Been to a few animal clinic since moving to kissimmee have to say they are the best most caring my dog was treated and cared for I will no longer go elsewhere with my babies thank you for taking such good care of my baby

Don't come here very rude staff and very unprofessional .

I am new to Florida and was worried about my 1 year old Yorkie. The tech I spoke with took time to tell me what to do until they could see him the next morning (and worked me in the schedule). It’s true that those that answer calls can make the entire office look really good or really bad. She was the reason I chose this office; I won’t mention your name but you know who you are. Thank you for caring enough to take the time to calm me down! I will definitely make this office my regular vet for my fur baby.

My Senior Chihuahua recently had his teeth cleaned under general anesthesia; I was naturally anxious because if his age. He was returned to me a very happy doggy. Staff were amazingly kind towards him and very professional. Won't take my baby anywhere else for his care. Thank you so much!

I called to see about bringing in my dog for an emergency visit, as she was bleeding and the receptionist who answered was SO MEAN and rude and unprofessional! DO NOT CALL OR BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. If the staff is this mean and unloving just imagine how the vets and nurses will be to your loved animal! I tried asking her if I could bring our dog in and before I could finish my sentence she interrupted with a “no way, we’re not a hospital we are appointment only no exceptions” and I tried telling her “oh on Google it says you are an emergency hospital” and proceeded to ask her if she knew anyone and SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! I wonder if she had an emergency and someone was that MEAN to her and refused to help how she would feel. ????

The staff are very experienced and The location was also good and The staff give great services to the customer.

The service was amazing. We recently found a kitten and decided to adopt him. The were careful, informative and willing to answer all our questions regarding this new family member. The took even the time to provide use with guidance about how to introduce him to our dog to make the transition smoother. My current Vet is good, but this practice has two offices and more availability to accommodate my furry children needs.

We just moved to Florida in April of 2021. We were referred by the person who owns the house we are leasing. He said the have going there for 10 years. I took my dog Luke for his yearly checkup and shots and was very happy with the staff and the doctor and the prices. We will definitely be back with our cat. Glad we found a nice veterinarian. I love our Vet! The whole office is kind, and good at their jobs. My cats (7yrs, & 1yrs) are treated well, despite the fact that one of them is a growler, and the other tries to hide in my arms. They gave my late cat (died last year at 17yrs old) wonderful care and sent a condolence card after she passed. I wouldn't want to switch vets, they're wonderful.

They were very friendly, courteous and very good with my dogs. Will definitely use them again and again.

My dog has fear aggression so I was SUPER concerned when they told me they were taking Ruckus back for his exam without me! I told them about the fear aggression and they weren't concerned. However, he was fine. He went back with them, got an exam and shots no problem. He went to the same vet since he was 3 months to 5 years old until we moved here and he was never that good there.

My fur baby was in so much pain and they got us an appointment immediately, took very good care of him and had him examined and on our way home with everything he needs. We are so grateful!

First time with my puppy there. Love the place... I was looking for a place, that you have the option to go inside with your pet, because now almost every where you have to wait in your car and the vet talk to you by phone. Went there with my Chihuahua very happy with the results they’re very polite very considerate compassionate attentive. Their prices are really great I will go to them from now on with my other three Chihuahuas babies and adults for their needs been there again and great results Each time it’s very friendly environment the doctor comes to discuss everything to details and you leave satisfy I was there good professional service that they provide and the prices again are great will recommend them to everybody that I know that has pets

I took our pug Ollie for her first time appointment at Kissimmee Animal Hospital. Dr Stephanie Volpe is adorable. Thank you all the team for your good job. Ollie is happy and taking her medication. Prices are affordable.

I was looking for a new vet for my older pet. I began looking online at all the local vets up to 25miles away from my place. I checked all the reviews and found the reviews for Kissimmee Animal Hospital to be on par with what I was looking for. Before I moved from my previous location in DE, I asked my vet at the time what I should look for in a new vet. He had told me to make sure that they were AHAA Certfied, which Kissimmee Animal Hospital is. Once I entered Kissimmee Animal Hospital, I felt as if I was at my old vet. They are very cordial, understanding, friendly and reasonably priced compared to some of the other vets closer to my home. My pet will be visiting them until she crosses over The Rainbow Bridge. Thank you Kissimmee Animal Hospital for making us feel like an old friend.

They were the only vet in Osceola county that could fit is in when our dog was in pain and we couldn't afford ER vet prices. The staff and vet team were very nice and knowledgeable.

On Tuesday, April 14, 2021 we arrived at Kissimmee Animal Hospital with our calico. Having prior not very positive vet experiences, we were a bit apprehensive. Our kitty had blood in her stool. We were greeted cheerfully and professionally. We did not have to wait in the heat of the car and were invited into the examining room with our baby. After the Initial consultation, our pet was taken for an examination. In just a short while, the vet came in to inform us she had hookworm and explained every process she had gone through. She did not take well to the pill medication therefore it was administered in liquid form. We brought her home, her feeling better. We arrived home and let the entire family know of such a gratifying experience. Thank you to the ENTIRE staff. God bless.

This was our first visit to Kissimmee Animal Hospital as we are new to the area. The staff are really sweet and our Vet Dr. Jill was awesome. Dr. Jill’s demeanor made me very comfortable and my fur baby was not frightened when they returned her back to me. She was even comfortable enough to get out of my lap and sniff around (that never happens). The vet tech even cut my baby’s pills into quarters for the recommended dosage. I recommend Kissimmee Animal hospital and Dr. Jill to anyone looking for a friendly, professional veterinarian.

Amazing customer service and services available. We took our dog Tuno for an emergency without an appointment and they were able to accommodate us immediately that morning. Unfortunately he passed away and we used the private incineration services they offer. We picked up his ashes today and they provided an engraved box with his name, some clay paws of his, and some cards as well. Very sweet way to remember him. They have affordable prices as well and the best treatment for you and your pets. Highly recommend them!

I’ve gone to a couple of pet hospitals and all the others was expensive, but this one right here is amazing didn’t spend as much as other places would of charged me and they actually helped my dog. Recommended to everyone

The receptionist was very kind and gave clear direction on what to bring to my appointment THAT DAY. I was grateful they were able to see my two shelter kitties! The appointments were scheduled so I was not there with other people and social distancing and cleanliness were a priority! They did a great job of explaining how parasites are different in Florida and gave several recommendations on how to treat my cats and the house. The bill was VERY reasonable and I fell confident that the boys will be fine! THANK YOU LADIES!!!
