I have used this practice for 20 years. Dr J and her staff are caring professionals. Angela, Dani and Katie are amazing with my animals. Recently, my pup had to have surgery. In spite of being short staffed due to COVID, I felt they really cared and were not hurried in giving me and my dog the support we needed. Happy to refer my closest friends to this wonderful practice.

We had an emergency with my sister's dog Jake on a Saturday and they worked him in. Then they worked him in for a stone surgery during this busy holiday season. Dr. Brinkman was very caring and explained everything. And then Dani went way beyond compassionate and caring explanations after the surgery. She took all the time I needed to explain what needed to be done afterwards and was available to answer questions in the following days. She is wonderful.

1st visit with ACWLW as we just moved here and needed to establish a new vet for our 2 english bulldogs - not the easiest breed to care for so we need to be super particular! Everyone (especially Jenn!) was friendly, professional and super helpful. Will update as we see more of the practice but experience leads us to believe we got lucky finding ACWLW!

Been going here for years with my families dogs and now take my own 2 dogs here and the entire staff top to bottom is incredible. I would recommend them over anyone any day of the week! But I’m most pleased with the love and care that Dani gives my dogs, she is absolutely unbelievable at her job and takes pride in her work. I know when Dani is there my dogs are getting some extra love, if there’s a promotion to give shes the one to give it to no doubt about it! Amazing place and amazing staff, 10/10 every time.

The staff is always patient and explain options from care, food, etc. I trust them completely with Max.

Excellent first visit. My Gabby is a 15 month old Westie and has juvenile diabetes. Dr. Johnson was very knowledgeable and provided excellent information on vaccinating diabetic pets. The vet tech. Jennifer was wonderful with Gabby providing comfort as she received her vaccines. The receptionist came out from behind her desk to meet Gabby and offer a treat. Everyone in this office obviously loves animals but they go a step above to make the pet owners as well as the pets feel secure in the care they provide.

Dr. Johnston and the entire staff were very friendly and interacted well with Casey.

I have been taking my fur-babies to The Animal Clinic of West Lake Worth for several years. Ronata greeted and welcomed us inside. Jennifer was a great assistant, loving and showing concern for my pet's health and well being. Both are an asset to the Clinic!

We brought in our new puppy to this clinic for his vaccinations and first checkup with our family. Our puppy has a lot of energy and excitement and Candice and Erik was perfectly okay with it and that was what I was worried with the most. They took care of him so efficiently and calmly and I couldn’t have seen it going better than it did. They were super kind and professional and they answered all of our questions. I’m very glad I found this vet for our puppy.

Dr. Johnston is great with challenging dogs and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, after previously using 800PetsMeds.com for years, they recently changed policy requiring clients to use their affiliate pharmacy otherwise you have to pick up a prescription in person if you want to use 800PetMeds.com, Chewy, etc…. They said sending prescriptions to other pharmacies was “too much work”. Then I spent 10 minutes on the phone with the clinic providing payment and order information.

I accidentally crushed my new Puppy, Dolly at home with my electric recliner. It was devastating to see her. We decided to take her to the nearest vet clinic. The doctor pronounced her dead. Tender loving care to her and my son and myself. I cannot fully express my love and appreciation to all at the clinic. They provided an angel bag for her and delivered her with the name written in the bag. We buried Dolly with all the honors at home. We will never forget her nor all the good people of your clinic. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Jorge, Gustavo and Marilyn. PS It goes without saying that we have shared our experience with my two children who own dogs. Rest in Peace Dolly!

My dog has had his surgery, to remove a non cancerous tumor from his paw. Dr. Johnston was terrific! Danni, Angela and Rinata and Dr. brinkman were the absolute best. The empathy they all show was over the top great! They really take the time to answer all your questions (very important to me). Most vets give you the bums rush and take your check before speaking to you (no names mentioned). Most pet owners are super nervous about having anything done to their fur babies. They are like our children. Dealing with the personal care the entire staff shows toward your per, gives me a secure feeling that everything will go well with their treatment. They treated Duffy like he was their own, and he responded to them and greatly reduced his stress. When he walked in there he was shaking and as soon as he felt the love, he became as relaxed as possible. When the surgery was over, Danni handed him back to me and he was so comfortable with her that he just ignored me. That's how I knew that I will continue to come to Animal Clinic of Lake Worth. Their zip is 33467. Don't mistake it for the other Animal Clinic of Lake Worth . As far as service goes, it was excellent. The staff is so friendly and caring to the owners and the pets. I have a big mouth, and I will recommend them to everyone I know and don't know. Angela and Danni were so sweet to me and Duffy. Duffy felt very comfortable with both of them as soon as I got there. I love this animal clinic! They were great with my dog, and Candace was extremely helpful. She spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions and is very knowledgable. She made sure my dog was comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. Dr Brinkman is an amazing vet and spent a lot of time with us as well.

I had brought my new puppy there and he's very scared of people so Cory and Angela took there time with him and gave him treats so he wouldn't be so scared and I really appreciate that, the whole staff is wonderful and very caring.

I am very happy with Dr.Johnston as well as her staff. They are caring, efficient and professional. Their exam room and waiting room is spotlessly clean. The clinic has very fair pricing for their procedures, office visits and medications. I’m so lucky to have been referred to them!

I had my dachshund’s teeth cleaned here yesterday. Dani, Corey and Angela shared in the care of her. They were professional, caring and knowledgeable. I would not take my dogs anywhere else for veterinary care

The professional, compassionate, and attentive team at the cozy and quaint Animal Clinic of West Lake Worth is always willing to help when I needed assistance. I can always rely on them to get my fur-baby into the office as quickly as possible. I appreciate the attention and patience they give to their patients and how they explain treatments plans thoroughly to ensure I understand fully. Candice assisted with my pets last visit and was wonderful from start to finish. Recently new to the area I was researching a vet since my cat seemed to have an eye infection that wouldn't go away. With all the great reviews I decided to schedule an appt with The Animal Clinic of West Lake Worth. Scheduling was easily done online and they were able to get me in quickly. Upon arrival the office was quiet, extremely clean and friendly. The vet techs Candice and Erik brought my cat into a room right away to take a look at her. They are both extremely knowledge, very nice and were so good with my cat and did a very thorough examination before the vet came in. The whole experience for both me and my cat was painless. They also made sure to follow up to confirm the meds worked and she was doing ok. This place is one of a kind and I'm so happy I found a vet for life for all my furry friends.

Just moved back to Florida and was nervous about finding a good vet. Went today for my dog’s annual checkup, and left very pleased! Candice and Dr. Brinkmann were fantastic! Efficient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this office!!????

As a professional Pet Sitter, I have been engaged with many clinics over the 25 years in my career...Animal Clinic Of West Lake Worth is nothing short of exceptional. As a pet owner, we want honest answers and concrete solutions for our furry children. The staff have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule, especially in an emergency. Unfortunately, I had to visit the clinic recently with my own very sick kitty. All I can say is, that I am grateful for the knowledge, professionalism and diagnostics, to resolve this quickly. Shout out to Angela and Jenn the vet techs !!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were able to keep me calm, complete the necessary testing, along with instructions for home. The best part is the recheck the next day, to make sure my pet was recovering. THANK YOU

Corey, Angela, Kelly, Dani, Jenn, Ronata, and Kaitlin were amazing and polite and wouldn’t recommend a vets office more than this place. My family and I have been using them for years and years now and they are amazing.
