I recently moved to the area from another state and had my 11 year old malte-poo groomed at Classy Cuts. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. I will be back.

They were great! Very homey feel and I felt my doggo would be in good hands! I was nervous she gets a little excited and seems small but is strong. Have a silver lab about 60lbs and got the bath package. The prices were good and I thought they did an excellent job! Also they were fast and very accommodating. Will definitely be keeping them as my regular groomers!!

Took my 5 month old standard there today his first grooming experience. Kathy did a wonderful job and he was so happy when I picked him up. You can tell he feels like a brand new puppy. I will continue to use this groomer excellent job thank you guys

When I arrived, the old lady that I talked to was very rude and accused me of not calling ahead for my appointment, when I know that I did. Very rude. I will NEVER EVER go back. I hope you all go out of business.

Today we took our short hair BIG Bulldog in for a bath and nails!! Pam was fantastic with her! My dog had never been to a groomer.. We love this place! Our NEW GROOMER, fantastic job. My dads girl who is 10 is normally bitter About a groom. They brought her out caring her tail wagging and a puppy dog smile. Never did I expect to see her come out that way they were fantastic! Not to mention that she looks the best she ever has !!

Love this place!! I had never had a dog with long hair before, so when I got my yorkie-poo I wasn't sure where to take him for a haircut. With a quick Google search I came across Classy Cuts and have had nothing but great experiences since. Kathy, the owner, always grooms my dog and although he is rambunctious and probably a handful, she does an awesome job everytime. Whether I want to keep his hair long or shave it short, she hears my requests and makes it happen! They take great care of my boy and I will continue to get him groomed here as long as I live in Merritt Island. It usually only takes about an hour or two from drop off to pick up, and they always get me into their schedule quickly when I call. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Classy Cuts and would recommend this place to anyone looking for caring staff to groom their fur baby!

Love it here!! Don always takes such good care of my Sugar! A dog found on the side of the road gets a better pampering ever few months than her human. And she deserves it! The staff is excellent and i will ALWAYS recommend!!

We’ve taken our dogs here many times. My sister takes them here. They did a few things that I didn’t like buy sister insisted they still go here. They are always saying dogs have knots and have to clip them short. I had cats and know what knots are. The dogs don’t have any abnormal knots. Doesn’t really matter they just use it as an excuse to cut short, which is understandable from a business aspect. Now this is what is UNACCEPTABLE. Last time we took the dogs there, early this year about six months ago, they scalped the dog. The dog is about a year old. Just a puppy. Did you know on certain breeds you can cut it too short and damage the hair follicle.... permanently. Yea that means it don’t grow back. Would a dog groomer know this? I hope so. Not that it matters if a mechanic scratches your old Honda or your brand new Mercedes, either way it is unacceptable. But the Mercedes just makes me cry a little more. I feel so bad for this poor dog. I have raised Yorkshire terriers and am very familiar with dogs of all types especially growing up near farms. This dog was absolutely perfect, even day dreamed about showing her. Now, she has a permanent scare. Whoever did this, you should put your clippers down and step down from this business. Whether they had a new person that did this, or it was the owner, that person should be fired. And if you dare reply about knots or something, I would love to take this to court, not for money but for publicity. Unfortunately in today’s world, there are many incompetent businesses. Mechanics lawyers carpenters...dog groomers. However in this case the dog is a little more valuable then my kitchen remodel or any of my cars. It’s priceless. And now I have to stare at this scar for the rest of its life. There’s nothing to undo this. Too bad it wasn’t on the belly. It’s right near her neck. Her hair can grow out and hide it a little, but I know it’s there and summer cuts you will always see it. Am I local competition lying and making up these stories for some business agenda? No. In fact I will tell you all, if you want something done right, do it yourself. Buy some nice A5 blade style clippers. You’ll spend $100-150 but thats three trips to the groomers and you break even. The first time you cut the dogs hair will take a long time. But the third or fourth time you’ll be done in a half hour. No stress on the dog. And best of all, no chance of ever having this having permanent damage happen to your dog. Heed my cautionary tale and buy yourself some good clippers and don’t scalp your dog. Your dog trust you more than a stranger and you know your dog better than anyone else does. I wouldn’t wish this happening on anyone’s dog. And remember you can have the best skilled person in the world working on your dog/car/bike/house, but all that needs to happen is their pill head son to work that day and completely ruin it.
