Excellent care, everyone is pleasant to work with. I called numerous times leaving messages though, for return calls, but I heard from no one.

Dr Hayes is very good and easy to talk to about our two fur babies. They had their comprehensive texts and it was a smooth process and the two assisting techs were very helpful.

Everyone super friendly in the store.

Never can get an appt on same day if animals are sick.i stay with them because we travel and they have all records.

Had the sad task of accompanying my sister today to have her beloved dog euthanized. The team was amazing. The Vet, the techs, everyone showed genuine care and concern for my sister and her dog. They allowed her to set the pace for the process and were so kind and respectful.I have never used Banfield Pet Hospital for my cats but I will certainly be switching over to their care. I felt the price was reasonable for the service

I brought my lab there without an appt fairly close to closing. Explained her worsening condition and was given not only the first avail appt but the name and number of an emergency vet if her symptoms worsened. Definitely recommended

Staff was attentive and my cat feels better since his visit.

Took our 12.5 yr old JRT in for issue with frequent urination and excessive water drinking. They did a complete blood work up and a test I requested that was costly. There were signs his liver is functioning below par, but nothing to say why he pees every 20 minutes. Vet and I talked. Look at diet. Check food. As of this writing he is getting dry kibble with no salt to which I add a scoop of canned meat that has no salt. Eats no chicken products. It's been hard to find food that fits. Thank you Chewy. Hope it works.

I brought my cat for a booster shot. The vet tech said I would have to pay for a full visit plus the shot when it was a vet tech booster shot visit only. I have never been told this by a any other vet office before, always pay for booster only. I found it very unfair to be expected to pay for a vet visit when no vet was involved, that is just taking advantage of people.

The whole staff was very nice and were kind to my dog (really all the pets there). Dr Vasquez was very kind as well, made sure he explained my dogs issue, meds and treatment. Thank you Banfield team .... Can't recommend them enough!

AVOID THIS PLACE. Almost killed my girlfriend's cat. Front desk does not know what they're doing. Will not update girlfriend's records and started giving her attitude. Find another vet.

When calling, you're usually put on hold. They ask you join a Wellness plan, however, it really only covers a 1/4 of the meds. Also, once you sign up for any wellness plan, you are charged whether you take your petit not!! You re better off going to see a private vet.

I would not trust my cat to any other veterinarian than those at Banfield Pet Hospitals. Excellent care and customer service.

I called the Banfield Hospital to get some basic information in putting my pet Onyx down. They were very professional on the phone and in person. I wish I wasn't there for this reason but things happen. I was allowed time with Onyx before they put her down and afterwards but I was distraught and could stay after she was gone. The doctor was very professional. ????

Can't really say yet. I haven't used them. Reason being I just moved here.

I love all the assistants, veterinarian assistants, & my doctor (Harris) is an amazing person. She finds information about my dog in assessments more than I can find having and looking over him. She makes sure in reassured and have all the information needed to care my little fur son. I love everyone and thank them all for what they do for my animal.

Had an appointment and had to wait an hour before being seen. No explanation. Not really a good practice to keep someone waiting for that long, especially with cats. …
