I am a new client, and was finally able to get an appointment for my dachshund over this very busy time. All employees and especially Dr Holly Humphries were incredibly nice, professional and kind. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

It took a while to get an appointment but it was worth it. Every single staff member came out to talk to me and I was only getting my cat chipped. I love them!!!

The doctors and staff at Keys Animals Care Center are skilled, knowledgeable, professional and provide excellent care to their patients.

Dr. Humphries and the Keys Animal Care staff always take the best care of our dog. With other vets, he was incredibly nervous and it made for a less than enjoyable experience. You can tell the good care Keys Animal Care takes because our dog no longer gets nervous at the vet. Their care is comprehensive and have always kept me well informed on our dogs health. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Humphries!

If you genuinely care about and want the best for your loved ones, do not ever even think of coming here. We have had the worst experience of our lives at this beyond dishonest, unethical, horrible, traumatic place that words will never suffice. All of our friends and relatives are well aware and absolutely disgusted. We never want a response from any of you, not that you would ever even be the slightest genuine or respectful for all the trauma and suffering you cause. Nothing they say can ever excuse their abuse and gross heartlessness.

First time here and this clinic ROCKS! Very kind and knowledgeable and I could tell Dr Ziegler and the rest of the staff really care about your fur babies! I've definitely found our vet for our bully's! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our pups!

If I could give more stars, I would! This is hands down the absolute best vet clinic and Dr. Humphries is fantastic! I had so many questions about my doggies -she took time to answer them all and help put my anxieties to rest. Everything is so clean and decorated nicely, too! Keys Animal Care Center is our forever vet!

The first time I walked in the clinic, I was blown away at the state of cleanliness. The place smelled great. The decor was beyond cute. Keys Animal is just amazing.We took our 3 yr old cat in with a 105 temperature and he was definitely failing.Dr Jason and Dr.Humphries were able to give him the medication necessary to fight off an infection and get him on the road to recovery.Thank goodness they are here near Key West.

We loved taking our dogs to Keys Animal Care Center while we lived in Key West. The vet and vet techs were friendly and accommodating and were always very sweet and gentle with our dogs. They always seemed genuine, caring and knowledgeable. (It’s always a good sign when your dogs don’t start shaking when you walk them into the vet— instead, they start wagging their tail, acting happy to be there!) The office was conveniently located for us too.

If you want the best of the best this is the place to go. Dr Humphries and Dr Ziegler are the dream team, with their love of animals and knowledge of veterinary medicine you couldn’t ask for anyone better to care of your animals.

Dr Humphries and Dr Ziegler are not only incredible veterinarians and skilled surgeons, they are also the most compassionate, caring vets I’ve ever known. They and their staff go above and beyond for their patients and make each one feel special. I have taken 7 dogs and cats to Dr Humphries and Dr Ziegler over the years and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality veterinary care in the Lower Keys.

Dr Humphries, Dr. Ziegler and all the staff at Keys Animal Care Center are amazing. When my little boy Carlton was sick for months, they did everything they possibly could do to help him. Dr. Ziegler and Dr. Humphries are the best vets in the Lower Keys! My dog was very, very sick and they helped nurse him back to health. They were always available to see him at short notice and always available to talk (even if they had to call me back) to answer all of my hundreds of questions when I was scared. They love my dog as if he were their own! I wouldn’t bring my baby to anyone else! They are a pillar in our community!

Dr. Humphries and Dr. Ziegler are so caring and knowledgeable. My pup has multiple health issues and they took the time to help my fur baby and to be very kind to me when I was over whelmed with emotions. I highly recommend them they are amazing.

My wife and I were on vacation in our RV, staying at Geiger Key with our 18 year old Jack Russell "Mitzi". Mitzi woke up in the morning in extreme pain and we had to make the difficult decision to put her down. All the staff were wonderful and loving. Dr. Amanda Ziegler went above and beyond.

I have trusted many animals in the care of these professionals. Friendly service, thorough care to my animal and have been such a huge relief to know my animals were and continue to be in the best care.

I took my service dog Leo in to get look at. They said he had a fungal infection and the next 24 hours was important. Well 3 days later they finally got me the medication. That was 22 hours after my dog died. So much for importance. My friend and companion suffered a terrible death because of their incompetence. So after a 1,000 and the pain my dog went because of them. Well I'm going home with a empty wallet and without my true friend leo. He was my healer and friend to the end. Good by Leo the service that took good care of me. I just wish they cared about you. I would never use them again. Broken hearted for my friend.

Your information is incorrect and I did not use profanity. Your staff never informed me on what was happening I was left waiting in the parking lot with my dog who had a hole In her stomach and went right into a procedure at marathon right away. Don’t worry you are right I will never be a client of your facility. And I am a dog lover so I do appreciate you saving that dogs life, if I was informed on it and not left out there with no response or attitude from your employee this wouldn’t have happened. Thank you for your response that at least cleared up why I was left unattended
