We took our 13 year old dog and because he wasn’t doing well physically. Dr. Guzman did not immediately suggest euthanasia but also gave an alternative. We chose the alternative. It’s everybody’s choice but this was the one for us. It gave us a few more days with our dog, Zohan. He was better for a couple of days and then regressed and we knew it was time to use euthanasia so that he would not suffer anymore. It was a Saturday and we had a follow up appointment scheduled for Tuesday morning. We felt that our dog would suffer too much until then and this needed to be done right away. I called and got an appointment for the afternoon that was available. The staff, tech, and Dr. Guzman were awesome. We cried like we’ve never cried before. They did not rush us. They gave us time to be with the dog and to say goodbye . The office staff was also sensitive to our needs. I had already researched what happens when a dog is put down but Dr. Guzman explained everything anyway as the other people in my family did not know as much. What I appreciated most was that they did not rush us while we cried and clung to our dog and said our goodbyes at the end. For that I am grateful and appreciative. UPDATE: We received a sympathy card in the mail which was signed by Dr. Guzman and his staff.

Love this place. My shiba inu behaves at the office and isn’t ever fearful. The staff is knowledgeable and super caring. You know before hand what you need and what you will pay. They are never pushy with extras. Prices are reasonable and they have their own annual plan which saves you money. Definitely recommend this Veterinary service and this team.

I love this vet. I am extremely picky about where I take my furbabies. I have not been disappointed at Kendall Drive Animal Hospital. My dog and kitty are treated with care and patiences. They are always open to answering question. I love their wellness plan. It is super affordable and makes sure you can easily afford all their regular care services. The doctors are super knowledgeable and the staff his friendly, kind and helpful. Once, I even brought a stray kitty I found to them and they found her a new home. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants quality and affordable care for there furbabies.

Always had a great experience here at Kendall Drive Animal Hospital! They’ve always been flexible with my busy work schedule and when you call, someone always answers. Staff is super friendly and fun, their health care program is also a really nice value.

I had to bring my dog in as an emergency and I met and spoke with Michelle and she was amazing.. she explained everything throughly and I honestly can’t complain. I’ll definitely will be coming back !

So in love with the care ALL THE STAFF members including the front desk ladies ????, the Physician’s assistants and Doctor Rafael Guzman show our two fur babies !! We’ve been coming here for over 4 years and they have not once disappointed us with the continuous love and care they give us. This vet is always very responsive and helpful. Their scheduled appointments have a very short wait but they are very quick checking out their customers. My dog loves coming here!
