I was unhappy with my visit due to not being explained the side effects on the medication my 5 lb dog who is 16 years old received. The side effects where very bad her assistant said she would call the next day but that did not happen. I called and was told by her assistant that the medication had nothing to do with the side effects. I took her word for that but she got worse. I then googled it and the side effect was what she was experiencing. I called again and the assistant told me she does not google so could not help me. But would follow up with me. I never got that call. I eventually called the Dr on Friday and she told me to come in and she would give me some other medication. I went to pick it up and googled the medication at her office the side effects was also very bad which was similar to the first lot of medication she gave me,so I refused the medication. Late that evening I got a letter from them giving me a farewell client notification. I am a women in my seventies and have never been treated in this manner. Sorry it ended this way but I would never give this place a referral worst experience I have ever had and my dog is still not well. After this horrific experience. Responding to your remarks Sorry I never used foul Language at any time to you or your staff as that is not in my nature. I do not use foul language at any given time Not sure where that is coming from. You need to tell the truth and not make up stories about my visit to your office this is all very unprofessional.

Great people. Caring not about the money

I absolutely love Dr.Delbene I have been coming here since 2019 ever since my baby Bruno passed away. She is very sweet and caring with my two cats that I have now. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here with their fur baby. The staff is absolutely friendly here! ????????????????

Best place and friendliest staff ever

Dr. Delbene and her hardworking team are professional, hardworking, and compassionate. They have been taking care of all 5 of my pets for about a year now, and have provided excellent care, attention, and advice. They helped us save a kitten that we found on the street; they provided her with around the clock care, and now she is thriving. This team is so good that I am willing to drive an hour away for an appointment. I trust this team with the lives of my pets.

Great vet! Super clean and organized. Genuinely cared for my cat and didn't force any unnecessary treatments. Was willing to squeeze in an appointment on two fully booked days. Thank you very much!

Dr. Delbene is devoted to her job. I rushed to her practice desperate looking to save my 7 years Labrador. Not only was last minute situation on Friday but her practice was closed and she went above and beyond to help my dog. I am forever grateful. Thank you very much.

What an amazing everyone so nice right up to the doctor got my dog who had a bad skin condition fixed treated after first appointment set uo a good simple plan of treatment from there she has not been itching since we took here there... Been to multiple places this is rhe only one to identify my dogs actual issud and fix it wont be going anywhere else best spots around

Most exceptional service and compassion. I have been bringing my Pitbull here for a little over two years and it has been amazing. They are extremely professional and will ensure the greatest care for your pets. My pitbull has grown quite fond of them as well and it has been an overall wonderful experience.

Too expensive compared to other renowned veterinary clinics.

I am so truly grateful to Dr DelBene for the loving care she is giving to my dog and two cats. She is truly so caring and loving towards them. My dog in particular has been very sick and Dr DelBene has helped her so much. She is very knowledgeable and works with passion to help all animals. I cannot praise her enough. She definitely gives me peace of mind, I know that my pets are in the best hands possible.

My rescue dog had chronic itchy skin and they recommended allergy testing. They walked me through every step of the process and explained everything to me so I understood. They gave me all of my options and let me choose what I was comfortable with. My poor pup turned out to be allergic to way more than I had expected. We got her on the right food and started customized allergy shots for the environmental allergies. It was exactly what she needed and my sweet Piper has been rash free ever since! Highly recommended!!!!

Dr. Miriam Delbene and her staff are one of a kind. Harley is our 1st puppy in years and they have treated her so well. We are blessed to have found Lantana Animal Clinic for our newest member of our family.

We met Dr. Delbene when we took our sick dog to her office and they were able to accommodate us quickly. Dr. Delbene is thorough, practical, knowledgeable, honest and above all kind and gentle to our pet. We feel so fortunate to have found her office. Her staff is just as knowledgeable and kind. We will be taking all of our pets to her office which is clean, inviting and has new surgical and dental equipment. The atmosphere is the perfect environment for well being and care of our four dogs.

I have been coming here for years. They just recently changed Vets, and she is the most amazing and caring vet I've met. She's personable, friendly, and so knowledgeable. Absolutely amazing. Sherry at the desk is so amazing and sweet ????

I love Jog Lantana Animal Clinic! Dr. Delbene is incredibly sweet and takes the best care of my babies. The staff is also amazing starting with the cheerful greeting always given by Sherrie. It's hard to find a vet that feels trustworthy and competent, but I feel we're in good hands here and I never feel like I'm being charged for anything we don't need.

Do NOT go here. Current management took over from a reliable and professional veterinarian who retired. They are upgrading with expensive computers and renovating the rooms. They are price gouging to make the place more accommodating for themselves. The previous vet was modest and had humble surroundings.

I had an emergency with my little yorkie . I called the clinic and was able to bring her in right away even though it was only 8:30 am. My dog received excellent prompt care and the prices were affordable. Dr. Miriam Delbert was Very professional and skilled and was able to save my dog. The office was very clean and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Delbene performed a delicate life saving surgery on my cat and I cannot praise them enough for the quality of care they provided my cat. They were thoughtful, explained the procedure and our options thoroughly. A great team of people who deeply care about pets and their families!
