They take very good care of my dog they explain everything to me and help me out I'm so glad I made appointment w them the staff is amazing

Great place . The Vet I spoke to was great and explained what was going on next step etc . Seem to genuinely care and got our pet in and out easy and quickly.

First off they advertise first vist is free to new customers, don't believe it and I had the coupon and reference it when making the appointment, First visit was $54.95. Secondly never talked to the vet, was there for almost 2hrs vet talked to everyone but us. When we arrived the staff was very personable, but seemed to have a hard time hearing my questions, but heard my response to there questions just fine. Never went over the bill with us, never talked once to the vet. Only one vet for this office? She seemed very overworked. A few days prior to our scheduled appointment they told us to come in 30 min latter, no problem. Apparently that reschedule cost us the free visit. It's not just about the lack of information from there side. If the vets going to meet everyone and discuss the visit with them, but won't discuss the visit with us? I have a hard time trusting Banfield when they don't honor there own coupon, and the vet won't talk to me about my pet. I would recommend other veterinarian services before this one including SPCA Florida, VetCo, etc.. I was expecting a good quality of care,both for my pet and me. Not going back that's for sure.

Our dog, Scruffy, LOVES going to the vet to see Dr. Merkle and staff. Everyone is friendly, and they always remember Scruffy and get excited to see him. Thanks for taking such good care of our pup!

Way to many people scheduled and waited a very long time to see my dog. Seems like your rushed out ASAP.

Sorry to say...unfriendly staff. Didn't even greet my pup. No parents allowed back "due to Covid" in mid June 2021. Will never be back! A smile or 2 might help in the future...and gosh your are in the pet business--a little compassion towards them is kinda your job!

I purchase my dog on a Thursday I had 3 days to get my dog checked I got an appointment with them on line they call me A-day before and said they couldn't see him because they were too booked up not convenient

We rescued a dog so we took him here for his first wellness visit around 11am. They recommended us to leave him there for hours so they can check him out thoroughly, sure we agreed. They close fairly early so when it hit 3 pm we started getting worried why they haven't told is to come pick Rocky up. So we called and they said he's been done for hours, outraged we immediately drove there and one lady said she called us TWICE and no one answered, we said no y'all did not and showed them proof of our history and voice mail. We then asked them what number they had and it was the correct one, so we told them to call it right in front of our face and they did and it immediately rung. Case closed. They were like "huh. Idk why thats weird." Sure girl, sure. So after that, they told us Rocky needed x,Y and z for his messed up ear that would cost us $700 that day to fix not including medicine, HAHAHAHA. We passed that offer. We went straight to petsupermarket and bought a $10 ear spray that literally fixed his ear mishap within days. THIS PLACE IS MONEY HUNGRY!!!! Negligence on their part + they will overeaggerate your pets condition it's a scare tactic many sales people do to get your money, never went back there again (;

This is where we bring Cooper and have been so happy with his care. He loves going and loves his techs just as much!

Banfield Pet Hospital is an excellent pet hospital and vet office. The staff there are wonderful caring people. Many thanks to one of the staff there. Her name is Katie. I had to put my long time companion Ciroc down this past Saturday Nov. 7th. They helped me get through it. Thanks to all.

Clean place great with my dog..

Been going to Banfield for about 8 years since they first opened. Dr Merkel was one of the best vets I've ever been around she cares about the animals. Every time I go in they're always a professional staff period and anytime I've walked in with questions they're able to answer them right away. I would highly recommend them to anybody else.

You think that any vet will have employees that care about animals, and that's the norm. However, every staff member I've come into contact at this Banfield has demonstrated true caring and interest in all of my pets. (2 dogs, 4 cats) Today, during the intake, the questions from the vet tech we're so thorough - digging deep from a point of really caring. And the docs are always wholeistic is their examination perspective. If you're looking for a vet, or just realized you needed it wasn't a new one, I recommend this particular Banfield.

Misdiagnosed my puppy on labor day... after a very expensive/long (over 4 hr) visit ... I went to my primary veterinarian for a second opinion where I was informed that I was billed for unnecessary tests of all kinds from this vet e.r. hospital. My puppy ended up needing life saving surgery. Don't go here if you want your pet to live. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Incompetent and lacking in basic customer care. I took my pet here after self admistering some tick and flea medication to him. He developed some labored breathing and was extremely restless afterwards. From the receptionist to the "nurse" who picked up my cat to take him to the doctor, not a single smile was offered or reassurance given that my pet was in good hands. When they finally called me to give an update on my cat, the nurse seemed more concerned about pushing a product on me rather than telling me what they did for my cat, his current health status, if any testing was done, etc. I had to ask her all of these and she replied in short, annoyed responses. As a nurse myself, I would never, ever address my patients in this manner, especially when they are apprehensive and have a lot of questions and concerns. If you care about your pets, do not take them to this dreadful place. Next time I'll choose another place when I have an emergent issue.
