I could go on and on about the amazing things about this place! Being a new puppy owner, I really wanted to make sure that my puppy had a great first time at a vet. Dr. Armstrong was phenomenal! She answered all the questions I had, and made my puppy feel at home! So fortunate to have found this place. Would highly recommend!

All about Money,less care,and get the animals back to you just as fast as they can for more production.Always new and substitute Vets,and def always new interns who don't really know your pet.Dont bring your cat to them,they are scared of cat's being in the animal biz lol.The only reason I went with them so quick was I stayed right next door but was definitely a mistake.Cris is a bad person..

Very receptive and accommodating. Easy check in and checkout process. They pups love them. Convenient process during these COVID times. They provide service to pull up, get the estimates and confirm what’s to be done and checked out, and drop them off from your car.

The vet was very professional, caring and funny. not only she wants to get to know your pet, her people skills are amazing. The return calls in a timely manner. I would recommend them any time.

We dropped Ban-Daar (our cat) off for a check up and only waited a few minutes before they were finished. Quick and easy doctor visit and he was good to go with all the medicine he needed! Also, they allowed us to reschedule our appointment when we missed the first time with no extra charge. I would recommend them as a solid choice for any vet visits.

My 4 year old dachshund has been a patient of Dr. Armstrong's for a little over the past year. My dachshund is incredibly sweet and friendly to people she knows and is comfortable around, but she can sometimes struggle around strangers. My dog's "stranger fear/aversion" can make it difficult to take her to the vet sometimes. However, Dr. Armstrong and her team are incredibly patient and kind with my dog, and they always say she did a great job after every appointment! During our last wellness appointment, we were even able to remove her muzzle and have her walking freely around the exam room to explore. This was a big deal for our little family! Dr. Armstrong is extremely intelligent, educated, and up to date on the current veterinary practices and science. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions and helps me weigh my options. A different vet practice we attended (before Furever Family) scared me away from getting the Lepto vaccine for my dog because of possible risks. Dr. Armstrong worked through those risks with me, addressed them honestly, and helped me understand how the newer Lepto vaccinations work. Because of the time she spent educating me about the Lepto vaccination and how it has advanced over time, we opted to vaccinate our dachshund for Lepto again. Dr. Armstrong helped me prepare a plan for what I should do in case my dog did still have a reaction, but luckily, my dog was completely safe and had no reaction whatsoever. Dr. Armstrong is very knowledgeable and so very patient with anxious pet parents, like myself. As for costs, I'll be up front - I would pay whatever it costs to make sure my dog gets quality medical care. That being said, I know that everyone has a different budget when it comes to care for their pets. I find Furever Family to be extremely cost effective and well-priced compared to other practices in the Maitland/Winter Park/Orlando area. They offer great pet plans that you should definitely consider looking into. We are now into our second year on a pet plan, and it has been a great experience! I've seen a few reviews on here that mention high prices or pushy tactics, and I just want to say that has NEVER been the case during any of our visits over the last year or more. All of the prices have been extremely reasonable given the market costs in the area, and I have NEVER felt pressured into purchasing any services, grooming, or food/treats. As someone who gets very anxious, I would definitely remember if I ever felt pressured or uncomfortable while at Furever Family, and I can assure you I have always felt like I was simply being given all of my options. I never felt like I was being forced to buy something. Dr. Armstrong has even told us previously when she didn't think a certain test or service (in our case, we asked about allergy testing) was worth the large price tag that was attached. Overall, our experience for the last year at Furever Family has been excellent. They are kind, gentle, and thorough with our dachshund, and Dr. Armstrong is a pleasure to work with. We love Furever Family, and I can't recommend this office enough!

Dr. Armstrong and Alexis were amazing! Love them. Even before the visit we had good communication about what to expect and any concerns that I had with my cat Tofu. I was told Dr. Armstrong wasn’t feeling very well and still managed to make sure that all of my concerns with him were discussed and explained thoroughly and made time to come out and discuss our plans with Tofu. He is usually really stressed but seemed relaxed and didn’t cry at all. All prices are online and they do an honest and great job at taking care of animals even in this difficult time with everywhere being pretty short staffed. Cannot say enough good things about Furever Family. ❤️ Thank you!

I did a lot of research before I chose a vet when we got our puppy. After recommendations and great reviews we chose Furever Family and I'm so glad we did. Our baby Willow is always so excited to see everyone in the office. Dr. Armstrong is so kind and knowledgeable. She truly cares about your pet. We've had 1 emergency so far and they took such great care of our baby girl. I definitely recommend Furever Family.

We love Dr. Armstrong and all of the staff at Furever Family Animal Hospital! First, their preventative care packages make it easy for my family and I to afford and budget for the care our two kitties need. Second, they are so understanding and accommodating, offering curbside, in room, and drop off appointments. Last but definitely not least, they aren’t pushy like other offices I’ve encountered. They don’t make you feel bad for not feeding top of the line food and are honest about what services are vital and which you can postpone until you might be in a better financial situation. It’s a blessing in a time where people are struggling due to the pandemic. Thank you, FFAH! We appreciate you!

The staff and Dr. are amazing and so kind/helpful! My big boy onyx felt so comfortable around them and they also taught me how to clean his ears! Definitely go to them !!!

This is the best vet I have used for my pets! They truly care about the animals that they treat. The entire staff is super friendly, and are very welcoming. The vet on staff, is very attentive and smart. She is the only vet I trust to care for my animals. One of my dogs has had to go on treatment plans, and the staff has followed up with me a day or two later to make sure that my dog was doing okay, and make sure that no other questions have come up. The care from this vet is next level!! Thank you guys for everything you do!

We are new to the area, and I am so glad we found this vet clinic for our two dogs. The vet is thorough, and while we have only seen her for well visits, I am confident my pups would be in capable, expert hands if sick. Also, the rates are reasonable and appropriate for quality care. I highly recommend!

Dr. Armstrong and the entire staff are the absolute example of friendly and relatable! Understanding your pets needs rather than racking up services is their best quality. Her facilities are welcoming and comfortable for both of my oversized mixed shepherds. I recommend her and her business to anyone who has felt like their current or past Vets have fallen short of excellent. Her character makes me happy to continue seeking pet care!

This is the place to take your pet! Dr. Armstrong and staff take care of my Nala like if she wast their own! Nala loves them and she is always comes out so happy with them! I just love you all!
