This place is awesome my pet dog Coco was attacked and hurt real bad they were able to save my dog's life I will never forget that.

I just wanted to clear up something. I completely understand & respect that no one can come into your building with COVID-19 going on & I don't blame you for doing that to look out for you & your staff. I completely understand. Plus, the appointment doesn't take that long, so being outside isn't a problem at all for me. However, the fact that when I leave a voicemail, no one calls me back. I tried calling before the appt we missed and after with no call back. I also have left voicemails before in the past with no call back. I understand your office gets busy but to not receive a call back at all just one call that said to confirm her appt, which we missed of course and had I been called back, it wouldn't have been a missed appt. My dog is just a little over 9 months old and I have been taking her to this vet since I got. She's up to date on everything. Though I haven't been able to go inside yet because of COVID-19. When you get there, you call them and let tell them your there and they come out and get your dog, they bring them back out and then you pay them for the visit and any treatment or medicine they give them. The prices aren't too bad and the staff that I have met are very nice and helpful.

I wish there was more than 5 stars. My rating is 5 stars+endless stars. Dr. Barstow is an amazing veterinarian! She is personable, knowledgeable, and demonstrates her love of animals by thinking outside the box to solve complicated medical problems. My cat has a complicated medical problem and Dr. Barstow took the time to really research the problem. Dr. Barstow gave my cat Cleo the best of everything Cleo could have, ranging from tests to attention and care. I can not say enough about Dr. Barstow's team. The most kindness technician Christy I ever met. She treated my Cleo with great kindness, she was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to the finest detail. Melody the front desk lady, was very helpful, professional and attentive. The treatment by the entire staff and their communication has been fantastic. They genuinely care about their patients.The staff was friendly, helpful and polite.They pay attention to what you say and need. Thank you for providing compassionate, professional, service at a reasonable price

My pet’s were patients when this was owned by the previous Vet and we loved her. The new Vet wanted to charge me $3800 to remove a benign tumor and drive to Tampa . I decided to get a second opinion and found an amazing Vet, they removed his tumor, tested it and cared for him for over 2 weeks with multiple check ups and only cost me $900 with meds. He is doing amazing and we live his new Vet.

We’ve been going to this clinic for nearly 10 years with all of our pets and have never been happier. The last 3 months have been such a huge disappointment. In June, the wait was nearly an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment. But hey, I get it. CoVID, things happen, animals are sick, etc. Totally understand. Since then, We have been unable to be seen after several attempts to come in. Our puppy has had pretty severe diarrhea since July. They said they couldn’t see her because their schedule was full and they sent to us to the emergency vet. The emergency vet didn’t even run a single test and said she was fine and couldn’t understand why we were sent there. (that’s a whole different issue). We completed the antibiotics the emergency vet gave us and diarrhea came right back. Tried to get in here again, no availability. Was able to get another course of antibiotics from the emergency vet. Diarrhea came right back after completion. Tried to get in again here and no availability for the next couple of weeks because they’re doing C sections. We have called 3 times concerned about our puppy and I can’t help but feel that my animals don’t matter to them. We are currently trying to find a new vet as of today.

I drive for 1 hour and 20 mins just to go to this place. That is how comfortable I feel getting my four legged daughter here. They are caring and the most honest vet I have ever met.

They did a great job on are dog that had cancer (bubby). A cat decided to be my companion. Something got ahold of its back leg and broken it. Could not help the cat are I. Told me to call animal hospital which I Was told it would cost 1,000 to 1,500 to see the poor cat. The cat and I are stuck in a bad place.

As always they are very professional and CARING

We had to put our sweet Lulu to rest, it was very difficult but the staff here was wonderful. Made a very difficult time a little easier.

With the pandemic on high gear they have a new way to go to the vet. After you park you call them with your location. When you appt time comes they come out and get your pet for the visit. We didn't wait long and the prices were reasonable. The staff did a great job.

So i travel 90 mins here for 2 reason Dr Bartow gets Bulldogs and knows them well and second Her and her staff are great, even doing an A/I and C section during Covid19. The doc or staff called us she has the airvet app so we can see surgeries and such. I got here after going to a forum of Bulldog owners and being told her name by 4 out of 5 members. I still did not want to drive that far and wasted money and time with 4 other vets. Listen to reviews and others. This is the real deal.

I own a lot of pets. So I've been to quite a few different vets. And this is by far the best one I've ever been to. They are knowledgeable and so friendly. They make my animals feel safe and secure and they make the visit for them as comforting as possible. I even have a dog that doesn't do very well in public. The way they handled him was unbelievable. They understood he was scared and took the extra time to make it where he wasn't traumatized. Or like he was doing anything wrong. Their prices are very reasonable. And they inform you of what needs to be known so you can make the best decision. I will never go to another vet again for check-ups or any regular visits.This is the one for me and I highly suggest it to everyone else. Thank you guys for making what could be a hassle, pleasant.

If you buy a pet from a breeder they are providing services for and possibly friends with and god forbid your pup gets sick or dies use a different vet got the most shady vibe today from them and my breeder

Had a great experience at Highland Pet Hospital, we did our first progesterone tests and TCI With them on our American Bully and will definitely make the 2 hour drive to them from here on out. We dealt a lot with Alexis, and she was absolutely wonderful (so was everyone else we spoke to as well including the doctor) she kept a positive attitude even though you can tell they are so busy, she still explained everything to us very well and took her time with us and showed compassion which is very appreciated!!! We had issues on our end and she helped us out tremendously and patiently until it was figured out. Thank you again to the doctor and staff. ????????❤️ You guys are a breath of fresh air.

I would definitely go here since I two French Bulldogs. With being a concerned bulldog owner with the breed having more health issues than others you just don't take your dog to any vet.

I purchased a show puppy from my friend who’s a breeder and he recommended Highland since he has used them for several years. The staff and vet addressed all of my concerns. My pup missed her second round of booster shots within the timeframe that she was supposed to be given them. They got her in within a week of contacting them and started her back up. So far she’s doing great and since they provide great affordable service, I will be bringing all of my pets here from here on out.
