No good. They never called to tell me how my dog was doing, I had to call them . I came to get her she was dying and they couldn't tell me what she had. They had no clue. They put me in a waiting room with someone elses animal that was brought in to be cremated.

Absolute sack of shxt. The "doctor" has zero bedside manners or compassion towards the people whose family members he kills. They are VERY CLEARLY all about money and not much else. Second time here unfortunately out of absolute necessity, and both were very negative experiences. The hole in my heart will never fill after leaving here with my soul cat deceased at the hand of these atrocious excuses for vets.

Today I took my baby girl here because she wasn't herself turns out she had kidney stones so big I couldn't believe my eyes either also turns out she had kidney failure...the staff and doctors where amazing especially with my mental state at the moment...they let me their for as long as I needed and gave me my space...I decided to put my princess down because I didn't want her to suffer another day....thank you very much everyone...R.I.P SHERBIE SUPRISE GOMEZ....MOMMY AND DADDY LOVES YOU FOREVER NOW RUN LIKE THE WIND AND WELCOME TO HEAVEN ENJOY THE REST OF YOUR LIFE UP THEIR...CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU AGAIN WHEN ITS MY TIME....

I took my dog in for not opening his mouth and not eating .. The paperwork stated that his mouth and gums was normal but if they actually looked they would of found out that my dog had dental floss in his mouth and his bottom teeth was …

The worst experience in this hospital. Yesterday we called to take our dog that was very bad, the person who answers us tells me that if we can take it before 4:30 in the afternoon. My mother arrives and tells her that she is there, they make her wait a while until they tell her that a nurse is going to go to her car. When the nurse arrives at the car he tells them that they will not be able to treat him because the doctor is in an operation and later they were going to treat another dog. As he wants he he watches the dog and goes to ask the Doctor. When he returns he tells us that the dog's condition is normal due to a medication he was taking. It is normal? If they had never treated the dog. Following that comment from the nurse, he tells my parents that the dog is not so bad and that they could take him the next day at 830 in the morning. All this in the parking lot. 3 hours later the dog continued to agonize until he died.

Worst animal doctor ever!! Make you sit in the parking lot and the take your dog in with no doctor contact at all. Makes me wonder if the doctor is really treating the animals or just a tech. Doctor gave wrong diagnosis and threw several expensive medications for me to force down my dogs throat when he knew he was not eating and very thin and charged nearly $500. Condition got worse within 5 days and I called to have the doctor follow up, and clearly explained my dog was having issues breathing. This EMERGENCY HOSPITALl told me they could not see him for another three days....... called boggy creek animal hospital and they instructed me to come right away. Although the staff was FANTASTIC and I could actually see a doctor, not a drive threw McDonald's style service, my dog died several hours later. This place should be investigated and DR BARNETT should have his licensed taken away. Please don't take your animals here if you have any love for them at all..... shame on you Dr Barnett!!!!

Too long of a story. I’ll just stare this. All the staff appeared to be compassionate and thorough with my dogs issues. I will be going there in the future for follow up care. I read some reviews and just shake my head. They’re busy treating animals with limited info. Some things take time and money. I felt the way they handled my situation was as professional and thorough as possible. It’s not like they have 20 surgeons there. Hell, people wait in line at hospitals longer for human care. Just my take of course. Hopefully my dogs issues can be remedied. If not, we’ll at least I know they tried. Keep up the good work Doc.

Today I took my Mia to the vet for her allergies. The staff was exceptional.They were so professional, and there coordination from start to finish was so smooth . Thank you.

Highly recommend this place these people knew what they were doing and they saved my dog's life and there prices are really really reasonable. Thank you doctor for caring for my dog like he was your own.

If you go to this ER please do so with unlimited funds. I had a traumatic experience with my cat. Don’t know what was more traumatic, my cat being sick or my bank account being depleted. And on top of the well over 1k spent, my cat came home full of fleas and I had to throw out a very expensive carrier. One of the other reviewers hit the head on the nail. There’s a lady just in charge of credit/debit cards. They don’t give you one big bill. They give you 10 small bills every few minutes. Too chaotic to keep track as she makes the rounds from car to car!

DO NOT bring your animal here if it’s a real emergency. They make you wait outside in your car, process paperwork, and put you in some queue before they even help you. We saw two dogs die in their cars waiting to get helped. Thankfully my dog wasn’t as serious as those dogs. PLEASE take your animal somewhere else if they are seriously ill.

I took my cat in because he had a urinary blockage and I ended up having to put him down. They treated me horribly. Their attitudes were nasty, they were not professional or empathetic AT ALL. Doctor Hernández (as he introduced himself to me) was disrespectful and sarcastic towards my mourning, he acted like my concern was a major inconvenience to him. After putting my cat down they told me to just leave him there on the table and told me to leave because “nothing is going to happen”. After already quoting me the price to put him down and return his ashes to me they quoted me two more times raising the price each time even though no services were changed. While I was in the room with my cat i overheard the staff cursing at another customer saying “this f*&@ing lady keeps talking to me in Spanish” And saying why would she come to America if she doesn’t speak English. I have never been more mortified in my life. Unless you want the most horrible experience of your life after having to put your best friend down i would NOT recommend coming here.

