This place is so much more than a pet supplies store! The staff especially Karen, Gene and staff are like family to us n our Samy and Isabella rotty furbabies LOVE LOVE,LOVE to come here to enjoy the love n affection they get by all. We have been shopping here because of them for 12yrs or more! The store is always impeccable, clean and well stocked for everything you need for any pet. They are very knowledged on their products n there ingredients. There prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you for all you do to keep our babies happy n healthy!❣????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Dog Bath; second time there. Good price.

I am a traveling Healthcare worker. I have been to Pet supplies Plus all over the country. I love the $25 wash special. I have used it in TN and OH. I was at this location 4:45 or 4:50pm and this store closes at 6 p.m on Sunday per the website. I was unaware that this location close the self wash station 90 minutes before closing. The cashier was so GREAT. She gave me the same great customer service I have grown accustomed to from this location. She asked over what walkie-talkie, just to clarify the time rule. At that point a very frustrated, almost angry male voice yelled that he has already cleaned the station and it is closed. My 10 month old puppy is so use to getting a treat when we come to this store. I decided to go ahead a grab his treat. When I returned to the check out there was a different cashier. As, I was checking out I overhear a female co-worker tell the original cashier, "usely they have to be in 60 minutes before the closing time to use the wash station." The cashier then said, "She come here often. It only takes her about 20 minutes to bath her dog." That conversation happened at 5:02 according to my receipt. I would have been 12 minutes into my puppy bath if the male employee would not have been changing the rules.

The self wash dog wash is my favorite ????. I groom my own dogs; I have 3. Doing it at home takes me all day and it’s hot ???? outside my dogs get overwhelmed. Finding a place where I can go groom and bathe them indoors saves me hours and my dogs enjoy the whole process and visiting the store. The staff is kind and always happy to help. I drive 20 mins north just to use this service. I also like The holistic food choices. My dogs have food allergies but not one has the same like the other so finding food they can all have has become a problem over the years. I just purchased a can of wet food ( I only use this while I’m on vacation and my dogs are in someone’s else care) they LOVED it and I don’t have to worry about allergies or upset tummies. Honestly I really love this place and the staff are amazing!!! Definitely a must to visit.

Horrible experiences, one after another. The associates know nothing about animals that they sell. One manager in particular is rude to customers. I have walked out multiple times because of the way she has treated other customers and once becasuse of how she treated me. I will never recommend or shop here for my pets. I am a dog, cat, ferret , fish, and smaill animal owner.

Best place for pet supplies and food. I didn't go to this store for many years as I thought it would be very small with limited supplies. WRONG!! Incredible inventory and best staff ever. Hope they remain successful. Most people I know were already shopping there.

Staff could be more friendly but they definitely had certain aquarium things I couldn't find in petsmart.!

They never greet you, actually it seems to me they do everything to avoid you. I stand for a while everytime, and never get help till I'm verbal, kinda rude store. But I only go there to use coupons on pet foods. In and out, wondering if I should return

Second time coming to this location, and was followed and watched the first and second time. I’ll just take my service elsewhere...wanted to purchase a snake, and after being told they didn’t carry them I looked at what was available and the cashier stood there the entire time watching me, nobody else...just me. I left and I won’t be back!!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, I’ll stick with Petsmart.

Adopt a cat have couple cats looking to be adopted!!! Great variety of animals ferret cats lizards fish gerbils are all animals you can get at that store.

Love Pets Supplies Plus store. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a rewards program too. Will shop there always. Great pricing too on all their items.
