I had previously gone to another vet and I wasn’t happy my kitten hadn’t gotten any better. I took my kitten for a second option and Dr. Perez was able to assess the problem and help him. He can finally breathe normal again. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I wish I would’ve taken my cat here in the first place. Prices are reasonable! Friendly staff. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend coming to this office.

I came here with my puppy Luna and the service was great! Loved both doctors, Dr. Perez and Dr. Palacios. Walked in without an appointment and didn’t have to wait that long. Definitely will be coming back with Luna and my other dog. Highly recommended.

Took my cat here and had a terrible experience. Waited nearly 2 hours to be seen by the doctor, the staff gave me attitude whenever I asked for an update as to why it was taking so long. The doctor rushed through the entire process and barely took a look at my cat. Very disappointed with this experience.

I totally disagree with Little Havana tours. Since in my experience, with my pets, they have been totally professional, organized and professionally oriented, the vet has always been aware of the entire hospitalization process, what has happened with them. Informing me step by step every detail of the recovery of my pets and those of my friends. It is very important to give a valid and true opinion when it comes to a good medical center such as that clinic. prices, services and knowledge are at the height of an excellence in pet care.

Dr. Perez has the greatest knowledge and absolute wellbeing of your pet I have ever known. Went for the first time as a consultation for my cat that for four month had an open wound on the bridge of the nose. During the consultation it was determined that it was squamous cell carcinomas. Had to make the tough decision no one ever wants to make. She guided me through the process on how it would be completed and made it so much tolerable. Dr Perez is an angel on earth, may God Bless her always in her endeavors with caring for Gods four legged creatures we love so much.

Unfortunately we can not recommend this clinic. While the staff is very friendly and care about pets they are extremely disorganized. First one of our pets had to be put to sleep. This is a very painful moment and we were never offered any momentos and we had to ask three times for a paw print. Then we were told the 2nd pet had to be hospitalized 2 days after blood test showed kidney failure. This caught us off guard. With this shocking news we paid the costs upfront and headed home. Next day we asked about Paw Print for the deceased pet. The staff was not aware. Very upsetting. Not surprising given how chaotic the clinic was. Its a SUPER tiny clinic. One waiting room and only exam room where everybody walks through. On next day we called twice to see how was pet#2. Was told vet would call with update. VET never called. Then after 2 days we went to pick up the 2nd pet as originally instructed. They were not ready even after we called 2 hours in advance to say we are on the way. That was never passed on to the vet. It appears the vet keeps everything in her head and gives out instructions verbally. If vet is not organized in her head things fall through cracks. That was evident. There is no organized system. Other clinic the vet personally calls to see how the sick pet is recuperating. Not here. No phone call nothing. Based on observations we could never leave a pet there overnight. There's too much risk that something will be forgotten. For minor things like shots and vaccinations ok. But we could not leave a pet for treatment.

Stumbled across this place since my puppys vet is closed Saturday. From the lady marie that answered my call, to the dr and assistants in the back, everyone was extremely courteous. So glad I found them during this emergency i had with my puppy. Will be switching care over.

One of the best Veterinarian Doctors in Miami. Dr Mileidy Perez save my Jack Russell when other doctor from Bandfield Pet Hospital wanted to put it to sleep. My dog is alive thanks to her and her compassion and love for her profession. I strongly recommend this place and Doctor Perez.

I am so pleased with the dental cleaning my cat got here. All plaque was removed, even from under the gums. The staff were courteous and professional. Inside and outside the office were well kept. I was thrilled to be able to choose the procedure MY cat needed and not have to pay for things she did not require, like other vets quoted me. This saved me a lot of money, and a great job was still done. Pebbles is doing well. Thank you MAC, and keep up the good work.

I can't say enough about this Animal clinic. I've rescued a few animals and they always help with the cost. Very fair and honest with assessments and prices.

after 2 vets and my dog getting worse, i took him to this clinic. I thought i was going to have to put him down, he was so bad. They saw him right away, Dr knew what he had suggested treatment kept him there for 2 days. After picking him up he has progressively gotten better and better. The Doctor is very nice, she listens, addresses concerns, i really love her. The entire staff is nice and welcoming. This clinic is far for us but its worth it. BEST VET ever!!!!!!

Dr. Perez is an amazing assets to our community of animal lovers. She is welcoming, good listener, a professional that really cares about her patients and their caregivers. Mostly, she is very effective and thanks to her and her clinic staff members we can enjoy the pleasure of sharing the life with our loved pets.

I take my three dogs here. Excellent service with reasonable prices. Can't ask for a better treatment.

This place is wonderful! My kitty was sneezing and wasn't acting herself. The vet gave her a few shots and the next day she perked right up! All the staff were very kind. And, unlike most veterinarian offices, they aren't super pricey!

They saved my fur baby's life. Dr. Mileydi Perez is simply the best. The staff is super attentive and nice. We always feel well taken care of and we are so happy we found this place.

This place is one of the best Animal Clinics ever! I would give it 10 stars if I could. I truly loved the way I was treated by everyone there. They took great care of puppy while he was sick. Dr. Mileydi Perez is such a great doctor that gives you the necessary information you'll need. Also they always answer the phone quickly and any questions you have they'll answer. Only Clinic I will be using for my furry friend.