My puppy has a ridiculous amount of energy especially when taken outside to use the bathroom, never did I expect my puppy to go running face first into a sharp sheet of metal. My puppy had a nasty deep laceration about 2 inches and I freaked out when I saw it and immediately started calling vets in my area they were the only one able to provide the service to stitch him up.. fast forward until today he’s all fixed up looking good I’m so happy they provided me with quick and easy service, staff were outstanding and helpful. Thank you to everyone who works here for saving my puppies face.

A huge thank you to the staff here for steeping up to the plate. We were at one place for over 12 hours and they weren't going to see her for another 10 to 12 hrs. My girl doesn't have that kind of time with kidney failure to wait to be seen. We came here and were in in under a hour and a half. I think we found a new place when we're in town.

Could not have had a better experience. The staff were super friendly and understanding. They kept me informed throughout the process. They made the process super simple. Cost was very affordable. Will be switching here floor all veterinary needs. I cannot thank them enough for the great care given to my cat.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! Shantiva (I’m sorry, I probably spelled her name wrong) was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain everything to us and even took video of our cat receiving treatment (since we couldn’t go in because of covid). We were relieved to find out that Bean just has an infection and not feline leukemia! I highly recommend this clinic if your pet is in need of treatment.

This place is a waste of time, don’t even bother going there my fiancée took our dog to get her ear checked out not only did I call in advance and they said walk ins are welcome and I don’t need a appointment when she got there my fiancée waited outside the vet for almost 3 hours before she was take back because they said they needed to take care of appointments first, it was 65 for the visit and for the medicine it added up to be 160ish and for the treatment she needs it’s almost 1,000 dollars. All these emergency vets are good for is gouging you for money when you’re conncered for your animal. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. They charged for the silliest things just for it to be added up to a large bill.

We’re not from the area and needed to bring our dog in for some cysts on his paw. The woman who helped us was AMAZING. I wish I asked what her name is. She was so helpful, knew what she was talking about (getting her veterinary license), and was so sweet with our dog! If you need any help for your pet I would highly suggest this animal hospital. You currently can’t go in unless the doctor needs to speak with you, but they were still great at explaining everything! Pricing was reasonable as well. I expected it to be more since it’s an emergency hospital but it was not! Thank you all for the care❤️

Spend your money where it is valued and respected if you have to spend it ,might as well go to a more ethical vet office . They lack communication amongst themselves , professionalism is apparently not in this office regardless of any vetenererian or and administrative degree . Absolutely disgusting to see people not only waste people’s time after confirming no once but several times information to continually and told the opposite .Leaving these animals uncared for and unattended for over 6 plus hours due to lack of poor management and over scheduling a which ends up in lack of treatment . The front staff is completely incompetent for lack of better words regardless of any “emergency” office and would benefit from extreme training in multiple areas of office administration .Unfortunate considering the small amounts of vets for animals in the community.

They're wonderful here. We had a weekend emergency and they were able to get us in and take care of our pup. They're all so kind and caring. Really great office.

Kind and compassionate - in an emergency! Such a wonderful vet here. We are blessed to have them.

The worst animal hospital ever. I called them and they told me if I hurried there with my sick dog that they would squeeze me in. I rushed there and they refused to see us because they were to busy. And the whole staff denied ever telling me that they would see my sick pet ????

These people saved my pups twice- one of them had gotten a bone locked around his jaw in the middle of the night (that they had to cut off), and my baby girl had randomly gotten sick from an autoimmune disease. They saved her life, and she's been so healthy in her older years- even moreso than before! They are amazing.

I would like to thank the entire staff for the compassion that you gave to me and my cat Mr. Fluffy. Thank you for everything that you did. I truly appreciate all of you. My Fluffy is in a better place. ❤

???? WARNING DO NOT RECOMMEND ???? Money ???? hungry and preying on people’s unfortunate circumstances with their pets. Not compassionate or empathetic.???? Extremely rude and unprofessional and rather dramatic I might add. I’m not saying they should be giving services away what I am saying is they’ve been known to price gouge and diagnosing is hit or miss. ???? Not reliable. Read some of the responses to reviews that they’re giving people/patients that are critiquing their services! What professional argues in response to a negative review about the services they felt were not adequate?? You guys can’t handle the truth. Maybe instead of arguing you should strive to do better? There’s an idea! I like when you respond to bad reviews with we don’t remember you being here or we never had you as a patient lol ???? Please ????????‍♀️

THEY SAVED MY BABY GIRL! ❤️ My baby was feeling very sick. It was a SUNDAY! and I took her to this emergency room. They took her really fast, I had to wait less than 30 min without an appointment and the staff was super nice. They said to me that they had to operate her from emergency because she had an uterus infection and it was critical. I left her for the operation and she stayed the night there for observation. The next day we had to pick her up and the nurses explained everything to me. They gave me her treatment, medications and all the suggestions for the good care of my girl. I even took her for after surgery control, and they were ALWAYS super nice and kind, they wanted the well-being of my dog. I’m not gonna lie, it was not cheap. But for that surgery, it was the right price (because for any emergency like that, the price is going to be the same) and my dog totally worth it. Now she’s feeling super good! She is stronger and getting better. I’ll never have enough words to thank them for everything they did. Thank you so much!!!
