I can’t be happier with the service. I arrived first thing in the am after she passed away the night before. I didn’t call first and they received me beautifully. They came to my car and get PJ out for me and had her ready to come home the same day. I never thought that would happen with a private cremation but they made it happen. Even when I picked her up a nice man who worked there saw me crying in the car and came over to console me and give his sympathies. This place cares. Ty for making an emotional process just a little bit easier. PJs memorial box was so beautiful I decided to stand it on its end and put her name plate at the bottom but you can place it wherever you would like.

We are very and deeply Thankful with this team, today friday at 4 pm it was the only business that was able and kind to help my family to go thru our loss, our angel Canela crossed the rainbow today October 8th, at 2:30 pm. R.I.P our beloved angel ????????

My soul was torn into two pieces on the nigh my baby girl, Skyiron, moved on. Even though she was no longer using her earthly vessel, I wanted her remains handled in a certain way. Ken answered my phone calls with patience and understanding. I called him 4 times back to back with more and more questions. Not once was there a hint of frustration in his voice. He walked me through everything and remained kind from beginning to end as did his staff. I also really appreciated that he was direct about the bodily fluids and let me know how to prepare the vessel for the process. Death is not always clean so when he or his staff talks to you, listen well. The place does appear to be part of a warehouse with open bay doors and fans near the furnace, this is good as is removes the smell of the process and allows for a unique experience. They had nice rememberance items in the office and explained what was available when asked, but at no time were there any hard pressure sales for an urn or item. I appreciated this. Most of all what I appreciate is the fact that they get it. They really get that you are not cremating a pet. You are transforming the vessel of a beloved member of your life.

Their patience, compassion, respect, and understanding of how much our fur babies mean to us is genuine. We asked to see and meet Ken and Celeste. Ken came out and apologized that Celeste was off today. After a brief conversation and stories about Apollos life, Ken ask to be excused as the phone ran. When he returned, he had the most memorable gift- an ink nose print from Apollo. Just an amazing group of people that work there. **the previous 1 star review by Kenny Lloyd-- The Facility has been closed to the public since April 2020 (Covid-19) and you cannot go inside to "make plans" as it stated. "Closed to the Public" sign is posted on the door and its locked. You are asked, as we were, to make plans, complete the paperwork, and make payment over the phone prior to arriving and they come out to your vehicle to assist.

From what I can tell the cremation package my daughter got is fine, but the problem I have is with the manager Kenn, my daughter was very upset how flirtatious he was and how he would not stop trying to rub her arm trying to “console” her. She could not even focus on making plans for her baby because she just wanted to get out of there because she was made to feel so uncomfortable by Kenn. I doubt this is an isolated event the way my daughter described his carefree attitude about trying to non stop hit on her. A manager in this profession should be way more professional than this. I hope the pet loss center will do something about him. I know my family will not be back!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Pet Loss Center. Everyone is so kind, compassionate and helpful. I had lots of help from Ken in trying to find the perfect urn when I was getting ready for the loss of my 18 year old dog, and they were even able to cremate her and have her back to me the same day. When I dropped her off, the employee who helped me even asked if I needed some time with my dog. I really appreciate all that they do and their compassion and professionalism during this tough time.

I ad a Prairie Dog that me and my twin brother had cremated at The Pet Loss Center. Then, this month our beloved rabbit passed away on the way to the vet's office. We had him cremated also. When I picked up our rabbit to come home, I was amazed again at a wonderful job The Pet Loss Center did. Thank you and God Bless the Pets! JWA.

I can not say enough about the caring and compassion that Holly showed in going above and beyond to get my baby to me as quickly as possible. Losing your precious baby at 2 yrs old unexpectedly to a bad vet and poor diagnosis.. feeling they had your best interest at heart and have her taken away too soon is a pain you will never recover from. We lost our baby last sunday to lymphoma. not going to lie, leaving your baby and trusting others to care for them is a struggle. i have been worried all week on where he went and if they will be kind with his body. I picked him up today from animal emergency and he was handed to me. the packaging alone is comforting. they hand carved his name on a brass name plate on top of a beautiful pine box a little note from blue and his last paw print and clippings of his hair was included. the packaging alone showed how much thoughtfulness they put into it. we have used this company befor years ago. i never really had a issue but this time around i can honestly say i am impressed and so thankful???? thank you to everyone that was involved at your facility for making this pick up a beautiful tribute to our furbaby. i’m glad to have him home ????

A special thank you for Ken, we prearranged our needs knowing our boy Levi would be leaving us at any time. Our loss happened on this Saturday 2/1/2020. Ken had given us his personal cell number on the day we made arrangements. I contacted Ken and he personally met us there to receive our baby boy....such a special man to come in on his day off to assist us and allow us even more time with our boy...thank you Ken, you and your staff are very special people.

My heart is broken for the loss of my babygirl but so full that you guys take the time to do all of this. I wasn’t expecting anything like this when the vet said it might be time. It’s been almost a year now and I’m just starting to move forward after the loss of our 17 year old puppy “Russell “ We chose the pet loss center based on the reviews. It was an extremely hard call. They came to our home Christmas Eve when Russell passed. They picked him up and called the 26th telling me Russell was ready to be picked up. I went to the pet loss center with my 20 year old daughter. Russell had been her best friend for nearly 18 years. As we were approaching the entrance of the building (which was more like a warehouse) the side doors were open where cremations were actually taking place as we walked past. It was horrible. We got inside the building and we then ended up on line to pick up Russell. Very understaffed!!! Every second an agonizing time. Finally it was our turn. They brought Russell out in one of their journey urns. A cardboard box!!! And it was dirty so they had to transfer his remains into a new “urn” right in front of us. As if the experience wasn’t hard enough for my family to go through the service we received from the pet loss center was totally unprofessional & uncaring. We were heartbroken by the way we were treated. Would never recommend!!!

I can't say enough nice things about The Pet Loss Center. I've had 2 pets cremated prior to my most recent loss, and am most pleased with the services provided by the PLC. Wonderful and caring employees made our loss a little easier to bare. Knowing your beloved pet is in compassionate hands does wonders for the inner peace that always seems so far away when you lose a friend.
