I was 5 minutes late to an appointment so they forced me to reschedule. They couldn’t consider that I had to leave work early and there was traffic they don’t care

I love DR.Guseman she is amazing! Moved to this area and never had a vet experience like at VCA! The doctors care they do a great job at remembering your baby and following up via text and call, just to make sure they are doing ok. ACE will be staying here 2 years strong I definitely recommend. After a year our pet plan decreased and that’s something I appreciate and never happened at Banfield lol

Thank you so much for taking care of my princess, Amelia. You helped us so much and I appreciate the compassionate care provided by everyone- Brittany, Julia, Dr. Willie and so many others. I know Amelia is chasing butterflies in doggie heaven. But I wouldn’t have been able to get through this without your honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. They care about your fur baby and you.

I've had dogs my whole life and have been to quite a few vets but this vca has been the best. I've been taking my dog, Rosko since he was a pup (2 years this month) The staff is very nice and I've noticed very little turnover so it not only credits the work environment, it's nice for us to see familiar faces. Dr. Willie is incredibly informative and I really believe he's looking out for Rosko, me, and my wallet.

Always take great care of our dog, Athena. Both when we board her or take her for vet visits! The care is amazing!

They have an amazing service...Awesome Dra that she speaks Spanish and has a great personality, I already adopt a baby girl dog and she is very happy with them!!

They where great everyone was very help the doctor Sara was our angel ???? they made sure my baby was well taken care of

Tech was so friendly and helpful with getting my blind dog out of the car and keeping her calm. The vet was informative over the phone and made sure to answer all questions and I never seem rushed. They were prompt for my appointment and got blood and urine samples in under 10 minutes! Very impressed!

We've used vets all over the country and this office is outstanding. Kind, courteous, and professional, they always impress with their consideration and customer service. From the front desk to the Docs in back, this place is top notch!! Very happy to have them in the final years of our beloved fur baby.

Took my 9w old pup for his vaccines and a flight check up since we are gearing up for travel. I requested a health certificate($67.35)in case the airline asks for it. Dr. Santos requested a fecal test ($72 dollars) to be conducted in order to complete it. I was informed it would be ready the next day. Called the next day and the office staff was baffled and clueless and had no idea on the status of the Health certificate. This is not the type of office I want managing my dogs health. The only reason I’m not giving zero stars is because my sister takes her dog here and has always had a great experience with Dr. Willie.

I have been going to this office for many years and I am nothing but grateful for their friendly environment and concern for my little ones. I would recommend them to anyone. It is always indeed a pleasure.

Dr. Guzman & the staff here have helped me out tremendously by caring for and instructing me on HOW to take care of our puppy when she suffered a gastrointestinal issue as well as a ruptured cyst in her chest out of NOWHERE! This location is amazing ! THANK YOU ALL AGAIN! COCO LOVES YOU! LOL ????

It's my first visit. And so far it is amazing. Everyone is very friendly. Doing their best to not only make me comfortable but Angus. Dr Willie is hilarious very personable. I wish human doctors were this awesome.

Very friendly and attentive staff

The staff as well as the Veterinarian were very sympathetic and understanding. I went to put my sister's 19 year old cat to rest. It was very very sad. They took care of our cat with compassion and sympathy. I will be bringing my pets to this clinic from now on. Highly recommend. I returned several months later with my ESA pet with a severe infection and I received the same remarkable treatment.

Adopted a pup from the Humane society, and was contacted by them the next day. Scheduled a very convenient appointment day/time, they took the dog from the car to protect everyone during COVID, called throughout the appointment to update us, and brought him back out while getting cuddles. Staff was incredible, very nice and thorough. The vet even text me later that afternoon to reiterate things and answer any additional questions. ALSO texted me the next day with test results and answered more questions! First class service, amazing communication, totally impressed! Even my young daughter said that they loved our little Charlie just like we do! Could not have been a better first visit and impression

Dr Willie, Dr Guzman, and the entire medical staff here at VCA Promenade are fantastic. My pets and I have always been treated with kindness and respect here. They will even price match chewy on their prescription meds, which helps to save money.

Ver compassionate, took great care of my furbabies

This is the only vet I will take my dog. I've tried others and he freaks out everywhere else. They are welcoming and upbeat, which keeps him calm and excited to go in! They're honest and the establishment is clean!

I brought the kittens I rescued to this vet as them seemed to have slight URI they vet gave us some eye drops and the kittens were better in no time!
