I am so grateful for the experience I've had at Pet Heaven. I recently had to put my 16 year old lab to sleep and it has been so difficult to deal with. Ileana guided me through the whole process and I was at ease knowing that my beautiful girl, Darla, would be treated with love and respect after passing. Ileana was very kind and comforting, I was able to cry and she hugged me. It was so nice having someone understand what I'm going through and share their experiences . Everyone in the office was so attentive as well! I had the large river rock with Darla's paw print done and it was absolutely gorgeous! The journey box and necklace were beautiful. Thank you Ileana and Pet Heaven for such a peaceful experience. I would highly recommend Pet Heaven for your beloved pets, they will be in good hands.

In enlightment of the previous unpleasant experience, the owners of Pet Angel, reached out to me. They sincerely devoted, to the pain the whole situation caused. The results were amazing, more than I ever expected. Now I'm deeply happy that my beloved Munekita totally received the Memorial that she deserved. I thank God for having honest people whose hearts can be reached. Thank you deeply from my heart to all involved in the greatest gift of true love abs care to our pets who are meaningful members of our lives.

I have three of my Chihuahuas the the dad in the middle and a son by each side. It was when Sergio was there i dont know if he's still is. I'll never forget the care and attention they gave me. I spent a long time with my babies there. Incredible they looked as if they were sleeping. I did not want to leave and separate from my boys. Thank you to Sergio and all the staff. I received my dog’s ashes today and I was so pleased with the thoughtful, dignified, and beautiful presentation and all the details.

I am a senior citizen that buried my beloved dog more than 30 years ago at Pet Angel Memorial Cemetery. in Miami, Florida. My pet was a 6 pound miniature poodle. For 30 plus years I have paid the annual maintenance fee. This year the maintenance fee is $70.00. Over the years I have paid more than $1,500.00. Now the perpetual fee is $900.00. I asked Maureen what will happen to my pet when I die and there is no one to continue the payment. Very coldly and matter of fact she replied that my pet will be exhumed and his remains will be disposed of when no payment received. I tried to explain that I have exceeded the perpetual amount but there is NO RAINBOW BRIDGE for my beloved dog.

They are amazing! During a tough time they know how to make you feel like family and guide you through the steps needed to be taken.

I am so grateful for the services the center have given to my partner and I. The staff were so helpful and kind throughout my experience with them. Thank you for your care.

Maureen, went above and beyond our expectations by organizing the whole cremation process and allowing us to say goodbye properly to our baby at the center. We are so happy with our hair clipping and urn. This service gave us the closure we so badly needed while also allowing us to remember our special Lala forever. Changing my review because of the helpfulness with an issue.

I didn’t receive much in the way of sympathy. Seemed more like a business to them, oh well. I Ordered a specific cremation box and received my cat in a completely different one than the one I chose. Took me forever to find the place. I called the establishment first and told them I was on my way. They said sure come over. I had googled there address. Turns out they had moved due to a fire. Would have been nice to have known that while speaking on the phone with them. CHANGE your address on google ! At least inform people when they call. I had to drive over an hour long with my deceased cat.

Our family has used the Pet loss center several times throughout the past few years. Recently, we had to put down our retired Military Service K9 Sandy and the center was very kind and professional. The best part was that the place is quite, peaceful and extremely clean. The cemetery is beautiful and well cared for and the staff is fantastic.

I lost my beloved cat Miss Nibbles two weeks ago at the age of almost 18 years old quite suddenly. Advanced Veterinarian Clinic in Davie arranged for her cremation with The Pet Loss Center. This past Saturday I picked up her ashes and I was simply amazed at the beautiful package I received. Not only did I receive a beautiful box with her ashes, but I also received a lovely booklet with poems and stories which contained locks of her fur, a clay imprint of her paw and a beautiful certificate honoring Miss Nibbles. The staff at Advanced even took the time to write us a personal card expressing their sadness at our loss. I was simply blown away. Thank you for your compassion and caring at this difficult time. You are truly wonderful!!!

I recently took my dog to the pet loss center in Miami. the staff was extremely caring, professional and very empathetic to my family's needs. When I received my dog's ashes it was presented in a beautiful package and done with great pride.I cant say enough about them, they are outstanding!!!!!

During the first time my wife and I met the Pet Loss Center one year ago, they truly understood how much our pet meant to my family and I and to ensure she would be taken care of and honored in a special way. Her ceremony was beautiful and the keepsake items they gave us were so special.
