Went to his location today (1/8/22 @ 4PM) and was treated like I was their most important customer! Thank you to the two staff members who went above and beyond to help me get what I needed for my dog.

Stopped in to snag dog food for the pup since we were out and in the area. Always love this store and the staff. Glad to use this place for our dog food needs.

Perfect place to groom the dog, even has a self-wash machine for you to take your dog!

They groomed my dog so perfectly ! All of the people’s that works there are really nice and friendly, will come back and recommend for sure ! ❤️

Really difficult to get a grooming appointment. When you call to make the appointment they almost discourage you to make the appointment by telling you they are booked out 2 months. We are part of the VIP membership club and I really wish I didnt even bother renewing it this year. Almost impossible to get an appointment.

The groomers are great and the staff are helpful. I love the club - it's a great deal for getting our pups nails clipped and giving them DIY baths.

My dog has been a problem for other groomers in the past with his unlimited energy and plenty of anxiety, so much so that we had to get him a prescription for sedatives just for when he goes to the groomers so that he wouldn't get himself hurt wiggling around too much. Brought him to Dog Perfect for the first time and Nicole was his groomer. She said they can't take dogs that are on that specific sedative & that she knows exactly how to deal with dogs like him. She offered to squeeze him in next week (on her day off). I brought him in totally sedative-free. She cut him very well and he actually seemed to love it there & seemed to love her as well. I was shocked by how well it went. Would definitely recommend them. Expensive but well worth it in my eyes.

Great place for grooming needs & treats for dogs! I recommend it!

My husband really likes the people and convenient location BUT a corporate 50 percent hike on a 30 second nail trim is harsh…sign of times I guess.

Wonderful store and very clean. Only used the self wash for our trail dog but will be back soon for a full grooming! Highly recommend.

**** Update*** At our 3rd visit, we were told that our 8 month old puppy would start costing us $75 instead of $25. When my hubby picked the dog up, there was a spot shaved into his side. When he asked about it, no one seemed to know how it happened and said it looked like he was licking himself, although it was clearly shaved. Based on this fact alone, we won't be back, but paying THREE times as much is also ridiculous! Original review: Everyone was very friendly and my dog seemed to enjoy his bath and nail trim (as much as a dog who hates those things can).

I love this little dog store. I was recently there and Megan assisted me. I was able to find everything and more that I was looking for. Highly recommend this place very high-quality and the staff is knowledgeable.

Full service, heavenly place for our fur babies. Staff are amazing. We love Kyle, who has been helping us with our bullmastiffs for years. He has so much knowledge, and experience. He is a gift. Karen, the trainer is one of the most intuitive, excellent trainers we have met. She did wonders with our dogs and they respond so well to her. She is amazing. The store carries excellent products plus so many wonderful services. We love Dog Perfect.

The store is really nice. Has a new and clean atmosphere. I however did not like the bath and deshedding service they did. My dog somehow smelled worse when I picked her up then when dropping her off. I’ll shop for food here if in the area but that’s about it. Other groomers in Lakewood Ranch are much better, especially for a good bath.

No one works there that knows how to sell. I'm the only customer in the store, they have three employees and NO ONE comes over to help or suggest any products. I leave them with no purchase and just write a negative review. You can't stay in business that way.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE!!! I go to the Lakewood Ranch store off of SR 70 & Lakewood Ranch BLVD. We have 2 dogs (9 & 12 yrs old) and I have rescued kittens and taken care of other animals. Every time I go in the staff is extremely helpful and polite! The management is always on top of everything (which is huge for me)! They have a nutritionist there that has really helped me with diet and nutrition for my older dogs, and it has worked as they are no longer getting sick and have more energy! They have GREAT products and a variety of them! You have to check out this store, you won't be disappointed!! Thank you to everyone there who taken great care of me and my fur babies, you guys are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!

Danielle C was the best! She really took the time to explain some ear medicines to me and mad great suggestions. Wish I could find people like her at all the pet stores I go to. Will definitely come back and sign up for their yearly package when I move closer next month! Thank you!

Clean store. Friendly staff. Great curb side service. Great selection of foods that won't hurt your dog unlike Walmart or supermarkets. Definitely choose this over a petsmart, pet supermarket, or box store selection. I prefer this dog perfect over the university location.
