Doctor is not taking any NEW customer for 6 mons to a year. Terrible service!!!

My opinion changes each visit. Sometimes it’s A+ other times it’s a C, depending on who you see. The main thing that I’ve noticed is the whole facility needs a complete cleaning.

I have been calling this vet for weeks attempting to get my cats in for their annual check up and I’m always told to call back in a few weeks because they’re not accepting new clients. Then the lady on the phone today was rude and said they wouldn’t accept new clients and that they weren’t ever going to accept any new clients. Very unprofessional and definitely should advertise this somewhere so clients are aware.

Took our dog to Integrety two weeks ago for a bad tooth, they said he just needed a cleaning and he would be OK. We had that done and a few days later the tooth was still bothering him. Took him back in for the same tooth same problem they said he needs his tooth pulled. Made the appt. Brought him in and gave them a list of things we wanted done like clip nails, blood work , and general check up cause he was not eating good but gaining weight and throwing up. They took him, had him all day, did absolutely nothing to him but put him to sleep. Doctor said he could not do the tooth and they did nothing on the list. However charged 103 bucks. Flipping rip off. Never again will we go to them. A joke of a vet.

Front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called. If you hate your job then find somewhere else to work? She creates a terrible first impression for your business.

Dr. Nunn put in a pin to repair broken cat leg within 2 days of break! Simply amazing! Great response time.

I've had a few things in the past I haven't liked about this place but decided to over look as there aren't too many places around. Today was the finally straw and will not return here. The doctors are great, the front staff is unpleasant and rude. I called today because my bulldog had his first episode of what it looked like,, head tremors. so I called really for suggestions and make sure to rule out anything he could have gotten in to. She had no clue what I was talking about. She put me on hold to supposably ask a tech, who also didn't know what I was talking about. I then explained to the vet people what head tremors are. They then decided it might be an ear infection and cannot see my dog for 4 days bc thats the next available day. It most definitely is not an ear infection and if my dog got into something, he would be dead in 4 days. I then tell the lady I would have to go somewhere else because I cannot wait until Monday and thats too far away from now. Her reply was "okay buh bye".

I have been here a lot since moving here. I am saving a lot of money and the staff all go above and beyond for my fur babies. So grateful to have found them.

Dr. Nunn performed a c-section on my bulldog. He was friendly, fast, and knew what he was doing. I watched the operation and having read some bad reviews of Dr. Nunn. A doctor that allows you to watch an operation has absolutely nothing to hide. He's a good doctor. My momma dog is recovering like it never happened. My single puppy is healthy as can be. His staff were all very professional and friendly. He does ask for a deposit to make an appointment, and wants a drivers license number which is a little strange, but every doctor asks for either you SS number nowadays. He came in on a Saturday for an emergency and saved my dog. I can say nothing bad about Dr. Nunn. I've alreay recommended him to 3 friends. A+++++ saved me thousands, performed excellently, was a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully he never retires lol. Everything about my visit with him was above and beyond what I expected.

Integrity Animal Hospital is the best overall Vet facility that I have ever been to. Honest and fair about everything. Dr. Nunn is passionate about his career and is always available when you need him. We trust him with all of our dogs and his staff is just as kind and accommodating as he is. We have been seeing him for over 3 years and have only good things to say.

Wants a social security number and or drivers license number to book an appointment.

I would not go to another Vet except Dr. Nunn. He is the epitome of what Vets should be .. I thank God for him.. I recommend this Animal Hospital to everyone that has a pet and wants the best service and care. Thank you Dr. Nunn. :)

Could someone tell me what they do with euthanized pets? I lost my best friend of 13 years yesterday because of saddle thrombus, we left him there after staying with him through it. I'm disappointed we didn't bring him and was wondering if someone could enlighten me.

Our family recently purchased an Old English Bulldog. Was recommended Integrity Animal Hospital for two reasons. First, was told Dr. Nunn was very familiar with this bread and history of issues. Second cost for service. Having a new puppy, we expect initial costs for the care of the dogs so this wasn't a factor. I read the reviews, most were positive with some negative. Went in there open minded. The day of service, surgery for both eyes, (Cherry Eyes) and complete vaccination and rabies shots. They stated about 1 and half hour to complete everything. So off to breakfast with my daughter. Steffan was really good, the Clinic recommended them. Returned at 10:30, puppy was ready for pick up. Staff was friendly, willing to answer questions. My experince was all positive. I observed the clinic, many people with their pets in and out. Staff is busy, and professional. I would recommend this clinic to other pet owners. We will be returning as needed. It's about a 30 mile drive for us, enjoyed the whole experience. Bonus, cost was much less then I was expecting to pay.

This Dr Dr Nunn and his staff are amazing people. Courteous very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on our boy.It was well worth the 16 hr drive. Can’t say enough about this Dr Went again for another procedure n healing is perfect. Any surgical needs our bulls need will be performed by Dr Nunn and his team.

Dr Nunn a beast love his work. But his workers almost made me put paws on her yesterday. She need to be the vet security instead of a helper. She was more worried where I'm standing while my dog having a c section and what I'm doing with my phone. Oh its the lil Indian Hawaii looking lady she need a man in her life

Did a great job delivering my French bulldogs pups great price and great service

Falsifies health certificates, never examined puppies. We got puppy home, he almost died of pneumonia. Cost us 3,000 in bills. Called vet office to inquire about health certificates they lied about Dr. Nunn being there until I said I contacted Florida law enforcement. Dr. Nunn got on the phone and lied about health certificates again then said it was my problem. HORRIBLE VET! Don’t trust your baby in the hands of this individual.

One of my cats had problems with diarrhea (he's a kitten) so I took him there. I had a short wait with about 4 dogs around me but, it wasn't bad (all we're contained). Assistant & Dr. Nunn was very nice and Zoomer wasn't too scared. But when I left, with meds Zoomer improved drastically. Dr. Nunn is a wonderful vet, I'd recommend him to all my friends.

Good vet for all of your furry pets. The vet techs and doctors make it clear that they really care and address any concerns. Also, they are fast. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to go back/get my pet seen. I had to deduct a star due to the fact that not all of the front staff are friendly. Some are, but not all.

The staff is awesome. There been talking care of all our pets since we move here and the prices are affordable

The office staff was rude when I went to go check my dog in for her appointment to check her ears and check her out. The vet assistant and tech were nice and did a good job during the appointment.

Phenomenal vet and staff. Treats everyone respectfully and gives their full attention to your fur baby!
