I have taken my cockapoo here for years. However their growth has caused extensive wait times, upwards of 4hrs. Today I tried to address this with the owner/Betty, who is typically a nice person. I just emphasized that they should inform the customer and give the option to wait if it’s going to be half a day more. I was upset but not nasty or disrespectful. When I declined for my dog to stay the already almost 4hrs, Bettys response was extremely unprofessional as she literally wished me to be I’ll. You just lost us as clients. I wish you well.

My Dog has been there 5 different times. Each time the prices were different. Each time we went the prices got higher and higher. Very inconsistent. Grooming appointments can last from 2-6 hours for a mini groom. They over book and are unprofessional.

Great service, I highly recommend this place! When I go pick up my dog he does not want to go home, he loves this place. They send videos and pictures through Facebook. They give my dog a lot of love. I can tell he loves this place because when I drop him off, he just runs inside so excited to be there! The owners are excellent! Thank you for what you do!!!

This place will cut off your cat's whiskers and then firmly stand by their decision when you call and yell at them. Incredibly poor attitude overall - and terrible human beings for doing this to an animal.

We have been taking our two dogs here for over 5 years. The owners are a wonderful husband and wife duo and they rock. The grooming is ALWAYS a perfect 10, and just as importantly they really do love the dogs. They always take care of our dogs and treat them as their own. We recently bought a house and moved about 25 minutes further away from the salon, but we still drive here and will never go anywhere else. Our dogs love it, we love it and Fancy Pets has really become a pillar of the community. I can’t recommend them enough, they will take AMAZING care of your pets! They have a customer for life.

Fancy Pets and their staff took great care of my fur baby, Bexley, while I was traveling for work. Bexley loves it there. They posted lots of photos of play time so I could see her while I was away! It is not only fancy pets but veteran owned as well. Brian and Betty are amazing at what they do and if you need the best daycare around please go to them and fancy pets will be glad to take care of your pets . They also spoil them with lots of toys and stuffed animals!! I highly recommend this place

We love Fancy Pets in Lake Mary! Our pup needed a summer shave and boy did they deliver! He’s feeling so fresh and cool this hot summer! We also used them at the end May for overnight boarding for 3 nights. This was the first time we ever left our pup that wasn’t with family or someone he knew. We were so nervous!! Each day I checked the Facebook posts for my cutie and there he was out and about. When we picked him up he was grateful that we were back. He looked well taken care of. We would be happy to leave him in their hands again. Thank you Fancy Pets!

Our shihpoo has been going for grooming for the last few months to Fancy Pets.... we love the results... they always cut her exactly how we ask them to.. the people are very kind and gentle with the animals... next week she will try daycare for a day... we are looking forward to a long relationship with fancy pets!!! I recommend them highly!!!

Took my kitten here for bath and brush which was her first time to any pet grooming salon. She smelled amazing and looked very clean. They are pretty nice and accommodating people.

I took my Cesar in after being scammed by PetSmart groomers. When I say scammed I mean out of my money & my dogs grooming always looked horrible. Never what I wanted and paying over $75.00 each time. Fancy pets ask me what I wanted my dog to look like and they delivered. Plus the place is so cute. It looks like a child daycare but for dogs. I love their setup. Good overall experience, we have used Fancy pets for grooming as well as for boarding of our three dogs. We have always been treated fairly and the grooming has always been pretty good. No issues and will continue to use them.

I have a Lakeland terrier which nobody has ever done correctly until now. Ask for Caroline. She is exceptionally precise in her grooming skill. I will follow her forever. Best groomer ever!!

This is my 3rd time bringing my dog there for grooming. They did an excellent job with my Goldendoodle.. I was extremely happy with their services and experience. I highly recommend it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! The owners are amazing and give my dog the best care during his grooming sessions. I have a large Labrador (Ralph E. Boy) that can be very excitable and become a little hard to manage and calm down. He loves going for his monthly groom where he can play with other dogs, relax and get clean. The quality of the grooming services and care are amazing, but what truly stands out is the love all the groomers show to the animals. Dogs are amazing judges of character and it speaks volumes that my dog loves going, he is so excited when I tell him we’re going to Fancy pets the whole car shakes on the way over! I love supporting local small businesses and veteran opened companies fancy pets wins me over as a customer for life. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my best buddy.

This was my 3rd time taking my dog to Fancy Pets and sadly,they just lost a customer. They take forever, and when they finally called me to come get my dog, he was not properly groomed as we had discussed(keep in mind I had explicitly requested that they cut it according to the instructions provided from our last visit). My poor dogs face was not cut or trimmed properly and I had to ask that they clean him up before taking him home( keep in mind my dog is only 12 pounds so there is not much they have to cut). Once I got him home,I noticed that he did not smell clean at all and that they had placed a bandana over his neck line. The bandana was adorable; however, the bandana concealed a horrible fade line which made my dogs neck look like he had been given bangs(that’s how stark the contrast was from the body to be head).The following day, I called to express my concerns and was met with rude and defensive behavior when they could have simply asked that I bring my dog back in so they could take care of it and make it right. I am not one to complain about anything(especially online),but for the prices, the waiting, and the lack of customer service when I am paying as much as I am, I was left with no choice. I wanted to warn others so they do not have to suffer the same frustration and treatment that I did. This is not how you run a business or treat your customers and that says more about the ownership than anything else. So never again, will I take my dog across the street to their competitor and I will tell everyone I know not to go there as well.

They always leave Rocco so handsome. They are so nice to the pups than when we get there Rocco automatically goes with them and when he sees his groomer he gets crazy happy. That’s an amazing sign. Perfect haircut every time, smells awesome for almost one week and no itching also. The owner always try to be as responsive and communicative as possible which I appreciate. They also have a boarding that looks like a kids hotel. I totally recommend this grooming and boarding place.

I just moved to the area from Atlanta and was looking for a new groomer for my two Maltese. (Hence the empty apartment in the photo while I waited on the movers to bring my furniture!) Fancy Pets was close by, so I figured I'd give them a shot. I can't say enough good things about these guys! They did a fantastic job on my dogs' grooms. They even put bows in my little girl's hair! <3 They mentioned to me that the dogs would benefit from a teeth cleaning. I knew they were due for one and was planning to take them to the vet for that service, but it was going to be so expensive since the vets put them under for the procedure. Fancy Pets charges about half of what my vet would have! I brought them back a few days later for the teeth cleaning, and when I picked them up I was ECSTATIC to see how completely clean they got my dogs' teeth. Not to mention that they saved me money! Their teeth look great, and their breath is a lot fresher too. ;) Out of all of the groomers I have taken my dogs to over the years, Fancy Pets is hands-down the best. Everyone there is really friendly too. :) I'm already looking forward to bringing them back for their next grooming!
