Recently adopted two few month old cats, a male and female, from an abusive home. Trying to get the male neutered before they start making kittens. I only have a 15 minute window to call during your hours of operation because that's my only break at work, I've been trying to call the past few days, but spend the whole break on hold and it's been very frustrating. I understand your busy, and would give you 5 stars for the treatment you've given my other pets in the past, but for anyone in a similar situation to what im in now, this is the review I'd have to give them.

I took my Rescue Dog into this Vet doctor Gusman . he had growths on his stomach And legs , That was in sept. She looked at him and Set up surgery in november Two months after she looked at him well on the 18th of november after i had dropped him of at 8am l i called at 3pm to check on him . and she was just starting his Surgery. !! and i was told to pick him up at 4pm thats when the close.. when i had dropped him off there about 10 or twelve other pets being dropped of , well i got him home and after putting him to sleep the did not remove the bad bubble one on his leg. and i was told that Doctor Gusman was the only Surgen operating that day . Well that was a asembly line Operations . it was cruel to my Pet that had suffered enought . they also pulled one of his teethe ! after all that and the money i was charged my Pet still has the Bubble on his leg . . if you care about your pet do not go to this vet. its all about money to them! not about the care of your loving pet.

Our dog received his annual check up here with vaccinations and a blood test for heartworms. The prices at Florida Aid to Animals are very competitive and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly answering our questions.

They were filled up the day I had to suddenly put my cat down but they worked with me and made time to squeeze us in. Very compassionate.

Alright. This is a great place. Friendly staff, good Veterinarians; they show their love and appreciation of animals in the way they treat them, as if they were their own. Not a full service vet clinic, they do provide good, affordable spaying and neutering, and shots. Good prices on flea and tick meds also. We took w cats and a dog in for yearly shots, under 200 with some pills for the dog. Can't beat that! If you need your pet looked at, or tested for something, please give Florida Aid to Animals a visit, you won't be disappointed.

I brought my kitten here in January to get her fixed after our primary vet tried to charge us $400 for it(????) They were wonderful! My dad told me about this place and he's been using them for years! Over the weekend I brought my parents cat for a visit due to her having a pretty severe flea allergy. They cleaned her ears and trimmed her nails without charging us for it???? we also had to give her a shot for her reaction which was only $10!!!! I know if we had gone anywhere else that shot would have ran $60-$70. The staff here are so nice and very non judgemental. Our cat did not look the greatest just.due to us not knowing how to best care for her reaction, I asked how we could best help her and prevent a reaction between appointments and they provided plenty of advice. I just enjoy this office so very much my entire family has started bringing all of our pets here????

I called to ask about getting my 19 year old cat euthanized. I explained we are from NY and do not have a vet here as our cat is very very skiddish and it’s a very traumatic experience for her to leave the house. Of course if need be I would take her to a vet but she has been very healthy until about a month ago. She has been eating very little and has gotten very very thin.I don’t want her to suffer and therefore called about possible euthanasia. I was told she needs an exam and perhaps bloodwork to see if anything can be done for her. I explained, she’s 19 and I don't want to put her through testing etc. I was told if Dr thought they could help her, then without testing (and paying them lots of money) they would refuse to euthanize her. Seems to me they care more about the money than the animal or the owner’s feelings about taking a humane approach. They are all in it just for the money. I advise everyone to look elsewhere for a compassionate vet who is not out just to make money!

They were very helpful and compassionate when I went there with my elderly dog who was failing. I loved him so much but knew that his being two months shy of 18 years old meant that his time was up.

Very friendly, professional and affordable! Took my 4 month old kitten in for boosters and 7yr old dog for yearly shots. They even gave me a care package for both.
