As a pet hospital is fine but the heartless business side is horrible, trying to sell merchandise and basically PAY PER VIEW to people who have to put their dog to sleep just so they can be with their pet in the last moments is lowest I have ever seen. Not complaining about the staff but in the veterinarian world business are business.

Great experience! This will now be my forever veterinarian. I had my dog's teeth cleaned and they took great care of her, plus the price was very reasonable. The vet also took time to explain other issues, you can tell they care.

The prices at this clinic are second to none! I’ve been to many other clinics and the prices have been cut in half by coming to this clinic. No clinic near this one is even close to these prices. The techs are very nice and so are the receptionist . Everyone very professional. Thanks pet lovers. Definitely recommend

They were nice, but I felt uncomfortable that other customers were not wearing masks and the lobby is very narrow making it very hard to keep at a safe distance from other customers. All the employees and Vets wear mask. Price are very reasonable.

I love this place. The vets and staff are very kind and caring. They make you feel like you’re family and want to see your pet healthy. They don’t push excessive procedures or tests and allow you to decide based on your pets needs/your financial ability without any pressure (which is appreciated). Prices are reasonable too. I will continue driving 20 miles to this clinic for my babies!

The customer service at this clinic has really gone downhill in the past few years. The receptionists do not acknowledge you unless you ask who is going to help you. Otherwise, they will let you stand there until closing time. I explained this to the front desk staff and they still insisted that I need to sign in first before they can talk to me, even though I have a sick dog in my arms which makes it impossible to sign in. Wait times are extremely long here and they never give you a realistic expectation of how long you'll need to wait. The Veterinarians here are good, but the entire support staff needs training in how to handle customers and treat people with the respect they deserve.

This is the best vet. Dr. Reynaldo and his colleagues are great.

It is a very expensive clinic. Doctors don't help you, their goal is to charge you for everything. I do not recommend that vet. there are many better ones in that same area with good doctors and lower prices

Excellent service and affordable prices.the employees are very professional. However, the only complain I have is that meanwhile I was waiting, religious music was playing. I felt a little uncomfortable. Hopefully they change it.

I'm very rarely write bad reviews but I have to do it I am very disappointed with Dr. Lázaro, my dog was badly diagnosed and they did an x-ray where they supposedly needed to sedate him to check how the patellas were When my dog came out of the X-ray it came out worse than it arrived. my dog was shaking and was short of breath, when I left there my dog started vomiting and had bloody diarrhea, I thought it was due to sedation but two hours passed and He was still short of breath, I took him to the emergency room and they told me that the dog had aspiration pneumonia, apparently when sedating him they damaged his lungs. I must say that the place is very clean, beautiful and the staff very friendly but I cannot ignore this bad time that happens and the mistreatment that my dog went through, just for charging more than it should.

Good parking, nice staff... but the constant up sell.. sucks cause it becomes hard to tell what your pet really needs and what is padding the bill.

We Have A Pit Who Is A Wuss, But He Loves The People From Here. The Staff Is Super Nice And The Doctors Are Amazing.

Cheap vet consult but I think they like just overview the dog. It depends what you're looking for, this may help or not

this place is always busy so expect to wait 40 minutes+ outside in a mask even if you have an appointment. but once you’re inside everything else is really fast. Pricing is also good

Both clinics are great. Nice staff, good doctors and affordable prices. Is hard to find a pet clinic that take emergencies, and both locations do. Highly recommended.

Super good clinic came here because my dog had an allergy and the doctor and front desk lady’s were great and the have a super fair pricing they won’t rip you off
