The Parc Pet Suites, Sports & Spa Longwood, Florida

I took my pet here over the holidays and everything, to my knowledge, went well and I was provided email updates when I asked. I could tell the owner was frustrated because she was short staffed. There were lots of good reviews online so I felt comfortable boarding here, however the comments I read on Indeed.com from previous employees is concerning to me. My only recommendations to the owner are: 1) please fix your webcams or have some kind of alternative update system in place as people love their pets and just want to make sure they’re doing okay. 2) It was incredibly hard to reach anyone by phone and took some time before I initially received a response back. Thank you very much for taking care of my little one.

Treated us like royalty!! First time there and was impressed with the service...both fur kids seemed to enjoy it too!!

Did a good job on a mini groom for my very skittish 1 y/o standard poodle.

I have been taking my boy here for years. Rook has always received exceptional care. He is not really social with other dogs. He's an only fur child and a fox terrier. They have the magic sauce because he will play with the other dogs here. He has been very well taken care of, and the staff have been wonderful. They are terrific. I would not take my fur child anywhere else.

My dog has been going to The Parc for a year and we love it! Everyone is friendly, and my dog always has so much fun!!!

My pup stayed here for 3 days and he was very well taken care of. Definitely recommend.

We had our pup there this past weekend and when I dropped her off I met with Jill. She explained their hours and how they work. How they separate the dogs, etc. We felt very confident leaving her on good hands. When I picked our pup up this morning she was of course happy to see me but I could tell she enjoyed her stay. We have a few more trips planned and we will be using Parc Pet again. Thanks Jill!

Great Doggie Daycare and boarding. My fur babies have been going there for 10 years and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. They love it and I love it!!!!!

My little puppy Ollie adores this place. He absolutely cannot wait to go inside and is exhausted and happy when I pick him up. Great staff, great experience.

Jill and her team are great. Our pup can be a little shy and not eat much when we are out of town. They make sure she is around the calmer dogs so she can still play in the group sessions and by adding a little extra green beans or carrots, they are able to get her to eat too. Definitely recommend!!

Our two dogs love The Parc. They willingly trot in when we're going to be out of town. We love being able to watch them online in the play room.

I do NOT recommend taking your pet here! I took my dog here for two days. I decided to take my puppy here because they have webcams and sufficient play space. My dog loved the trial day and everyone seemed very nice; however, the next day was a different story. I arrived early to pick up my pet (3:30, pick-up is 4-7, but we had an appointment, so I needed to pick him up a little early). I arrived and the front desk informed me it is typically $20!! to pick up your dog EARLY! However, my MAJOR issue was with the fact that I could not see my dog on the webcam all day and when I called to see where he was no one answered. Then, when I arrived I asked and they said he was in the room by the front desk - when I looked in the room there were 3 huge puddles of pee and only one dog, aside from mine, in there. Clearly no one was monitoring them or there would not have been so much of a mess. Additionally, when my puppy saw me look in the window he ran and started scratching at the door to get out, then when the worker opened the door my dog ran straight to the front door trying to get out. This is NOT in the personality of my dog. He is very curious and loves everyone and everything, the day before he was super content in the lobby and was smelling around everywhere, watching the workers, etc. Something was not right the second day. I confronted a worker about him being in that room with only one other dog and she said "oh, it's just a play area" and wouldn't give me any reason as to why my dog was not playing in the play area he was in the entire day prior (all of the dogs in there were playing great the previous day and my dog was mostly laying down and would occasionally run around - my point being there were no socialization issues between any of the dogs.) I highly recommend taking your pet elsewhere.

I take my dog Bentley there always and I know he is always taken care of there with the staff. They always know who we are and he is always excited to see them, and always comes home sleeping, which is definitely helpful after a long day!

We feel safer when our both baby in this place.

We LOVE this place. Everyone is super sweet and really gets to know your dog. They even gave us a report card on our first visit. We are really over protective over our little dog and we trust Parc Pet completely. Prices are great too! Thank you guys for taking care of our little angel.

I absolutely love The Parc Pet Suites. My dog, Kenya, always has a great time and loves the staff there. She gets so excited when we arrive and is always sleepy when I take her home, which is how I know she had fun. I really like their lobby system, as it makes the visit stress-free if you have a more excitable pet. I feel so assured to know that I have somewhere to take my best friend when I am out of town. The facility is clean, safe, and the staff are so friendly and make the checking in/ out process a breeze. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to board their pet.

My dog ellie_the_sheepadoodle loves going to daycare at Parc! And Ellie got a fantastic grooming for Jill, the owner! We love her haircut!

Would highly recommend! My dog nearly takes my arm off getting out of the car to run to the door and then doesn't want to come home which to me is a good sign that he is happy to go there. I appreciate the fact that I can watch him on camera and see the care the staff provides to him and the other dogs each time he is there.

Sent our 1 year old Frenchie for the weekend and she had a blast. Everyone was super nice and reassured us she was in good hands. I love that their playgrounds are indoors (Florida heat) and the have Webcams! We have a new home away from home for our fur baby.

They have fabulous facilities for pets.
