This is such a great place. Such a loving and kind staff. Just had to put my good boy down and they were awesome and made it as painless as possible. I can't thank these people enough for the way they treated Puppy and I.

This was one of the best vet experiences I have had in a long time. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that they let me know the cost of each individual action, shot, or medication before proceeding instead of giving an unexpectedly high bill in the end. With that being said, the prices were reasonable and fair. They even called the following day after my dogs appointment to check on him which to me shows sincerity in their work. Overall it was a great experience!

Dr. Rubio and his staff are fantastic. You can tell they care very much for your pet. They are reasonably priced, and they are efficient and effective. I'm never kept waiting more than 5 to 10 minutes. I highly recommend this practice.

I honestly would give this place 20 stars if I could. The entire place is always clean and plenty of rooms and space. Every single person on their staff is so caring and nice. The dr is knowledgeable as well. They are so accommodating and worked around my work schedule. I also have a reactive dog and they are super understanding and work with me so make her comfortable. Their prices are on par and their communication is A++++. Always calls and follows up and is always so helpful. They truly care about every single person and dog that comes in the door. Couldn’t diagnose pancreatitis, went to go get a second opinion elsewhere and my dog was diagnosed in 30 seconds just by the symptoms. Ended up going into organ failure possibly due to rubio’s wasted time and “baffled” (in his words) by what could be wrong with my dog.

We love how they make you feel welcome every time you go there, they talk to your pets using their names and the employees are so sweet to both humans and animals alike. The Vet takes his time and never rushes a visit. We trust them completely. We had our elderly dog and cat changed to Rubio Pet Hospital after 13 yrs with another local vet, and kept them with Rubio Pet Hospital until they passed away..and now we have our 2 young kitties and an adopted mid age puppy with them.. Best veterinary experience we've had so far. We Highly Recommend!! Mickey, Mia & Tobi Recommend them too :) ????????????

They are the most amazing Vets I have met, yesterday unfortunately I had to put my Sophie of 16 years down. You sometimes wonder this is probably normal for them, but it's not, they care, they stay by your side, they understand your pain, and I thank God for that. They have been my doggies vets for years, if you truly want the best for your fur babies go see them They are amazing loving humans.

Dr. Rubio takes the time to explain and reassurance. His place is immaculate and the workers are all so nice. Rarely wait more than a few minutes. Great Vet.

I just took my pup Barney to Rubio for a check up and his yearly LEPTO shot. I moved to Florida from Ohio and everytime we went to the vets back home, he was shaking because of how nervous he was. My pup has a boat load of anxiety and usually hates going to the vets! But when we got there this morning, he was so curious and open to this place! I was amazed! This facility is as clean as can be and the staff that I met are so sweet and actually cared about Barney! ❤ I'm sending a HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Rubio, who was so compassionate towards Barney, even after he didn't want his teeth looked at ????. Also a HUGE THANK YOU to Sam, who let my pup hug her and give her kisses. Even though he peed on her, he still loved her and she still loved him! They were also extremely affordable! If you have doubts about any vet near Melbourne/Viera, don't!! Not this vet! They're amazing!! I've definitely found my new vet!

The entire staff was so kind and caring. I had to make the tough decision to put my dog down that was 17 yrs old. They handled that procedure with empathy and compassion. They allowed me time afterwards to say my final good bye. I'll always remember my little chihuahua running and playing on the Rainbow Bridge instead of being in pain. Thank you Dr.Rubio and staff.

Fantastic. They saw me within the hour I called. Very professional, courteous, and called me the following day to see how my Bellarina was doing. Now, that's what I call a good vet. I'll transfer my second chihuahua to this wonderful doctor.

Amazing team and Dr. They helped me and my little boy Roscoe. I was not sure of what was going on with him. He had a rare condition that Dr Rubio helped to uncover and treat. The process has been a long one but one that gives Roscoe quality of life. Thank you all for what you do. Knowing we love our pets like children, they truly treat with care.

So far so good and happy. Most vets in this area have horrible reviews on Google and yelp but not Dr Rubio. His staff and he have great bedside manner, display empathy and concern. We brought our 15 year old poodle when he started coughing fits and while we are still mid treatment they continue to follow up.

Another vet that it’s more interested in the money than the pet health

When Dr. Rubio worked at the Banfield in Melbourne he earned immense respect from me. I've moved around quite a bit in my life, and no other vet has taken so much time to answer my questions and patiently address my concerns. I will never forget how much time he put into diagnosing and treating my senior dog while some other "specialist" charged me twice as much money and couldn't even answer a phone call. Dr Rubio is a saint.

The best team you can find! Doctor Rubio takes care of our animals as if they were his family. Thank you for all your dedication!
