The team at Miami Pet Concierge is always highly professional, trustworthy, communicative, and all-around good people. I feel comfortable trusting them with my loved ones, and I would highly recommend their services to anybody who wants a professional pet-sitting and/or dog walking service.

Top-quality attention to detail, and great pet photography to boot! I was very grateful to have their help these past holidays, and have used Miami Pet Concierge for brief trips out-of-town as well.

We have been using these guys since we moved to Miami three years ago. They are fantastic. Carlos takes our girl to the dog park every week with her favorite friends. She has boarded with them and had staff stay with her at home when we were away. Our girl is a little anxious and these guys have welcomed her as part of the family. When she sees them now kisses and wagging tail all around. You won't find a better set of pet lovers and pet carers!

I feel better about leaving my cat when I travel knowing that Miami Pet Concierge is looking after her. They come to my home to feed her, play with her, and scoop her litter. They also bring in my mail. Seeing the visit reports with pictures of my Missy makes me feel happy and secure about leaving her home while I travel.

We used to avoid leaving town because our pup doesn’t do well when boarding. He is a cuddler, likes to be with people, and requires attention all the time (very spoiled dog). Nicole has changed everything for us and our pup, she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsible but most importantly she is so caring and loving and provides excellent care and affection the way we do - probably better actually. In the past, our pup would shake from the nerves and anxiety when we picked him up from other boarding places. Now when we pick him up from Nicole’s he doesn’t want to leave!

This service is amazing! Highly recommended! Our cockapoo daughter has so much fun when staying with Nicole and her family. We love the updates we recieve and the fact that our little Fudgie is getting really spoilt with lots of love when she can't come with us on vacations. Miami Pet Concierge is an amazing organization with incredibly smart, kind, professional, responsive, energetic, knowledgeable, and dedicated staff. As a new dog owner, I knew nothing about how to take care of a puppy. They have been amazing every step of the way, from helping us set up our home through "Puppy 101," to answering our frequent calls and being very patient with all the questions we have, to having amazing people do puppy visits when we need help taking care of our puppy (and cat!), and even doing incredible overnights with our puppy. We can travel knowing that our puppy is well taken care of by people he knows really care about him. I have never been so impressed with an organization. Nicole and her staff are incredible, and they are highly professional, well-trained, gentle, fun, and super people who will really care for your pets as well as you do! We are so lucky to be able to work with them, and you will find that you have enormous peace of mind for your pets when Miami Pet Concierge is working with you!!

We’ve used Nicole twice now for her dog boarding services. Once for a week and the other for a weekend. We have tried several different overnight boarding services, but we always felt like a personal touch was missing. Nicole provides just that. She took our dog into her home and treated him as if he was part of the family. We received several updates, including pictures, from the morning until the night, and Nicole was always happy to send an update whenever we asked for one. The most important thing to us, however, was that our dog genuinely loves Nicole and being with her dogs. I would recommend any and all of her services to anyone that is looking for a personal experience for their dog.

I have used Miami Pet Concierge now for about 4 times when I travel out of town. One trip was for 8 days out of the country. The staff is reliable, they follow directions, and I love the daily updates along with the pictures. These are vital if you are out of town as you always worry about your pets. On one occasion, it was past 8 p.m. and I had not received the update for that day. I immediately texted Nicole asking if there was a problem. She immediately replied to let me know the pet sitter had just arrived plus they were having problems with their online system. Communication is always available and I like that a lot. Will continue using this service for sure!

We have been using Miami Pet Concierge for their dog walking service for months now and could not be happier. They are reliable, professional, transparent, and convenient. There is a user friendly app that enables you to schedule services and payment is easy and straight forward.

We've been using Miami Pet Concierge since we relocated back to Miami. We researched and tested a few agencies and found this to be the best. Nicole is amazing and her team is so professional. We've used Overnight Care, Dog Walking (30/60minute) and Pet Taxi. All the staff have been so friendly and warm. We met each of them prior to them interacting with our two boys and the boys warmed up to them instantly. They are very accommodating and quick to respond to last minute requests. They have a great on-line portal as well to handle details, scheduling and billing. I cannot say enough good about them. It is hard to find anyone that you trust you family to and we trust Nicole's team without any reservations with the boys. Always a positive experience and we value them as part of the family. You would be hard pressed to find any other company as good as them for your overnight, Dog Walking and Pet Taxi services that CARE about the 4 legged family as much

We have a special cat and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. Nicole and Yvonne treat him like their own. Whether it’s a short weekend getaway or 2 week vacay their extra loving care is amazing. We come home to a happy, stress free kitty. Oh and the daily pics are priceless! I would definitely recommend them highly!
