shopping mall. So I decided to ask questions to the cashier about dog training, grooming etc since we are waiting for a puppy. She was extremely helpful explained everything and did recomendations. She even called another associate I think the manager to give me info on the training. I was very surprised because normally in other stores they are not that helpful and are always on a hurry. She gave me information about Bandfield the vet services there and the convenience of taking your pet there. I was really surprised and will define give it a try to this Petsmart for any of there services.

We took our puppy (miniature schnauzer) for their grooming services. We were very pleased. She looks so cute. Marcella was so sweet and patient with our puppy. She did a great job!

People who knowles his job and love the animals. Systems designed to protec the animals.

Covered in ich and emaciated. Straight up animal abuse. Also the gray fish is still alive it just can't move.

I left work early to make it here at 8:30 for dog food only to find it closed 30 minutes early. no employees in site. all store hours say closes 9pm. Looked like somebody decided to leave early. very unprofessional.

My dogs came home pretty, smelling good and in great spirits. Marti and Jorge were great. Booking the appts at the grooming salon on line, and being able to pay on line prior to picking them up really helped save time

The employee who helped my buy fish was kind, got the job done quick. However I spotted some dead fish in some of the tanks. The cashier could've been nicer. Overall, average.
