Very caring, nice group of animal lovers. Dr. Machado is always good, can't complain.

We had brought our Rottweiler in for her vaccines. Bringing our dog completely healthy. The dog was not even hesitant to go with the vet. The vet DID NOT let us go in with our own dog to help. Upon the vet bringing back our dog, HE INFORMED US OUR DOG PASSED AWAY. The vet and staff did not seem to even care about our dogs passing. We will be bringing the vet to court on how all of a sudden our dog “passed out and died”. If you have a loved dog DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. I am trying very hard not to cry upon writing this. The day is 11/27/21 and she will be remembered. I attached pictures of the paperwork.

Claimed HEALTHY dog who was there just for vaccines died suddenly of diarrhea in their lobby moments before returning them. Will not cooperate with questions about what happened, was very rude and and uncaring about loss of life

Super nice staff and way more affordable than other clinics. After one visit, this will now be my vet of choice for my dogs care.

Where do I start off this vet is extremely careless I took an 11 puppies to do a very simple procedure of tail docking unfortunately this vet did not do his job properly he did not seal the puppies tails correctly and unfortunately they bled out five of my 11 puppies bled out and died hours after having this procedure done you reach out to the staff the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional if you love your puppies or your pets do not take them to this facility if you don’t know how to do a service he shouldn’t do it

STAFF IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They will not give you any information at all they will make you wait outside and not get to see any procedure done to your pet!!! Waste of time and money!!! They have no education at all and no respect in how to treat clients.. they have preference in clients and will let some in and just say is “family” is all lies.. this people need to be inspected by the city they are not following all the safety protocols totally gross how they treat these fur babies is a crime they are just doing it for the $$ shame on them!!

When your dog has a medical condition that requires medication long term, it is best to have a built in pharmacy.

Maybe we came on an off day, but we were not impressed with their professionalism nor did we feel they were knowledgeable. We were their first appointment, the staff did not arrive to open until our appointment time. None of them greeted us, did not explain anything to us. We sat in the office waiting for blood work, one of the vet techs (I assume since no one introduced themselves) came in to check the test then left. A few minutes later, the front desk person came to let us know we were, “good to go.” It was so awkward, it seemed like no one really knew what they were doing. The prices were reasonable, but I would never trust my dog in their care honestly.

Saved my furry friend after she got hit by a car

I used this clinic to get my cat spayed. It was super affordable very easy and clear directions. Dropping my car off was quick and easy and they called as soon as she was ready. It’s been months since her surgery and she’s doing great!

Dr. Machado has been taking care of my Chiwini dog Bella for years and now we have a new puppy Lili that he is going to start taking care. Best place in Lehigh, crew is very polite and place is clean, and at a low price. Recommend!

Please don’t take your dog anywhere else. These guys charge you exactly how much treatments/shots cost they don’t over charge even a little and they are so helpful.

I bring both of my cats as well as well as my new puppy. They are extremely friendly and helped me through the hard time of having my sick cat put to sleep. Prices are very reasonable!

Very nice place. Vet, Dr. Machado is very good. He explained every procedure with clarity and make sure we understand. The staff is courteous and and always happy to help. I'm impressed with the procedure at West Gate Animal Hospital.

Doctor Machado has cared for my two dogs Mia and River both large breed dogs. Mia was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 10 months old by Dr. Machado. I was devastated as she was a rescue and so had already been through enough in her short life and now this. He is extremely reasonable. X-Rays including 2 views, anti-arthritis meds, and physical exam came out to less than $200. I will keep going and keep referring friends as long as he keeps his career as a veterinarian. He's awesome and cares for animals sincerely, he has a passion for what he does. The best!

If you’re hoping to go in with your puppy or even have the front door opened for you stay away. We had an appointment for my puppy Tyson to get immunization and they failed to let us know about all the restrictions they had in place. They refused to open the door for my husband and refused to allow anyone to come in with the puppy. The front desk person was extremely rude and unprofessional places like these are ruining this country.

I had an emergency with my dog, they took her right away, they were compassionate and reasonably priced. I will be going here from now on for any of my pet needs. They were amazing. I highly recommend.

Dr. Machado and staff the best in town

I took my dog, for not only her regular shots and examination, which they did a great job on, but also, I took her in regarding some swelling on her lower jaw. The doctor said it was fine and not to worry, just to give her better dental cleanings. We followed, and soon after, the swelling became worse and my dogs face began to twitch. I hurriedly took my dog to a different Vet, and they advised me, my dog had a LARGE hole in her tooth and a very bad infection. My dog is my ESA and have been together for 9 years. A dental infection alone is dangerous, not to imagine if it would have spread to her brain. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be taking my dog here again

This is a great place to take your pet! The doctor and employees are very welcoming and warm-hearted. Every time I travel, I go there and it's the best place for my cat to get care. I definitely recommend. Five star service for the past 2 years.
