I’ve never owned a Doberman before and I can not say enough great things about good care and their staff. We went to get my 12 week Dobermans ears done and they have been amazing every step of the way!

I was recommended by the dog breeder’s to take my puppy here and I’m so happy I went to them. They did an amazing job with my Dobermans ear cropping. They did not disappoint with how the ears looked after the procedure and they always answer your questions. Very professional. Amazing staff. Overall a smooth process. I drove all the way from Broward to them and I will do it again!

I brought my puppy to get his ears cropped and after I got back home my vet was less than impressed with the job these people did. There is a chunk missing that I was told was part of the “healing process” and then that he scratched it off. His ears were tapped and he was never alone and also had a cone on the whole time, he couldn’t get to his ears. They are so jagged and incredibly swollen. I will never take another Doberman to them and would not recommend you take yours either.

I was looking for a location to have my Great Dane’s ears cropped. I searched the internet and among many vets, Good Care Animal Clinic appeared. I called Good Care, made that appointment, and was 100% satisfied every step of the way. Abel and the staff, including the Doctor, have been nothing but absolute professionals. In addition, they were supportive through the entire process. In the beginning, I was nervous about the process being I have heard prior stories of many frivolous locations that botch surgeries. And because this is a cosmetic procedure, I was concerned. Let me assure you the staff was amazing and put my concerns to rest. Ask for the star of my experience, Abel. He will provide you service that assures your confidence level and makes you feel like family. I have called as early as 5am to routinely have the ears cleaned and posted throughout the process and after the initial surgery. Let me be extremely clear, the maintaining of the ears is a job in itself. You as the owner, have to be committed to the process, as It is a labor of love. If you choose to put your dog through the process, be adamant about maintaining the ears by having Good Care do the work. If you feel equipped to do the weekly ear cleaning and postings, you do the routine maintenance. Just keep in mind, your pet will be uncomfortably in the beginning so please be patient with your dog and continue to provide the maintaining of the ears. My best advise is let Good Care do the cleaning and the routine postings for best results. Lastly, remember, this is a process that is not likely to produce results in 3 weeks as it will require time and patience. In may take 2-4 months to be 100% effective; however, let me add the quicker the healing and ears standing heavily depends on the pet owner’s commitment to the maintenance. And just know, Good Care will be there with you every step of the way. I wish you the best in whatever informed decision you as an owner ultimately choose.

The staff are always so nice to me and my dogs ????, very affordable and give military discount. The vet is very knowledgeable and professional, if you have any concerns they would talk to you about it so could have a piece of mind.

I’m not big on writing reviews but baby I’m so happy I went to them. They did an amazing job with my Dobermans ear cropping. I was so nervous when looking for a place. They did not disappoint. And they always answer your questions. Very professional. Overall a smooth process. I drove 1hr to them and I will do it again. Amazing staff.

I took two dogs to get their ears cropped and honestly it has been the best experience we’ve had especially for our first time doing it. They answer quickly and help make the healing process so much smoother!! The ears for both of the dogs came out really good!!! Highly recommend!!!

Today I had to bring my puppy in to get his ears fixed after he pulled stitches out. And the service care and love to shine straight through when ever I bring my dog to Good Care Animal clinic. THE PARKING LOT FROM HELL! Had an appointment for my blind dog today at 10 am had to wait double parked ..Cant just go in the clinic cuz of Covid have to wait outside .. n call them to let them know I'm there BUT now I'm suppose to wait outside for 25 more minutes in my car double parked mind you because there is no parking EVER available there!

I will like to thank this team for being very professional & helpful, they did an amazing job on my dog's ear cropping procedure, I highly recommend them, Abel was very professional at explaining the procedure process to me. I got all my questions answered. George was also very professional every time I called and very helpful at giving me my appointments. I give this team ????% at what they do. We are really happy the way our new pup looks now with her ears cropped.

Twice they posted my dogs ears, once he ended up with 2 ear infections, the second time he got irritations on his head from some kind of glue. Don't torture your dog. Hi somewhere else.

Did my dog's ear cropping there and I'm so happy with the results. My dog's ears look amazing. I highly recommend this place especially if your dog is older than the recommended age for ear cropping.

Took my 2 month old Drako to get his ears crop and Dr Cotelo was amazing he was very patient and dedicated to provide the very best service. Abl was also amazing with great customer service. The clinic has reasonable prices. I would recommend this clinic for any service.
