This facility is incredible, it's probably the nicest animal hospital I've ever seen. Professional and thorough. Also, glad they have a "cat" vet onsite too.

Happy New Year! I think I finally found the Vet clinic that I’ve been looking for after multiple visits to multiple clinics/hospitals. My Dog had Diarrhea issues and I needed an appointment for the same day and Lake Emma helped me find one and the treatment was in front of us unlike other clinics where they talk the Dog inside and come back with meds/next steps. They weren’t expensive too. And just the next day my Dog didn’t had any Diarrhea issues. They were so good that they called me next day to enquire on how my Dog is going. Thanks Lake Emma for being generous and helping my Echos 3 days pain gone in no time. Looking forward to collaborate more with you guys! Thank you!

Brought in my cuddle bug Maverick due to a itching problem he was experiencing. Got in the day I called and everyone there was extremely friendly and very gentle with handling Maverick. Dr. Groberg was very kind and took her time with Mavericks examination. She explained everything thoroughly so there was no surprises with my bill. She gave him prednisone and I definitely see a difference as he is not licking as much and seems so much more comfortable now. I totally recommend Lake Emma Animal Clinic… thank you for helping my Maverick feel better!!!!

They have client in my wife & I, I believe that this vet is only concerned with money! I am so livid right now that I can't even bring myself to write the book it would need in order to express my level of anger that I'm experiencing right now. This is probably my 4th time coming here and I have only had one somewhat good experience. My 2nd visit for a simple ear infection and it's was another couple of hundred dollars which it what it seems to be every time I go for a visit. I am done and will be seeking the services of another veterinarian. The tech couldn't even draw the blood and after poking my dog several times she had to call for another tech to do it????????‍♂️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY PIT!!!

I now have a new vet practice. One of my cats was sick and my usual vet refused to see her - again. Lake Emma saw my cat immediately and everything about the experience was great. The staff members are calm, friendly, helpful, and professional. There is a special quiet waiting room for cats and they turn the lights down in the exam room to reduce stimulation. They do labs in house so results only take minutes. They even gave me a donated towel to take home when my cat peed on the pad in her crate.

This by far is the best Animal Hospital I've ever experienced. They treated my dog for many years and my cats at the end of theirs. The staff is caring and compassionate and very trustworthy. The vet and the assistants took care of my poor baby very quickly and with care considering the pain she must have been in from a torn ACL. They gave me the options and since I couldn't afford surgery, they made sure I had the right meds and knew what to do to take care of her. They even called the next day to see if she was doing better. I would recommend them,

Helpful staff and provider. Curbside appointment was super convenient especially with kids! Curbside pick up of meds is great!

I used to bring my cats here. It was convenient, the staff are very nice, and the facility is clean; however, this curbside appointment issue is not healthy for any animal. The owner of the animal should be with their pet. Most pets are very scared when going to the vet. The fact that the business is not allowing pet owners to accompany their pet is wrong. We are not in a pandemic and even if we were, this practice still places unnecessary anxiety on pets which is inhumane.

Dr. Heckler is great. She's informative and very caring of my little fur babies.

Our dog Tufi is a real fan of Dr. Dee's. The staff has always been kind, patient and caring and we believe that Dr. Dee's medical opinions and treatments have been exceptional. Tufi is our first dog - Dr. Dee led us through the, "what to expect, what to do" process and gave us the confidence to become responsible pet owners.

It was pretty perfect:) I really appreciated the free first month of the trio flea and tick chewable. And being on the call while the doctor did her wellness check was very comforting. They answered all my questions and did not rush me off the line. Wonderful staff

Rachel and Dr. Heckler were phenomenal in caring for Nala. They were very caring, thorough, and kept me well informed during her procedure. I can't recommend this practice highly enough!

After having a bad experience at another vet office, Lake Emma Animal Hospital is the only place that I will trust to take care of my loving Weimaraner! They handled him with care and love. They also kept us up to date the entire time. We are so thankful for them! Not to mention, their pricing is lower than other vets in the area.

If your pet has a life threatening issue or as simple as an ear infection, the doctors are inept at solving the medical issues aside from very basic advice. For simple vaccines I would go here. But for any quality mexican care I moved to another practice.

I love Lake Emma Animal Hospital. They are so caring ❤ and gentle with my dog. Their prices are reasonable. Im so glad I found a place so nice to take my little Snickers.
