This veterinarian place is a godsend. They're very understanding, beyond caring, and when I had to put down my fur baby, they couldn't have given me more peace and understanding than any place I could have ever taken her. When the time comes and I get another fur baby, this will be the very only animal hospital I would ever entrust in. I can't say enough good things about them! ???????????? Thank you

The very best veterinarian ever! They have taken the very best care of my dog for the past few years and they were even more amazing when I unfortunately had to put her down. God bless everyone that works in this building they are amazing!

Amanda is very rude and unprofessional. i get i’m upset over the phone MY CAT IS SEIZING. but yep! great idea to hang up on a concerned patient who spent over $600 for no answers. she needs to lose her job. that reflects on your business so poorly.

The staff at Courtenay Animal Hospital are absolutely incredible! They are all so kind and extremely caring with my fur babies. I called about an emergency with my boy cat and they told us to bring him up and saw him right away. They took such great care of him! He wasn’t eating, drinking water, and was so lethargic he wouldn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. He was just completely not himself. After getting some tests they realized he had an infection and gave him some medication. I took him home and he went right in to use the litter box, ate some wet food, and is already feeling so much better!???? Thank you CAH!!

I adopted Buster 9 years ago. I renamed his Buster Brown. He was the best furbaby. I have ever had. He had some bladder issues 3 years ago. Developed diabetes. I'm the last three months lost eye sight. Developed hearing and smell loss. Two weeks ago had two seizures In 48 hours. Lost coordination We put him to rest. I thought my heart was being ripped out. I loved him and thank you all for putting us together. Hugs

Great animal hospital. I've been taking my dogs there for 21 years.

Today I had my first visit with my puppy and it was great. Even with the COVID-19 protocols they were amazing and so informative with everything they were doing since I couldn’t go in with her. I’m so glad I chose this office and I’ll be making a transfer with my other dog soon! Thank you so much Dr. Kennedy and staff!

My pet was involved in an automobile accident she is a Husky and they blatantly flat-out refuse to care for her unless I pay direct when the insurance company finally called them and said they would pay if they would Bill them and Pay Direct they refuse service to my husky all over money
