Lovely place. Very friendly and the dogs seem at ease there. I love that some dogs are free to roam around instead of being locked up all day. My dog would tremble in horror at our last groomer as soon as he walked in the door, he seems happy and relaxed here.

They cut my dogs ear. Really terrible. Now she has a tear in her ear that won’t heal or reconnect. They failed to tell me and just put some glue on it. Unacceptable.

The process was fairly simple. I like that my baby had her own space. She loves to be alone. When I came back her coat was do soft and she smelled really good! Will be bringing her back!

This place did an amazing job on my cats. To anyone out there with cats ???? or dogs ???? I highly recommend Orange Grooming. I am extremely picky about where I take my kids and Yoel along with his staff did a wonderful job. They have years of experience and even teach others on how to trim cats and dogs.

Fantastic experience and results. Thanks for everything to get Fanta so spiffy! We are new to the area and made an appointment a month in advance with a local competitor to get our beloved cat a lion haircut. This guy isn’t easy to get in his carrier… So, when the other place no showed for our confirmed 10am appointment today- we felt stuck. Orange grooming took him in immediately and gave him such a great bath, cut and nail trim. Even a cute bandana! Kind, professional staff who really love animals. We found our new spot.

I took my kid’s cat, Chloe, for a nail trim and I we fell in love with the place. People are super friendly and took me in with no appointment and in a few minutes my cat was done. Definitely this is now Chloe’s grooming place!

Wow!!! These guys are the BEST! My little guy Harley is a rescue and has a little trauma when it comes to groomers. He was treated with so much love and affection by Yoelvis and Victor!!! It's adorable and reasonable! Nicole really took the time to listen to my instruction and help me at the same time with making me feel comfortable in her capabilities. My Lucky is sometimes difficult with other dogs and she handled him with grace. I can't wait to bring him back! Thanks again Nicole!

Terrible expirience I have a 3 1/2 shih tzu and took him for his first grooming ,when pick up my puppy he just cry and cry and couldn’t move his head because to much . I had to take my puppy to the Doctor so he can figure it out what was wrong with the puppy , why he couldn’t stop crying every time he shake his head . Apparently And on delicate manipulation of his head neck and ear was done .

Joe does a really good job on my Persian cat. They really take their time and groom each pet meticulously.

My last experience was a couple months ago. I took Princess to this place (a small Yorkie) for her grooming. I dropped her off before 9:00 am. (He doesn’t give appointments on Saturdays only walk in) and since they didn’t call me during the day I came back around 6:00 p.m when they supposed to close, and my dog wasn’t ready. That broke my heart...If I decided to have a dog is not to leave her for 9 hours in a grooming place. Joe the owner was very rude when I asked him “a what time should I have to drop her off next time so she doesn’t expend the whole day in this place”. The way that he treated me and my mother in front of many customers doesn’t give me trust to give him my dog again. If he does that to me that I have the voice I cannot imagine what happen with animals. I now realize why she was shaking every time we visited this place. I started going to another place and her behavior changed completely. I have not idea how they keep the dogs, I guess in cages because the volume is high since they do very nice grooming and it’s normal for an hour or two, but 9 hours I don’t think so... Giving appointments and being kind could help to stop loosing customers.

Poor professionalism. Sketchy phone numbers that call you when trying to call number listed. They’re always “booked” but never try to accommodate for another time. They treat you as if YOU should be grateful to have your dog groomed there. One of the couple times I’ve taken my dog there they shaved him bald, when I simply requested a low cut. No remorse , no refund , no explanation. Save your money and your time and take them anywhere else but here.

My dog is very excitable and not very dog-friendly. The folks here are great with him though. Always a great cut and wash, and he comes home happy as ever. A little pricey, but totally worth it for the A+ service. Will definitely keep coming back here!
