I like this place! Employees are nice and knowledgeable.

Needed a couple of items for the fish tank. Nice options. Lots of fish to look at as well. Plenty of cashiers!

We really appreciate & love this place so much. Everyone that works here is very welcoming & friendly in a professional environment. Lot's of great different items for different types of animals. My dog loves this place & she's very sweet but picky. From her leather collar, leash, & Kong toys.

They have a nice selection and you can take your dog inside!

This place almost always has what I need for my cat. The staff is always helpful. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is it rarely doesn't have what I need.

When you spend $29 a fish you would think you would have warranty on it but when I called I said hope anything after 9 days we cannot replace your fish but I'm about $29 and out with fish

I broke my 20Gallon turtle tank while cleaning it and had to find a replacement ASAP. I went to Pet supermarket to buy another tank. They where out of stock. I called around and no other pet store had what I was looking for. The staff noticed I was in distress and stepped in to help. They sold me a 10gallon tank with the promise that as soon as they get stock I can bring the 10gallon tank back and swap it out for the 20gallon. I called today to enquire about it and unfortunately they hadn't received their shipment. The manager Kimmie then told me that she had recently purchased a 20gallon tank and didn't need it. She told me that she would bring it in to work tomorrow for ME! Now that is a perfect example of someone going ABOVE AND BEYOND. Thank you Pet Supermarket and thank you Kimmie!! You guys rock!!

Good store but don't control their stock. I guess corporate does. Because they can never tell me when an order is coming for something that is not in their store that I got the last time I was there.

We shop here mostly for toys and accessories. Of course we also got our rescue cat Piglet (cage name Xenia) from here so we REALLY love it. Also take our older rescue cat Pooh Bear (see the pattern) on a leash to peruse the inventory on occasion. He usually draws more than one employee for some good scratching...

My favorite place in the world even thou things can be a bit expensive here they always have everything I need down to crickets all the way up to my dogs food if I have to go to another pet store I will wait until the next day to go here

Had a diverse selection of animals and plenty of accessories/food. Ex. Cats, birds, fish (including Betta), turtles, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters.

I've tried and tried and tried with these guys. I've never been into a store with ruder employees. I really had hoped it was just there pandemic that had these guys a little on edge but it's not. This is their normal. The attitude in this place is so bad that I just cannot take it anymore. If I can't order the food I get from this store online, I'll just switch foods. I really can't take the rude and hateful employees here again. I'm done. You could give me a gift card for $100 and if it has to be used here in person at this store, I would not take it.

Great pet store , friendly help with good service and selection to choose from. I buy my aquarium supplies from them good prices on fish and plants.

Very friendly staff! Was pleased to discover that they offer some food for salt water aquariums in the freezer section. Would love to see more offerings such as reef glue, reef putty and filter socks etc. It is nice being able to stay local as the nearest reef shops are Melbourne or Titusville. Will definitely shop here again.
