I have taken my dog to Dr. Millie Rosales three times now for my husky shepherd mix. First visit was for ear issues and I wanted a second opinion as Dr. Rosales was highly recommended. She was very caring with our dog and her recommended treatment that did the trick. He has been free from ear issues and his hearing has returned substantially. Since then we have gone in for some skin growths and thankfully all is well. I would recommend her as she takes time with the animal and explains everything fully. She really enjoys what she does.

Dr. Rosales is wonderful! My dog's symptoms have improved tremendously since under the care of Miami Vet Dermatology. My dog finally received the correct diagnosis and treatment after countless trips to primary vets. Thank you!

I just started taking my cat here for a chewing issue, Dr. Rosales and her staff have been so helpful and and caring. I am so happy to be working with them to solve his issue.

This was a complete waste of my time and money. These people do not care about your pet’s condition, they just care about getting payed. I waited 5 months for an appointment for a skin condition that my dog has the she has loss of hair and her primary referred us to a dermatologist to rule out allergy. She has a history of demodex mites which she was already being treated for and continued losing hair, They scraped her for mites and the result was negative and they never suggested allergy testing. Oh but they did charge us 200+ for the consult to tell us absolutely nothing, and a follow up in 5 weeks. My suggestion is to go to a dermatologist that actually gets to the root of the problem. Never again. Obviously my pet has not gotten better since you did nothing to figure out what the root of the problem was, you just regurgitated what the primary vet had already told us , and needless to say NO we have not brought her back and never will, we will be finding another dermatologist.

I have a Weimaraner puppy and she had some skin problems. I took her to Dr. Rosales and she prescribes her a treatment. I did exactly what the Doctor told me and I started to see good results after two weeks. I went to her office only twice, the second time just to check her out. Dr. Rosales' assistant called me days before to remind me about my appointment. I wasted my time and money going to different places before going to Dr. Rosales. After this experience, if there is a skin problem, I highly recommend to go straight to a dermatologist to avoid wasting time and energy. I recommend Dr. Rosales. She is kind, professional and she explained to me the skin issues. I am grateful with her.

I wish I could give NO STARS. My few conversations with Dr. ROSALES HAVE BEEN PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. However, the office manger with the squeeky voice is super unaccommodating and disrespectful. I called that I was stuck in traffic near the office and she told me if I wasn't there in 10 minutes that I would need to reschedule. Keep in mind that appointments with Dr. ROSALES are months in. It wasn't the rescheduling but the way she said it as in ultimatum. With attitude. Unacceptable!!

I called today Aug 2nd to book an appointment. My dog has a pretty severe skin infection that has now gotten to his ear and requires immediate attention. They said the next available appointment is mid December ???? I can't wait almost 5 months for an appointment.

My English Bulldog saw 4 different veterinarians over a period of one year while her skin was getting worse and worse. She wasn’t sleeping because her skin was so itchy and irritated. She was suffering so much. Dr. Rosales took the time to find out what the skin issues were and made sure she was comfortable until the treatment worked. After a couple weeks her skin was clearing up and eventually was completely healed. She is happy and healthy now thanks to Dr. Millie Rosales.

Dr. Rosales and her staff were very kind and quick to respond. My Charlie’s case is extremely complicated and even though she could not help him, she was very empathetic and made the necessary recommendation to a veterinary surgeon and wrote a detailed letter. Her staff followed up to make sure the pharmacy called me and to ask if I needed anything else from them regarding the recommendation. I have no doubt if they could have done anything more for Charlie they would have. I would recommend others with pets that have other complicated skin issues to reach out for a consult. I feel the consult fee is reasonable, considering it’s nearly the same price as my regular vet.

Amazing experience! Dr Rosales and her team are so professional, knowledgeable and truly cared about the wellbeing of my dog. My dog Kami had been having horrible skin problems, with some medication and a change in her diet I feel like I have my dog back. She’s happy and doing great. Thank you Dr Rosales!

Dr Rosales and her staff have been awesome. Our precious Beto (feline) had serious skin issues which Dr Rosales diagnosed as a food allergy. He is now well on his way to recovery.

Absolutely outstanding team. Dr. Rosales is one of the best vets in south Florida. She diagnosed my pet with a very treatable endocrine condition just by physical exam, and only used lab work to confirm her diagnosis. Our dog is happy and healthy now. Nicole is an absolutely wonderful assistant tech and receptionist. She is polite and patient and almost always available. I recommend them with the utmost regard.

Dr Rosales is amazing. Goes above and beyond and really cares about your pet, not just quick visits. She takes the time to try and figure out the root cause of any illness.

Dr Rosales is an excellent veterinary specialist. Her follow through and response in cases where there is a serious problem is second to none. However, in order to get to her you need to get through her personal assistant who is rude, uncaring, and downright snobbish. I will stop taking my boxer to her if I have to deal with this assistant ever again.

If money is not a problem for you, MAYBE she is a good option (and I'm not sure, she couldn't help my dog at all). She just change the food (for one that she is selling $$$), no empathy with the costumer at all, no costumer services: first time that I call (they were so rude), it's always a problem try to call them and they didn't call you to remind the appointment (even if you ask for). So we lost an appointment, they charge me U$55 for cancelation police and my dog is still with his skin problems. So, if you have SOOOOO MUCH money, time and patient she and her team is your option! Believe me, I'm super surprise because they don't charge cheap at all (they are not doing any favor or charity for us) and in the same "veterinary complex" works other specialists that they are awesome!!! Maybe was a bad luck or I need (or I use to) an other kind of customer service.
